Dr. David Oliver and his staff are all awesome! I can not say enough good things about them. I recently had to make an emergency appointment for my son to be seen by an eye doctor. I called several other optometrist offices in Rock Hill, but none of them were accommodating. I called Dr. Oliver’s office and they told me to come in right away and that they would work him in. I am so thankful that Dr. Oliver was able to examine my son’s eye immediately. He was very thorough and explained everything to us, and really spent time making sure we understood everything. My son’s eye is so much better, and I am thankful for Dr. Oliver’s quick response and treatment. I would highly recommend Oliver Eye Associates.

Excellent service. They really take their time making sure they get your prescription right. No other eye doctor that I had gone to before was ever able to get multifocal contacts to work for me, some wouldnt even try but, Oliver Eye made it happen!!

Great doctor but I tried to make an appointment today for an examination and they have nothing available for over a month. Id hate to have to go find another optometrist but that seems too long to wait for an appointment. Guess Ill try the VA and see if I cant get an appointment sooner.

I love Dr. David and his staff. I always feel I get a thorough exam and clear explanation of whats going on with my eyes.

This place was amazing! I have never felt so comfortable or heard when I was getting my eye exam. Dr. Oliver is extremely patient and he explains everything to you. 10/10. His staff was very nice as well.

I have been going to this practice for at least 30 years. Excellent doctors that are genuinely concerned with your vision. I have glaucoma, and it is constantly monitored. The sons are the doctors now, they followed their fathers profession. A family run business. I will say they are the best around.

First off, love doctor Scott Oliver. He was great, and very professional. However, the ladies that work at the front desk are absolutely incompetent. They over book appointments on a regular basis and dont seem to care about the inconveniences of having to arrange childcare while going to these appointments or any other considerations. My wife and I both had to wait more than 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment times at the last 6 appointments. I complained the last time I was there about it taking so long past my appointment time, but unfortunately it didnt matter. My wife returned for another appointment, waiting 20 minutes past her scheduled appointment time before asking how much longer it would be. They responded with about another 20 minutes. Ive had to miss 2 days from work to schedule appointments and it really angers me to see that the people at the front desk dont care at all about my personal time. We will be finding another eye doctor to go to because of this issue. Not just one or two times, but regular occurrences each time. This is how they operate. I hope that Doctor Oliver sees this and takes corrective action, because the unprofessional conversations overheard from the front desk staff is also another reason we will not be coming back. Some conversations should be held in private.

I have been a patient at Oliver eye associates for over 40 years. I have recently moved to Florida and was trying to schedule an appointment for the following week on dates I would be flying into sc to visit family. In less than 10 seconds the receptionist informed me that there was no availability until a month later, and that if I had to find a local dr that it was u fortunate. There was no consideration for the fact that I have been a patient for over 4 decades. This is not the same place it was when dr. William Oliver (the best) was there. There is something to be said about patient relationship and loyalty to people that have supported you for their entire life. My entire family have been patients there. It is sad to me that I can’t even get a “work in” appointment after 40 years and literally thousands of dollars in business!!!

Staff was friendly knowledgeable and quick. I believe I’ve found a new eye doctor, after going to America’s best for a few years. There’s is a completely different side to service between the two.

I have called this office several times about replacing my sons glasses. Our dog destroyed them and he can’t see without them. They always say they will give the message to who I am trying to reach and never hear back from them. Very poor. Will be looking for another office that cares a little more about their patients.

Staff members have No consideration for any of the patients so unprofessional they messed up on two of my appointments both times left me waiting without any explanation when I confronted them they said oh well theres nothing we can do. I also think the Dr kept making me come back to take the same test multiple times so they can keep charging my insurance when I asked him he just gives me the run-around . On top of all this my husband purchase glasses from there and a few weeks later he gets a phone call from them saying that they gave him the wrong glasses his insurance doesnt cover those type of glasses.so whose fault is that theyre the ones that showed him the glasses that his insurance will only cover .We are both so done with this place.

Everyone at Oliver Eye Associates is always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I love that they are a teaching practice and frequently have interns. I have always received top-notch service and care.

Ive been going here for some years now, love Dr. Scott and his associates very pleasant atmosphere, kind caring place to visit for eye care.

The worst eye dr to ever choose from. Ive attended Oliver Eye for two years now and they still havent been able to get anything right. It takes multiple weeks to receive contacts (that take 5 days..) and the customer service is terrible. Each employee is rude and very unprofessional.

Pleased with everyone in this office, the visit took alot longer than expected but we can thank the Coronavirus for that... Besides that, everyone was awesome at this office. I seen Dr.David on my visit! He was awesome!

The doctors have an overwhelming amount of knowledge in treating me and other patients. The staff has always been nothing but nice and professional with my care. If there has ever been a problem i have seen the staff go above and beyond to correct the situation to the patients good. Everything has been done to make the patient as happy as they can be. This place is a rip-off and all they care about is your money. Had a horrible experience.Went there for my eye contacts. They sold me eye contacts that broke in my eyes a couple days later. Went back there. Doctor looked at it and took out the piece of eye contacts.It gets even interesting, instead of apologizing, they charged me tons of more money and never even waived it even after I fought it.I was an idiot and if i knew what I know now, I would’ve sued them.Do yourself a favor and please never go there or you’ll regret. Don’t get misled by their fake face

Ive been using Oliver Eye Associates for over 2 decades. I have always had a great experience each and every visit. They are professional, courteous, and dont keep you waiting. This year I had a traumatic injury to my right eye. I nearly lost it, but Dr. Oliver ran every test, kept me calm through the entire process, and saved my eye! At age 29, Im glad I choose Oliver Eye Associates for both my routine and not so routine ocular needs.

I went to this office on 6/7/17. The eye exam went very well. The doctor was very professional and nice. I brought in my own frame, I only needed lenses. I paid over half toward the lenses.On 6/21/17, I called about my glasses. I was told that the entire price had to be paid, prior to the glasses being sent off. This was not told to me when i paid the deposit. My frame stayed in that office for 2 weeks with nothing being done. This was no help for me and the experience was very disappointing..

The Doctors and staff are great at making you feel like you are their only patient. They meet all my vision needs from the moment I walk in to the moment I finish my exam.

I ordered a pair of Costa sunglasses and prepaid in mid December. I was told they would be in in 10-15 days. I came in after that time and was told oh sorry we forgot to order them but we are ordering them now thats fine mistakes happen. Today Feb. 6th I came to check on my glasses cause I still havent heard anything from them well after the 15 days again. They said they arent here and that they dont know whats going on with it. But that they will have someone call me. Front office ladies are rude. Awful experience I wont be back. Recap... ordered and prepaid for glasses mid Dec still not here Feb 6th, no follow up, rude office ladies, Once I get my glasses I wont be back. Good luck if you decide to come here.
