I always have the most pleasant team members when I come into my local Target store. I purposely go to different cashier each time I check out. Im in the store at least 3 times a week it doesnt help matters I live less than 5 minutes from my local Target. I would highly recommend Target to all family and friends .

This store is unbelievably disappointing lately. They let check out lines back up badly without finding more register trained employees. The shelves are poorly stocked and their selection of items is horrible, especially in electronics. The food department doesnt look much better. Their overall service on a scale of 1 to 10 might be a 3 on a good day. Target is becoming a glorified 7/11. Not much more.

I love shopping at Target. The associates are so nice and helpful. The store is always nice, clean and the atmosphere is so calming.

Today, was the 1st time experiencing direct bad service at Target. They only had self checkout and 1 other line available. THE wait was unbelievable.This is not the norm since I frequent Target. It really jus made me feel uncomfortable in line with me wearing a mask and so many others without them all together.

First time Ive ever had a team member refuse to tell me where automotive was because they were on break. When I came back by, there was a huddle including that one talking about how often they get stopped by customers while on break. Why hang out on the sales floor chatting when youre not available.?All that energy to refuse to answer a question.

Today my mom shopped here and she was very happy with the selection of home goods. She bought me glasses for Thanksgiving.which are ultra modern for a reasonable price. She also bought me some pots which are very nice.Update, one day later.I went to Target today to pick up some things. This store has good variety except the shoe section is limited. If looking for sneakers dont bother. Music was ridiculous : usually couldnt care less but it was annoying. Friendly service as usual.

Love my local Target. You can find good deals on dvd and bluray movies if you go at the right time.

They do not answer their phone. Called guest services and the phone rang for 5+ minutes over 3 different calls. Never got an answer.

We were followed and harassed by the security guard on 1/4/21 at roughly 8-9pm. We were getting toys for our niece and nephew after work. We were in our uniforms with where we work and our full names on them. The security guard followed us our entire trip. He would joke about people stealing to coworkers as they passed us and stayed on the same aisle as us just watching us. We purchased 4 giant stuffed animals and a Pokémon tin. He followed us from the aisle we were on up until the front, where he stood with his arms crossed in front of the carts. I invite you to watch the cameras (you can’t miss two adults carrying 4 stuffed animals at 8-9 and with the super friendly and kind woman manning the self checkout helping us and getting large target bags to put the animals in). Train your security staff better. That experience was dehumanizing and very upsetting considering we are very frequent rock hill target shoppers and have never stolen anything in our lives. Please help this security guard do better at his job and never make paying customers feel uncomfortable in a professional way.

I love target! Prices are good and the shelves are always stocked. The wait for the lines are never long. The workers are always kind and friendly and usually in a very positive mood. Target is way better than going to Walmart! The Rock Hill location is clean and never overly crowded. Also, they are doing a great job with covid with keeping the stores clean. Every time I look they are cleaning and wiping things down.

Elder lady at self check out today would not stop hovering over my boyfriend and I . We were making separate payments and wanted to say we didnt complete our purchase. She treated us like weve never used a self check before. I walked away to get some Starbucks after I completed my purchase and while my boyfriend was finishing up his. She should really just not be around people unless shes needed. ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS A VIRUS GOING AROUND. Ill stick to the Target in Rivergate ✌️

I like Target over other big box stores due to cleanliness of store, variety and quality of products, ease of online ordering and pickup. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Online order pickup is the easiest Ive experienced.

This target has the worst selection of healthy food options. It appears this store does not carry 99 percent of the healthy food options that Target Inc. offers. Im confused as to why.. maybe the size of the store and/or location.. idk.. Personally I think this store needs to improve alot. Also when ordering online.. products show up as being available/in stock however when the shopper actually is inside the store shopping your order about 85 percent of your items are not available so therefore you pretty much wasted a shopping delivery trip. I really wish RH had more shopping store options rather than this Target store.

I LOVE Target Drive Up because of their quick service and I don’t event have to get out of the car! It is convenient to use them for my non-grocery needs, I just put in my order as we are getting ready for the day and pick it up while we are out and about that same day.

Today I went in to look for a aux cord old school for tape cassette. I found it is was 12.99 and best buy had it for 9.99. Target matched the price. I am grateful and will be back. Love the costume selection for kids. Ms. Jamesha was thorough looking through sites and her product knowledge in helping me find what I need. She was pleasant and professional. Wanted to exchange bathing suit bottom for a different size. I had my receipt which clearly showed the price.the ink was faded on the numbers of the item, not my fault. The lady said the item on the receipt showed I didnt buy the item. I pointed it out to her on the receipt the price and she said I cant read the numbers can you? I said its not my fault it didnt print. She the looked it up on the computer and found the numbers and exchanged it. I felt like I was being accused of stealing..

I find everything I need and even more than I dont need at Target.

The personnel are friendly & very helpful, I’ve often been asked if I need assistance, which is very nice considering the response I’ve gotten from some other large chains. They readily accept coupons & there is no problem having someone recheck prices when the register price doesn’t match their signs or advertisements. Their prices are very comparative to other stores & they actually put items on sale. I really enjoy shopping at Target. The stores are clean & well organized.

Update. Not a good place to shop. Trouble on a returnThis place is a great spot to just walk around if you have cabin fever and you want to walk around during inclement weather. I understand that some of the workers here hate their lives but I will explain why I am giving the place five stars. They really have helped raise the wages here in town. For a long time this was the place to get paid a dollar or two more an hour. I am thankful that they are raising the wage bar in the area and providing people with jobs.

