Store was okay, when we walked in the place wreaked of fish( a smell you should never smell, if its fresh). Seems to be the norm though, always same smell when we go in. Meat Dept Showcases were dirtier than usual, was told new Meat Dept Mngr etc. Been shopping there since 1998, due to proximity, but think Ill be going to Publix soon instead.

Try thier $3.99 whole club sub. The bread is fresh. They load it with meat, cheese and condiments. In my opinion it cant be beat!

Great store. Clean. Produce is kept fresh. Deli serves Boars Head lunch meats. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended: HT bakery donuts at the back of the produce/deli departments. There is no donut in this town that compares to them. Amazing.

While not as high end as it pretends to be, there are some decent quality things to be found here. But do.not trust the stated hours. I have stopped by well within their published hours to pick up a couple of things, only to find they have closed early. So, a decent grocer in the food desert that is Rock Hill, but poorly managed.

I have been shopping at this Harris teeter for years. Since moving 6 years ago, I do not frequent as much as I used to, but still one of my three grocery stores. This past week, my husband went shopping and picked up a watermelon amongst other things. We cut into the watermelon and it was rotten. Would have no idea it was rotten inside by looking at the exterior. I called and spoke with John the manager. He said to come back and he would make things right. That he did! John refunded my money for said rotten watermelon and picked out a new watermelon for our family personally. He bagged it and offered to carry it to my car. I expected my money back but did not expect to be greeted with such amazing customer service! I was extremely pleased at Johns willingness to correct the situation and his attitude towards me. I will continue shopping here and highly recommend. They have a lot of good deals when you catch them, their meat specials marked way down, sometimes they do the buy 2 get 3 free. We love this store! Again, Harris teeter went from a so-so /pretty good store to back again being my favorite. Thanks again John! You made my day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Am increasingly disappointed with online shopping. For the last few orders, I have had to throw produce away because it was moldy or rotten. This past week, I was given noticeably moldy onion and a crushed box of hot cocoa, with the contents spilling out. A few weeks ago, I was given eggs with about a 3 day expiration. Being a senior citizen during COVID, I was initially happy with online shopping. I won’t be using this service anymore. I will say that both Shannon and Alex do an excellent job.

Well stocked store with good lighting and excellent produce selection, including local produce (NC and SC farms) . Starbucks within the store has particularly nice staff working there.

At Harris Teeter, the groceries cost a lot and the workers are not helpful or knowledgeable about their store. At Publix, you can ask anyone who works there where something is and they can tell you the aisle number and where on the aisle it would be. It is not like that Harris Teeter. Alos, most of the produce I get at Publix is very good. Ive bought things from Harris Teeter that were not good and they were not cheap either. I have a friend who shops here though and she says she has never had bad produce. I sure have.

I love the Harris Teetor in Ballantyne but this one is disappointing. I will not stop here again.

Close isles. Lots of good selections. Cashier was slower than cold molasses on a winter day. Also NO personality. This WAS my first visit. Will go again but NOT to this particular cashier. Lol...wow..she should be in a different department. Myself and 2 others were assisting her throughout 3 transacrions..

The store randomly closes early, not just a few minutes either. I tried to go at 9:45 PM and was told by an employee that they were closed. The website and phone line had the closing time as 11 PM. This isn’t the first time this has happened and from other reviews it looks like it’s happened to other people as well. It’s honestly ridiculous that a company as big as Harris Teeter can’t keep their hours constant or at least give a notice somewhere.

Never had a bad experience here, but it only takes one for someone to stop going somewhere. Decided to go in a little early to pick up my grocery delivery because it said it was ready. I didnt want to cause any backup so I decided to go in with a cart and just pick it up myself so I didnt bother anyone. This mustve been pretty frowned upon considering every single employee was extremely rude to me from the second I walked in. Never would I ever expect to be doing half of someones very easy job and being treated like garbage. Seems like evaluations should be in order I mean look at all the one star reviews saying the SAME THING. Rude, disrespectful staff and of course its going to be allowed.

Went to buy assortment of desserts for my sweet tooth. The store is immaculately clean, staff is above and beyond courteous and helpful. And, the desserts are mouthwatering.

