They closed the one in my town now we have to travel 30 miles to replenish products we would normally be able to do in town. This is one of the reasons on line shopping is growing unfortunately we go to manufacturers directly and bypassing stores. The companies loss.

I just ordered something online through a bridal registry and I found the website easy to navigate. When I visited the store a couple years ago to buy a blanket they were very very nice and I enjoyed shopping there.

Bed Bath & Beyond. Its a pretty cool place. Excellent selection of coffee stuff and just about anything else you could really need for inside the homeWe actually went here to check out the flatware. We walked out without a purchase. A rare occurrence. The store is very clean. Well lit. Not a mess anywhere. We shop here at least once a month.

Sandy in the registry department was absolutely amazing. We came in close to closing time and she didnt treat us as if we were an inconvenience. She was super nice and very helpful!

Was happy with the service I got.

When I ordered my vacuum, it told me an estimated delivery day of 3-5 days later. Its now a week later and still it hasnt left the warehouse. No tracking information. No email updates. When I call for updates, it gives me over an hour wait time after filling out the info for the automated answering service. After trying the text service, they tell me to get any info from the warehouse will take 24-48 hours for her to get a reply to find out any information on my purchase. I walk away from my phone for 5 minutes, and it cancels the texting chat messages. ItI to reply and I have to start the process over and have to explain whats going on and wait for someone new to come to the chat. This takes another 30 mins. Just to be told that they can request a cancellation, but cant guarantee it. Never will buy anything online from bed bath and beyond again.

Bridal registry was not easy to find items. They were closing at seven so felt rushed by them to decide what we wanted to get.

We did a wedding registry here. The staff was great, experience was great- my only miss was that they didnt have most of the products we wanted/saw online. (I understand inventory/storage is larger overhead but i really wanted to see a few key pieces to compare them physically. Lost a star to that alone.

The store is so packed with merchandise it is hard to move around, even harder to find what you are looking for. 2 check out lines open and they were the only staff I saw in the whole store! I like the coupons they send & products they carry. Just wish it was easier to shop in the store.

Customer service was not the best

Was there for Kcups coffee pods... Only wished more favored coffees in decaf

Staff were helpful and the store was well lit. But its a little too densely packed with thin aisles, which make me feel slightly claustrophobic. Also, 7:30pm is apparently when they get out the library of Congress rolling ladders to put out new stock. So that was a chaotic mobility impediment all around the store.

The store is full of expensive things at the lowest possible quality. employees at the front counter are more interested in talking to each other then responding to the needs of customers waiting in line.

Its Christmas time so they are busy. Searched item online. Checked store availability, drove over, didnt have it. Still a great store.

When this store gets busy they open up all of the lanes and wait on customers quickly. The experience was very pleasant.

Nice store to purchase almost any kind of kitchen utensil or gadget, powered appliance or hand tool. They also have a large selection of home accessories, bath towels, and personal care items.

Fun place to shop for home needs, but also a great spot to look around and shop miscellaneous items. Such a big store, easy to way of killing a couple of hours lol

This is the larger of the two Bed Bath Beyonds in the Rockford Metropolitan area. Be sure to use their app and select available in store before you go. That always report less stock on the app so you are sure to get what you need when it shows less than three available. Great product mix, clean and organized, handicap accessible, friendly staff.

Really well laid out. Kinda disappointed in the selection. Youd think with bed as the first word in the name that theyd put more emphasis on that room, but alright lol.

Friday, March 29th around 4:00 I went into bed bath & beyond at this location . I was very excited to go into this store it was going to be my first time . I went to look in the bath room aisle because that’s the main thing I need for my apartment as I’m looking at the different sets they have and carrying a conversation with my boyfriend we notice one of the employees walk past 4 times. When I walked out of the bathroom aisle she was on the other side aisle pretending to scan things . I’m so upset I won’t be ever returning I’m not sure if she thought we were stealing or just because the color of my skin .

We were looking for cell phone holders for our car. A nice young man went and looked for us while we were doing other shopping. They were not available in the Rockford store. He ordered them for us for delivery to our home.

The customer service here is HORRIBLE, AWFUL, AND INFURIATING!!!! I love bed bath and beyond but I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. The two other cashiers were busy. The third cashier opened a register just for someone she knew and then closed the register and left me standing at the checkout. Soooooo rude!!!!!!

Selection was very picked over and the employees seemed less then thrilled to help.
