Me and my husband went to big lots to find a couch, and there was this Amazing lady who helped us, I wish I could remember her name, but she put in every ounce of effort into helping us find a couch, Ive never had an experience with someone so dedicated and passionate about helping people. By far, the nicest person Ive ever met in my life, and the most helpful. After countless attempts of calling other big lots to see if they had the couches we liked, we ended up leaving because no one had anything in stock, but on our way out to our car, she comes outside and says that they did infact have one of the couches we liked! Thanks to the effort of that amazing woman, we no longer have to sit on the floor in our new apartment! Thank you so much for your help!

Good selection of items and nicely set up. Sorry to say they are slow to get you rung up. The store was nearly empty.and I waited 15 minutes behind a customer. One woman who I see all the time was working hard, while another stood there. Why have two people at register with one not doing anything? Manager: Improve the check out process because everything else about this store works. $$

Very poor experience. Went to purchase a bed and mattress combo found the perfect one went to look for a employee to assist not one could be found in the entire store. Went to the cashiers and the nice lady who was super busy used the radio to ask for assistance so I waited for 20 minutes and no one arrived. So I asked the lady politely again to call and she did but still no one. I went down the road to someone else and found the same combo for cheaper with significantly better customer service.

Went here for the first time in quite awhile. I was pleasantly surprised when I first walked in and seen all the new changes that had been made. They have just about anything u will need and even sell furniture. Their prices are very good and I dont mind shopping here bc theyre not a greedy business who markes up the prices trying to make a buck.

They did not seem interested in selling products. I came in to buy a hundred dollars worth of toys and some birthday candles and no one wanted to help me find anything on the list. That kid had a happy birthday only because I am very good at my job. One extra star for the cashier who found birthday candles. The African American female salesperson was rude, apathetic, incompetent and dishonest. I will take my considerable business elsewhere.

They were out of everything we wanted. The store and the website. But the people are always helpful and friendly.

This location is great, the only one in my area. The shelves are well stocked, store is clean, prices are competitive but the check-out process is lengthy. There is typically only one team member for the cash register. Even with the team member asking for assistance, that call goes unanswered. My concern is it will improve as we go towards the holidays.

The layout of the store makes it hard to find the few items I want. For example, I want small containers and their selection of containers are spread out from near the toy section to the homes appliances aisle.Also, I dont know if it is due to the high demand of the holiday season, but a lot of aisles are unorganized and this also made it hard to find the items I want.Theyre couches are very comfy though.

My friend found a nice sofa at a good price. Employees there are nice and do not push you when your looking and deciding on what you want. Very happy!

Ordered furniture through online, when delivered it was damaged.Manager Jamie was very much helpful in resolving the issue by providing a replacement item without any hassle.

Love the selection of home and seasonal decor and other housewares. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had an issue with the payment method for my online order and the cashier needed someone in management to help with the transaction. The gentleman who came to help knew exactly what to do and was very patient and kind.

Big Lots has changed! There is a furniture display in the center of the store and other household necessities throughout. They even had a candy lovers aisle with sugar daddys! 😄💕

The inventory was not impressive. I understand a store being so busy that they run out of stuff, perfectly normal. But it was just bad. And messyStuff was just everywhere. Me and my friend were bv the only people in the store, and the clerk was making it so obvious that she thought we might shoplift and followed us but acted like she wasnt. Anyways, the furniture they had was awesome. Thats the only positive. So many nice bedroom suits. I like Big Lots, growing up it was my mamaws favorite store so its kinda special to me in a weird way. But I wont go back to the rock hill one.

It is clean, and well organized. It is a place where if you see something you like, get it. This store sells out of items quickly.

Yesterday was my first time @biglots!!!! Great merchandise selection, absolutely affordable and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE specially Mrs. Annette at the register, she enrolled me as a preferred customer, was very enthusiastic about her job also a young girl next to her, I guess Kelly or Kenny (dont remember) definitely will comeback to the same location!

Found the item I was looking for along with a fair price!

Store is more than I assumed, shelves pretty bare but I think it due to after Christmas change over.Was seeking out a particular product but I couldnt find a price sticker, I wasnt about to go and find an associate so I left without purchasing anything.Must say that the prices in general are good, just need to have a couple of associates roaming the floor to assist customers, at least be a little more aware of what is going on around them.

Rock Hill Big Lots service was great. Cashier was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Considering what were going through currently, service was A plus thanks for all you do

You can find some CRAZY deals here. You would be surprised what food items will show up here. This is not at the top of my list of places to shop but I have never had a bad experience browsing through this place.

