Stopped by this evening around 9:15PM, and proceeded to the drive thru window because no one answered the drive thru mic/speaker. I was introduced by two male employees at the window. The one male said they had closed at 9PM (even though online said 11PM) and the other male stood close by and intentional gave me a strange stare - even as I pulled away. That kid has along way to go to understand customers pay his salary and he is representing a brand.

I love dunkin donuts and today is national donut Day I guess you have to tell them its national donut day at the store or else you wont get your free donut. More often than not this locations expresso machine is constantly having issues. You guys should stop paying a repairman and just get it replaced.

Called 48 hours in advance to have a birthday cake made. Most Baskin & Robins I had ordered cakes from have had no problem fulfilling the order. On the phone the lady was able to repeat my phone number and order back to me. However, on the day of pickup they claimed “they couldn’t do my order” and “tried to contact me.” They said they sent me a text but I never received a text even though I know they have my phone number because it was repeated back to me. So now I left with no birthday cake and nothing in return for my inconvenience. Do not go to this Baskin & Robins.

I ordered an Brownie sunday my dessert for my birthday it literal came wth the ice cream and a brownie nothing else sad dessert for a what is supposed to be a great day.

Employees should take a lesson on how to properly fix an original cappuccino blast. It’s either too sweet now or tastes like a vanilla milkshake. An original cappuccino blast has a taste of coffee to it, or did. Now it’s just sickening. Also, it has the whipped cream and cinnamon, not caramel. Please fix this as this is my favorite frozen drink from BR.

This is the second (and last) disaster with this location through DoorDash. No M&M’s on my sundae which I got charged for and a blip of hot fudge on top. The price charged is atrocious for what basically equates to a McDonald’s size sundae. Don’t bother ordering from this location on Celanese Road.

Service and quality was bad. Dear management/corporate these are the things I experienced today 3/2020 1. Stale doughnuts 2.stale ice cream cones 3. Scorched coffee 4. Poor attitudes please work to improve your quality and service. Sincerely rock hill resident.

My sister and I experience was great the first time we came. The customer service was award winning🏆🏆🏅 I hate I did not get her name. Unfortunately, they did not have any brownies so I had to substitute my dessert for a dark chocolate cookie. Ive been twice afterwards trying to catch them with brownies in stock & their always out? Disappointing but its okay, considering the great customer service on the first visit but itll be nice to know if its a secret brownie club day or a certain time /day that brownies are available so I wont waste my gas.

Ice cream is awesom . Some of the kids who works there are truly amazing .Next time I will write it down theres names, because I think they deserve to be recognized.

2 stars is for the ice cream...They NEVER have the flavors listed in stock and I go probably 1-2x a month. Its ridiculous. Not ok

I am giving 2 stars only for the milk shake. The service was terrible. Drive thru 2 milk shakes and have to wait 15 min. Then dude brings our shakes holding them by the top with no straws. How you going to sell a milk shake with no straws. Im done Ill go across town next time.

I highly suggest that you start putting ice cream flavors that you carry on your menu. I came to this location yesterday & the guy had a problem with telling me all the current flavors, so I simply ordered nothing. I just wanted something chocolatey, and the guy their told me well we have rainbow sherbert & strawberry. I know you have more than just 2 flavors to offer daily so you should make this known to customers. A lot of people just want to drive thru without any hassle. I know listing all the icecream flavors out loud to customers maybe a lot (even though when I was a waitress, I would have to list every dessert & talk about them IN DETAIL). However, if it is too much for your employees to list the flavors to customers then you should add the flavors to your menu board outside in drive thru.

I was not impressed at all with my experience at this location...Wished i had gotten the name of the fellow that waited on us, he was very friendly... the girl that was there, Not as nice... she waited on a couple after us, then asked me what I had so she could help...I told her No, that guy was waiting on us... there was NO Hot Fudge, Caramel, or Reeses syrup...Banana Splits are not like I remember them... less toppings for more money....I will NOT go back to the Baskin Robbins/DD on Celanese Rd in Rock Hill....

My husband and I buy the quarts quite often, but tonight they didnt have our favorite ones so I paid extra to have them pack the quarts. The lady had a major snotty attitude, slamming things the whole time and then we went to eat some tonight and theyre not even full and the mint one has little icicles in it?? Freezer burn? Not sure.