So this store is great, don’t get me wrong, I’ve never had a bad experience until today when I was in there. A lady named Melissa Freeman, who I came to find out to be the front end manager or something like that, Was extremely rude and demeaning to me and another customer who stepped in to tell her that she was in the wrong for speaking to a customer in that manner. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or if that how she goes about speaking to people, but I know Target standards are higher then that so I’m doing my part in letting someone know. I hope this behavior can be addressed and fixed.

Attention customers make sure when you shop at target you are watching your prices. They are putting things in the wrong place to show the price you will but when you get home the item is more. The most funny thing about it is that when you try and get a price adjustment, they are not doing so because of the virus. The only thing they are touching and truthfully is buttons. I paid by card so it wasn’t like they had to touch anything but the button to refund my money: they only thing they are doing is taking your bill payments which is the same buttons that they would have used for a price adjustment. P.S they are not doing any returns and price adjustments only payments so when your receipt has expired on April the 16, then they will lower the value on your item that they over charged for. Just be careful when you scan your items. With businesses closing and many people are out of work now is not the time to be overcharging people and telling them you are sorry for the overcharge.

When the products are in stock, it is so easy. I wish I could order more non perishable foods.

Target is one of my favorite stores, for groceries, baby supplies, clothes for the kids and me, beauty supplies. You name it, most likely they have it. I also have a Target Debit card that I immediately get 5% off each purchase and it comes right out of my checking. Oh, and the Cartwheel coupons are great as well. Scan the item you purchasing and there could be a coupon for that item. Anyway to save money! Also, I take advantage of their online ordering/pick up. If I have to get some items on my lunch break, I will order it online and it will be ready to pick up on my break... its fantastic! They do my shopping for me.

Ive been to very few Targets, but this one is amazing. The carts are all smooth, the lines are small, and there are a myriad of things to choose from. If youre willing to the pay the extra money for a better shopping experience Id go here

Melissa (the assistant manager) is the worst manager and possibly the worst person I have ever dealt with. She is racist, aggressive, and unfit to even work at this store. I have been a customer of this Target for 10 years and this is by far my worst experience. I had a child who was visibly scared by her as she was near-yelling that I was wrong (requesting price matching). She tried to trick me by using an app on her phone that had a New York zip code, of course the pricing would be different. We were there and asked for a price match (laundry detergent from walmart)but she refused to do it because the price we wanted to match was too low (for her). She berated the cashier and provoked me as she didnt care if I complained to corporate. I have observed that she has a clear preference for other customers and have had run ins with her like this. All my Hispanic friends have complained about her and she mistreats Hispanics even though she gives others no trouble. I hope Target reads this and hires somebody with experience and good character.The best customer service is the afternoon/night shift. They are kind and nice but the morning shift with this uneducated and hotheaded excuse of a manager is AWFUL.

This location has gone down hill a lot over the past few months, Probably due to seasonal hiring but management didnt seem to care. Drive to the target in pineville or steel creek instead because the employees here dont care, the store is messy and half empty. Its possibly worse than walmart.

I have started shopping at Target instead of Walmart. Due to the personal touch you feel at Target.

Although this was a pleasant visit, I was at the same store the next day and the experience was NOT pleasant. I had to ask for assistance and when I was ready to check out the items on the table were not the same price that was charged. When I asked the associate to change the display and place the correct items on the table, he stated that they were not allowed to change things around.

The quality of items Target provides. Also, this was my first time using the order and bring to your car feature. It was super easy and FAST!!! I will definitely use this again.

Target has great deals every week. I particularly like the sales around the holidays. The sales associates, cashiers and customer service specialist are exceptional in their kindness, courtesy and overall professionalism. I really enjoy using the drive up shopping experience. Only if you’re 65+, have a medical condition or pregnant you can go in and all I needed was to go in and get formula for my child. They wouldn’t let me in - that should of been a necessity for me to be allowed to go in and get it for my kid ... very disappointing

I was in the Rock Hill Target last week and I wanted to give a shout out to a store associate by the name of Dylan. I was on the search for some book bins and he went in back and brought me out a cart load to choose the colors I needed. He then offered to go get more if what he brought out wasnt enough. Dylan was extremely helpful and I appreciated it!

I love this target. Always a great selection from groceries to clothing to household items. There are always enough cashiers open even when its busy wait times to check out are pretty quick

Good all around shopping experience. Fairly typical Target experience really : clean store, friendly attentive staff when you need them, well stocked shelves. However, I do find the rack spacing in the clothing departments at tad bit tight for negotiating a cart full of kids or a stroller at times, and the parking lot is always busy Ive found so best to park further from the door than hunt for a spot.

This target is really nice and organized. Everything is easy to find. They have a really big $1-3 section. Lots of clearance items, which is why I go to target in the first place. This one has the grocery section as well.

Item was ready for pick up and came within minutes of arriving didnt have to contact anyone. It was super easy.

I know alot about stores in my area, because I audit many. Target has a very nice staff and their prices are good, especially with their coupon application. Stay away from the seasonal when you walk in or you will definitely spend money! The items are adorable! Especially for school age children.

Went to Starbucks asking for a large ice water. What I recieved was a medium instead. Quite upset as I was actively dying of thirst. The only redeemable quality of this Starbucks is the hot girl with the blue hair behind the counter. Like, damn.