I went in here and the deals blew my mind. I got to refurbish my room at a very cheap price. When I got to the register I advised the lady I had never been in here. She was soo nice and let me know of upcoming events and all.

If you’re interested in applying to work for this Big Lots... just Don’t. After several attempts to check on my application and taking their grueling 1 hour+ “personality assessment” which is part of their application process the store manager finally just told me that “they cut his hours, so some employees are probably going to be mad and quit” (how professional, huh?)Really? All that for a job at Big Lots? It was to help supplement my income and I’m probably overqualified anyway.If dish detergent or snacks is all you need I suppose this (or Walmart) would be your place just don’t waste your time applying for employment.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We bought a mattress and box springs, and they ensured it was tied down well before we left!

I knew they were remodeling the store, but I was really surprised when I saw it.... Looks great, clean and much more attractive looking.We went in to get some patio chairs and they were right on the ball with giving us a hand and very friendly, but not pushy. Will enjoy shopping there in the future.... 🤗🤗

Pretty big and has a lot of sales and discounted items.

Smaller than many but did not disappoint in the food aisles which is one of mine primary reasons for visiting.

They have cleaned and rearranged the store around. You have to take your time and look through the entire store. The Christmas selection was huge and reasonably priced. I caught a 50% off decorations before Christmas and that was sweet!

Ive loved shopping at Big Lots. You never know what great things youll find. I dont care for the remodeled stores. They are huge with less stock. There are still some finds, but the emphasis seems to be furniture now more thsn anything else.

I shop at the store for supplies and props for my YouTube channel to demonstrate Lifestyle Changes using discount stores such as Big Lots proud to say I have over 15,000 followers....I purchased extra supplies and I return them which receipt doing the timeline required because my bank changed my card which I purchased with debit using a pin the assistant manager could not put the money back on the card nor give me cash because it was over $100 instead of being smart enough to do separate transactions from a customer with receipts in his hand within 14 days totaling over $3,500 he decides to give me a hard time talk trash told me I could go somewhere else and that I will be back to chop with them.....WTHI called customer service had a awesome experience was told that the district manager would call me back within 48 hours its 2 weeks and I havent heard from them so this is a service you expect me to accept it is acceptable for the assistant manager to insult a customer when right across the parking lot and theres a Kmart with a 50% Banner have we lost all our common sense or do you think during the days of eBay and Amazon I have to do business with you and at the district manager if your life is so busy that you cant return a customer service call maybe you need to rethink your career because without us you dont get paid or did you forget that... Some of us would demand clean organize stores we will demand that will be treated with respect I work hard for every dime I earn I choose to shop at your store now would choose to use someone else my next segments will be on or customer service this will be a perfect example I would love to share the audio and video of the entire encounter

Great prices

Just came from the Rock Hill location to buy a bed frame for our daughter and the entire staff acted like they were completely miserable. They walked the furniture out to the fire lane, left the items and walked away. No assistance in the car, no thanks have a great day. Nothing. Just left. Totally opposite of the South Blvd location where everyone was beyond amazing in their customer service skills.

Recently renovated Big Lots, nice updates. Its big lots good deals if your willing to look. Great place to get mattress.

Drove 50 miles to purchase an item that an employee said that they had in stocks. When I arrived product was not in stock and the management did not care that I had driven 50 miles to purchase. Never tried to make it right.

Big Lots its a nice place to shop at they have a variety of things to buy there from furniture to garden furniture some grocery items cleaning supplies Etc and most things are not overpriced their their prices are pretty good.

I find a lot of bargains here. Unruly children. One little girl was allowed to push a cart about the store alone. She ran into my foot. I never did see her parent attempt to control her. The cashier was very friendly.

Honestly it deserves 0 stars... I hate going to this big lots. The staff are never in a good mood, they only ever have one cashier and shes usually new bc everyone else seems to quit within a few months. Management is rude. The aisles are always a mess and you can tell they dont do a proper recovery of them. They will only pull about 2 cans up towards the front and nothing is properly priced... I hate this place. I will never shop there again!!!

They had a good selection and good prices. Nothing fancy or very high-quality, but that is not what the store is about. Checkout was efficient.They have quite a wide variety of products from furniture 2 groceries. They had more furniture than what I see in Walmart. There were complete bedroom sets on display.They have Toys, houseware items, and pretty much whatever you would find at a Walmart but on a smaller scale. Some Electronics, but not as many as Walmart. They dont have a lot of clothing.
