Super disappointed in the experience with Krispy Kreme today. Labor shortages closed the lobby which is understandable (we understand your pain) but why should one cup be half empty without having taken a sip and the iced latte looks like a small not the large I ordered. Im not a regular if Krispy Kreme so I really dont know, is this normal like the drive thru lady said???

Please tell me how these look anything more than a mangled up version of the advertisement!? Get a new baker for Gods sake! Absolute disappointment to get home and have these as a treat for my daughters girls night and embarrassed to even hand these out! Gross...

The donuts are always good. Inside is always clean. The holiday specials are fun. I’ll keep going back.My last two visits, using the drive-through, were a bit rocky. I had a hard time getting them to understand a coupon, then had to circle the drive twice to get the free donut with coffee offer on a holiday and then to use my buy one get one dozen offer. Next time, I had trouble getting them to understand I wanted both a glazed and assorted dozen, and my assorted dozen was half glazed!

Absolutely the worse customer service Ive ever had. Gabriel was the worse! I hardly ever stop to this location and I wont ever stop here again. The only reason I stopped was because I received a free dozen of glaze donuts for my birthday. I was headed to the hospital to visitation sick friend, so I was picking up the donuts so that I could gift them to the nurses. I purchased an item as well. Since, Ive never used rewards and Im not sure how it worked, I asked Gabriel a question. She was extremely rude and had a snobby attitude. I waited in the drive thru for over 7 minutes before making it to the window, so maybe she had an issue with someone else before me. However, I did nor said anything wrong to her. Thats unfair to take your anger out on someone else who did nothing. After the attitude and seeing that the item was not taken off of my total, I asked for a refund. She pretty much slammed down her device and yelled, give her a refund. After seeing that, Id rather pay and go to Dunkin Donuts right down the street than to be treated like this. Lily came over to process my refund and she was very professional and pleasant. Still, no one explained the reward system to me. However, I will never return here again and I will be contacting corporate. I went back and read my reward and I was correct, and she was wrong. It absolutely blows my mind how someone is asked to do their job and they get upset with you for asking them a question that you didnt know. Horrible service and location. I do not recommend going here EVER!

Only had Maple or out of everything and donuts tasted old. I get more fresh donuts at Walmart. My box was crushed when given to me like it was dropped and stepped on. Not a good impression at all.

Went to get a dozen of donuts and almost everything i wanted wasnt available no starwberry glazed donuts without sprinkles, no chocolate cake donuts like whats the sense of offering other donuts if all you every have is regular glazed donuts. Very disappointed in this visit it was my first visit to this location and was very dissatisfied with the service. Would not recommend unless you want just regular glazed donuts if so have at it

National Donut Day Uninformed ! My receipt states - I was at this store at 6:52 AM. My order was taken by Cashier 13 via the drive thur. I placed my order for a Custom Dozen and then requested the dozen original for the extra $1. When I pulled up I asked the young lady if she heard my request. She said no. I told her about the deal showing online and she looked at her screen for what I assume was a coupon to choose that offer. She asked if I had a Coupon or the APP. I responded NO, your website for National Donut Day states this is the offer for today only ! She promptly called for assistance- I hear her say Erica to ask for help. She returned and then told me about the $1 free donut and I responded I know about that offer and the vaccination free one as well- but that is not what I was there for. I just wanted to bring some to work for my department. Long story short the line was super long and I was holding up the line . I said never mind and I paid the regular price for the extra dozen. Side Note: I came to this location last year for the same offer and the young lady ( a different one ) was great and I receive the extra Dozen for the dollar. I wonder how many after me today requested this offer and didnt receive it ! Very Disappointed, she clearly didnt have the information or Tools needed ( a Coupon option) to do he job.

Doughnuts were really small today. In all of my years of eating Krispy Kreme I never had one this small. I was so disappointed 😞. I guess they thought we wouldnt notice. Well on the bright side, I didnt feel guilty for eating it.

Very disappointed in my order today. They advertised for “ Key Lime Pie” glazed flavored donuts and they did NOT taste like anything key lime at all. Tasted like their regular glazed donuts. They had colored the glaze lime green, but tasted regular. Which regular is good, but, I only ordered the dozen on my app to get the key lime taste. Was NOT there. Never again will I fall for the flavored glazed donut advertisements again!

Today was the third day in a row I went in to get some s’mores donuts and they were not prepared. I ordered some off of door dash and they sent s few old ones of the single flavor I didn’t want. Instead of canceling the order or asking if I was ok with not receiving what I ordered they just sent my dozen anyway. The flavor they did send was not good. Last time I order from this store.

Quickly got the line at the drive-thru taken care of. Quickest I have been in and out of there in a while. Nice girl at the window. Donuts were cold unfortunately and I went at 6am 😔

The donuts were great as usual! And keep an eye out for the survey on your receipt because that bogo doesnt comes in handy! The staff was awesome as well. My only complaint is that the prices keep going up.

