Joanne and her staff has been nothing but dedicated to the customer every time Ive been in. Joanne, herself, spent over an hour with me today and communicating with my insurance to make sure I got all of my benefit payment as the insurance was trying to be difficult. I will continue to go to this store for the amazing customer service.

Picked up some safety glasses for work today. They quoted me half the price that my eye doctors office quoted. The lady that took care of me is named Becky. She was very professional and made the process very easy. The entire staff Becky, Emily, and Joanne were very pleasant and joy to deal with. Highly recommend!

The staff named Anthony is rude. The following day after my husband took my boys toget their eye exam and prescription glasses there, i have to have it cancelled and start a new one so that i can use my insurance benefits (my husband forgot to mention that my boys are covered in my insurance at work) . I know that Vision Center are not in the network but i still proceeded the new order. I also have to change my other son’s frames . He asked me if i have to put back the old order in the new order and i said yes but add a premium anti-reflection coating . I am a trusting person and while he was working on it, i was checking frames and see if theres something i like. After awhile he called me and said that it is ready. When I was ready to pay, i found out that what i will pay is higher than the cancelled transaction, I asked him why when i have the insurance. He answered that he already told me that my copay is higher because they are not in the network. I answered him back saying i already know that. He continue to say that the retail price is cheaper but if using an insurance, it cost more. I told him to hold on a bit as i was checking the amount. Then he asked me, “are you going to have me apply the insurance or not,” I was tired and hungry as i just got out of work but went there straight because my boys are already there waiting for me so my other son can look for a new frame too. I told Anthony that since i want my son to upgrade his frame, i have to use my insurance. I paid $37 dollars more. When i got home and fully rested, i double check the transaction receipt. I found out that he changed the lens from poly transition grey to poly plus without asking me or telling me. I dont mind if i have to pay more if he makes me aware of what i am paying for. It seems like theres a threat the way he asked me if i have to do it(using my insurance) or not. When he said he already told me that my copay is higher because they are not in the network, i told him this will never happen again as i will never go back. Sorry to say but his ugly attitude reflects his ugly personality.
This place is the fast food of Eye Care. I have been twice, and each time the Doctor that I used to see is no longer with them. They move on to better practices. Not only that, but the staff here is so incredibly rude and indifferent to you that I would say absolutely go somewhere else. The frames are outrageously priced, and not only that but they do not stand behind their own diagnoses. Good luck to anyone who goes here nowadays. You all deserve better than this place.
Ive called twice about my glasses, that Ive already paid for, and both times left a message and still have not gotten a call back. So disappointed
The doctor and staff were friendly and caring. You may have to wait a bit if therere many patients. Went today with my kid to get eyeglasses and contact lens, Dr. Miles took time to explain why my kids treatment is best for her right now. Definitely recommend this place for eye exams, eye glasses and contact lens.
Dont be fooled by the location of this optical center (inside Wal-Mart). The staff is wonderful! Marlene and Carol are so helpful, knowledgable, and professional. They take time and care with each client, give advice on lenses/glasses, and assist with insurance needs. So thankful I found them!
Had to wait 2 weeks for nonprescription sunglasses to come in and then when they finally arrived they were scratched. Now I’m sure I have to wait another 2 weeks without so much as a “sorry”.
