This is a family owned/ran business that has been around for 48 years. You dont make it that long in the business unless you are doing something right. My stove went out and shortly after that my fridge quit working. I was looking around for appliances and remembered buy a refrigerator from New Milford Refrigerator like 15 years ago. I decided to stop by and see what they had to offer before spending my money with the big box stores and getting the run around if I have a problem. The information that Frank shared with me about appliances was priceless. He did not pressure me to buy from but gave me advice on what to look for when purchasing appliances. I decided to buy a stove and refrigerator from him. He delivered the appliances and set them up as promised. He was professional, courtesy, and clean. But what impressed me was his dedication to make sure I was happy with my purchase along with his ability to reached during the process and also his work ethic. Not only did he earn my business and referral suggestions but he also earned my respect. Thanks Frank I will remember the wisdom that you shared with me during our interactions. My family SWEARS by this place! My mom, aunts, sister and brother never go anywhere else. Nicest people to do business with and never set you up for anything that may cause issues. VERY informative and helpful. GREAT prices. Really can’t beat this place. Brought it to my apartment with no problem. I had the wrong cord for the dryer and they didn’t even hesitate to take a trade so I was all set up and ready to go. Definitely the place to go:)

When I call to get a time for the service that they were coming out they were not very nice and said they have many people in front of they cant help me and to call GE

Wow. I am just floored right now.GE had scheduled them for a service call tomorrow, and I was supposed to get a confirmation call this evening. I work this evening, so I called them to confirm the appointment and let them know I wouldnt be able to answer the phone later.The person on the other end of the line was very rude and short with me. They inquired what the issue was I was having with my washer, and in the process of the conversation of trying to explain and figure out what part they were talking about, he started yelling at me. He then proceeded to tell me that he didnt have time to come tomorrow he has too many other calls scheduled & to call GE and tell them to stop sending him service calls. What the heck?? Definitely wont be going there ever, for anything.

I was very impressed on the knowledge that they have on there appliances. Dave took alot of time explaining the differences on the different washers. If I ever need another appliance this will always be my go to place!!!

My husband and I bought a house and went to New Milford right before closing to find a washer and dryer set. The staff were very knowledgeable and explained all the care, services, and maintenance that went into the set we wanted to buy. They even offered same day delivery and a discount price if we helped load the set in ourselves! Everything has run smoothly and we highly recommend their business!

We needed another fridge for more storage since the one in our kitchen doesnt have enough room. My wife found this place & the prices are really great! When we bought the fridge, they even delivered it the same day, and it was just a little over an hour after we bought it. Wow! The big box stores cant touch that speedy delivery time. Lol.The fridge works great, & it looks like new. Cant get any better than this! :-) When we finish our lower level, well buy that fridge here also. I just bought a used washer and dryer from them. They took the time to listen to what I had to say about what I was looking for, then explained to me all the pros and cons of various models. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. I found what I was looking for, leaving with a lot more knowledge about it than when I came in, and the price was in my preferred range. I was able to get a delivery date right away. I definitely recommend this business. You wont be disappointed.

Called Dave around 8 on a Thursday night he drove to Rochelle within the hour to fix my washing machine. He knew exactly what was wrong before he got here, a little sock stuck in the pump. Mother in law spent over 500 on a used fridge an they gave a 30 day warranty, 45 days later and the fridge doesnt work. Tried calling see of they would fix it, but they dont care as long as they get their $. Definitely wont be going back here. She just had to buy a new fridge. So if I was you I would go somewhere else for a fridge. Not worth the trouble.

I went there to replace our garage fridge that went out after a power outage. I ended up buying a fridge and an upright freezer. The price was right for what I was looking for. And it was delivered a few hours later. The best ... they took my old refrigerator.

Went in today looking to replace a 4 year old moldy front loader machine. Love the customer service and knowledge that we gained about washers. Brought home a large capacity washer that will hopefully last us well beyond 4 years. Not our first time purchasing appliances from here but after weeks of researching washers and walking in here and getting A+ customer service this will be our first stop every time.

My freezer died. I went to several places to look for a new freezer. It was at the end of a model year and no one had what I wanted. I wanted an upright manual defrost freezer. New Milford Refrigeration was able to order it for me. It arrived a week later. They delivered it to me a few hours after I purchased it.

Dryer went out and we found just what we needed at NMR. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about which model would serve our needs the best. And it was not expensive. It was delivered the next day and the old one carted off (all for a reasonable fee). We have done business with them before and are well satisfied. Would recommend them to anyone.

This is our second experience with New Milford Refrigeration. Both have been great!! Our OLD dryer went out a year ago and I knew we werent going to go through another horrible experience with a big box store. We decided to try New Milford. We went, found what we needed, and it was delivered the next day-right when they said they would.This year our OLD washer went out on Christmas Eve day. I called and even when they were closed, were willing to meet us at the store. Found what we needed and they were able to deliver and install today-the day after Christmas. A another plus is that they hauled the old appliances away.We’ve been very happy and couldn’t recommend this business more!!!Now I’m going to spend the rest of my day “bonding” with my new washer,