Donuts. That is what we wanted... Couldnt go inside.. So we left.. Undaunted.. I wont patronize a store we cant go inside.. So to dunkin donuts we made our stride... We got our yummies.. And We sat right down... So we add another onto my list.. Of the stores we dont go to.. And we wont miss.. So no more burger king.. Or the burger clown.. Or Krispy cream.. These donuts are always so soft with the glaze covering much of them, but theyre even better when the Hot donuts now sing is on! I love donuts

Was trying to get some Halloween donuts for my senior citizens at my job, and I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone since WEDNESDAY!? called 5x this morning. Absolutely terrible…

This girl got frustrated with me because she couldnt count to six. I asked for 1 cotten candy, 1 chocolate WITH sprinkles and 4 regular. After a breif discussion about this and her attitude becomeing increasingly irritable I thought we had it figured out. They even asked me AGAIN at the window and STILL GOT IT WRONG. Holy s&*@. If not for her clear irritability I wouldnt have even brought this up.

Stopped in @ 0638 on this morning to get donuts for my work on my birthday. Ordered 3 dozen and was handed a bag got to work and there were 2 dozen in the bag. The people working seemed more interested in talking with each other than getting orders done. Tried calling to explain situation and no answer from the store. They could use some training in customer service. With no customers you don’t have a job.

Krispy Kreme donuts are the best donuts in the world.We came here because of the special chocolate covered options they were having this weekend only.Were not disappointed.Came for 4, left with a dozen.My favorite was the cake batter creme filled flavor.That must be what they eat in heaven.

Girl at counter wanted a barcode for the special. Ended up having to order online since we were unable to find the barcode she wanted. Place was clean and orderly, other than the barcode issue very nice and friendly place.

Not sure why the cashier and food prep employees had an attitude with me in the drive-thru line today, but I’m glad the manager handled the situation when I call the store to follow-up. Professionalism is key, and then employees at this store seem to have forgotten that.

A club that I’m involved in wanted to do something for our local EMS for all their hard work and I contacted Krispy Kreme of Rock Hill . The manager and staff couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous. Had to pick up donuts early and they had everything ready and were so nice . Thanks again

Says on google this store closes at 10:00 out when I got there at 9:30 the doors were locked and they were all in there cleaning. No hours listed on the outside of the building so I don’t know if Corporate has them closing earlier than usually or if they are just slack and can’t bare to stay open until listed close time.

They never answer the phone when you call and the staff that I have had the privilege of dealing with at the Rock Hill location are very rude. My past few experiences at this location have not been Pleasant.

But one dozen glazed and get one free!! Even better when your son buys and splits them with you!

Closed early for no reason bc they didn’t feel like working to listed hours. Fully staffed with machines up and running. Came 30 min before closing.

Fast service. Friendly service. Good selection but they needed to have the sea salt caramel and chocolate one. Then it would have been perfect!!!

Hot now sign was on, so that was a huge plus. Had great service, enthusiastic employees. Donuts were excellent as always. Quick service (we were the only ones inside) and we were waiting on a call from someone for their order. Guy couldnt have been nicer, told us take our time, had some good conversation. Dont know how the experience could have been better.

Showed up at 630. Not only was the service slow which might be excusable as they are still getting moving the doughnuts I got were stale... no wonder they are losing locations left and right.

I ordered special holiday donuts online for a special occasion and had it set for me to pick it up the next morning and they say that its sold out because someone that same morning bought all of them, I would of at least thought that they would have save me some since I reserved them from the day before...I guess not and they only get two stars because I got my money back

Loved it 3 years ago but as of 11-5-21 - I DONT!!!Went in morning of 11-5, got 2 dozen and what I ordered was not what they put in the box. I ordered 6 raspberry filled and then when we ate them at work, they were lemon filled. Lucky no one was allergic to lemon. I stopped by after work with them and the girl there said because she wasnt there in the morning she couldnt do anything. How hard is it to give me 6 raspberry ones as good customer service, I had 4 of the 6 with me and the receipt showing it should have been 6 raspberry. DUH!!!!

The best time to buy doughnuts is when the hot now aign is on. HOT LIGHT HOURS:Sun-Thu 6:00AM-10:00AM and 5:00PM-9:30PM

The new Mini donuts are fantastic. It is a way to curb your sweet tooth and not feel so guilty. I have also found they work really well for childrens parties and board meetings. I like that I can walk in at any time and get a dozen or more fresh donuts without a wait

They were out of certain menu flavors (not seasonal). I was told that they didnt have any decaf, essentially meaning they werent willing to make a pot for my order.

If you ever go by a Krispy Kreme and the hot and now sign is turned on, do yourself a favor and stop by. There is nothing like an original Krispy Kreme glazed doughnut and coffee. Its one of lifes best guilty pleasure and so worth the extra calories. It could quite possibly be a life changing experience.

They don’t open until 8AM now which would have been nice to know before I completed a mobile order to pickup at 6:45AM! Nowhere does it state the updated hours during the “pandemic”. Only found out by calling in and listening to about 3 different recordings!

Went twice for pumpkin spice cheesecake donuts. First time it was late and they were sold out. Second time was the middle of day, on Sunday, the last day of the promotion and they were out. The employee seemed annoyed. The hot sign was on and we bought a dozen hot glazed. They werent even warm. The screen on the register wasnt working, I had to ask what my total was. Not worth it.

My favorite sweet treat. Customer service tonight was amazing by a young man. He was very well mannered and polite. It would be nice if management could pull the schedule to see who was working on 5/29 around 9pm, and give him plenty kudos. The best treat was my hot donuts!
