I find what I need right away customer service is great

STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL

They have a little of everything for Black folks. All the premium brands. And theres $10 off every $40 spent. So I felt it was worth it and will buy again.

Do not online order hair color!!!! I have never had an issue with their ion brand but when I ordered online the color and developer was not in a temperature controlled box and cause the developer to not work properly. When I trumped you call the customer service line it would hang up on me so I cant even call and get my money back for color that did not even show up. I am so disappointed and will not shop again unless they fix the problem

Couldnt find anyone to help, and when I did she kept demanding they didnt have what I wanted. I said my friend just got it here two days ago, well we havent had that in over a year! Clearly a different store. So I called my friend put her on speaker and had my friend show me right where it was. Then went to check out and waited till someone came to ring me up. Turns out there was 3 employees there! Ha.....could have fooled me!!

My first time in Sally’s left a bad taste in my mouth. There is a red headed older Caucasian woman whom I believe is the supervisor, lacks etiquette and professionalism. If a customer asks you a question, you gladly assist without just looking at them plainly (no friendly smile) and telling them “I guess I’ll just read the instructions” and then walk away. She didn’t ask if she could further assist. She was dismissive and no efforts were placed in providing even “okay” customer service. There was another employee who was so helpful, kind, & courteous. If it weren’t for him I probably wouldn’t have made a purchase there. If anything THAT young man should be a supervisor as he displayed friendliness and willingness to help his customers. That is how you build loyal customers. As for me, I will be making future purchases elsewhere.

They are always out of or short on what you are trying to purchase. Associates are rude and dont listen to their customers. They act bothered by having to assist you even when you are the only customer in the store.

Stephanie helped me when I just went in to look around. She informed me about the millions of products I asked her about, she was great ! I usually come in and leave with nothing because I’m the shopper who stays for hours looking, but that day I left with a good amount and was happy about it.

Very helpful staff, very knowledgeable about the products. The lady who was working steered me into the right direction when picking out the right hair products. Love this place!!

I went in today looking for a shampoo and I didnt catch her name but she had blonde hair and blue eyes 😁 she was helpful good attitude

Employees were nice for the most part. One of the ladies had a bit of an attitude when asked if they sold Sally Hansen products (they do not) I was pleased to find what I was looking for however and I will gladly return just for that one China Glaze polish.

Associates are always super friendly and everything I need is always well stocked!

The lady was very nice and helpful, had exactly what I was looking for, the coupons did not ringing up so she manually run them up for us

This is a great place to go to find different beauty products not seen in the big stores.

Customer service is horrible! I was literally followed by the clerk after asking for a product the store didnt have on the shelf. I kept walking out of the store. Browsing is very uncomfortable in this location.