Very, VERY nice & VERY clean store. Bought a beautiful roast, great price (BOGO). Produce was clean and organized. I needed to get a new Vic card (lost mine) prompt service at the customer service counter. Nothing but great things to say about this store. I dont shop Harris Teeter that much (not close to my house) but I come this way weekly, definitely coming to be back. You guys have this store really organized wonderfully. Also wanted to transfer a prescription from another location (walmart) and the Pharmacist handled it effortlessly. DEFINITELY not use to that type of ease of service. 👉FANTASTIC store..❤❤❤❤👈. 😉 😉

Would normally give 5 star but this location just changed from 24 hr store to midnight. This has direct affect on me due to my work schedule and I will not be shopping here nearly as often. Will likely shop two other stores that are more convenient w/ roughly the same hrs.

Found everything I needed. Staff wore their masks properly and when possible, maintained social distancing. Their prices are high, but thats always the case.

Harris Teeter its always a place I go to to get my Meats. Their butchers are really friendly and very helpful. Their staff are always willing to help you find something if youre looking for it. The managers I always doing something not sitting around doing nothing. The prices are reasonable and they do price matching Plus a little more.

What a fabulous grocery store! I really enjoyed shopping here. I grew up with Publix (make no mistake, I love them too) and these guys do a phenomenal job. I can find just about everything I can think of. Everyone is super helpful, and I can go at any time, since theyre 24 hours. The various counters are open until about 9, so plan accordingly. But, oh, these folks are just so lovely and incredibly helpful.Please visit this grocery store.

I have been a faithful Harris Teeter shopper for almost 37 years but no longer!! Ever since Kroger purchased Harris Teeter, my shopping experience has deteriorated. I have no complaints about their products, food, or variety of offerings. I don’t even mind paying a little more for convenience since this store is close by. HOWEVER, having said that do not shop at the store on Celanese Road in Rock Hill unless you want to check out your own groceries. There are many workers in this store but they are always busy filling online orders and not opening registers when things get busy. Typically there are only two registers open during the day. There are several self-checkout lines but they only have one person monitoring these stations AND checking out customers at register 2. I can go to Publix and get checked out AND helped to my car in the amount of time it takes me to check out my own groceries. Invariably I have to wait on the lone clerk help me with the never-ending issues of self checkout of an entire weeks’ groceries - limited bagging space, issues if you purchase a bottle of wine, etc. Even if I do like the products at Harris Teeter, the above mentioned issues make shopping at the Northwoods store NOT WORTH IT.

Only has self checkout open most of the time. Employees are not very helpful. The parking lot is on a hill so you have to push your cart uphill to get to your car and runaway carts are always hitting parked cars. But it is usually pretty well stocked. I prefer to only go there for a quick run but not for larger trips.

I love Harris teeter and this store has great food options although customer service here sucks and management is poor . Would have rated 5 stars if it were as beautiful as Cotswold Harris teeter in charlotte and had better management and not such poor customer service especially in seafood dept and deli .

This is in a rather bustling location. I have not had any horrible experiences here but I do not shop here for the following reasons:-You can find things cheaper elsewhere-The workers do not seem happy or well treatedOther than that it is really not a bad place if you are a heartless sociopath who does not care about the cashier. Wow. I think heartless sociopath was too harsh.... Or if you are someone who is not a penny pincher this place will suit you just fine. I guess I am just a cheapo.

Kinda high, but good quality

I love this place. Pizza by the slice, subs made to order with daily specials (and sub club, accumulated points for each sub you buy, 15 points and a free foot long), salad and olive bars. Great choice of cheeses, cut to order, beautiful flowers, great seafood (lobster tails were $3.97 each today) Dry cured Angus beef. A little pricey, but their selection is incredible. Cheaper than Publix, higher than Food Lion.

The deli dept absolutely sucks. They almost always make you feel like your disturbed them. What happened to the store brand roast beef. They said that they don’t carry it anymore. I find that very funny because I was in the store on Steel Creek and they had plenty and didn’t understand why Rock Hill was not caring it. Overall the Rock Hill store is lacking in customer service.

I called the floral department to see if they had some flowers in stock and I was put on hold by who I’m guessing is the head of the Floral Department, Marisa. I was on hold for 15 minutes. When she took me off of hold she didn’t remember what I asked for and when I told her again, she had an annoyed tone to her voice. I kindly told her again what I wanted and ended up being put on hold for another 8 minutes until I eventually hung up.

Overpriced. Ok to visit once in a while but not great for weekly shopping
