Is Friday 11:15pm, I just fueled up and bought a car wash. My receipt didnt print at pump. I went to the door and its locked. I need my receipt for the car wash and the place is closed even though they say open. I just lost my money and theres no way to get it refunded.

So this store has a mask policy. Ok during the day yep masks on. .good service. I want to say good service. Always but after 9 pm been in there no masks !After 11 pm.no one i mean no one had a mask on but me..dont go in at night . !!!

The ladies in the evenings complain out loud about the work they have to do in front of customers. Also closing the store for more than 45 minutes to go to the bathroom while customers arrive and leave because the doors are locked.constantly on their phones while servicing customers. Bad customer service period.

They need more workers. This store was locked tonight around 7:15. A few people waited but we didn’t see anyone inside.

Very pushy and rude employees and was made to feel very unwelcome at the store. The Circle K Customer Service Hotline is a joke. I never spoke with a human being, left a message never got a call back.I visited the Circle K Store 8401 on 2013/06/13 just to pick up a pack of smokes and a lighter. You see I accidentally washed my roommates lighter and pack of smokes when I was doing the laundry. All I had was a remnant of the carton. I spoke to an Angela, the store manager. She was not knowledgeable of the brand Palm Mall and was not able to help me find a similar lighter to a black Elite brand. Because she was losing patience with me she told me to step aside so she could help other customers. I was annoyed and expressed that I would like to buy a different pack and did so paid cash. I ended up getting some American Spirit because I knew they were higher quality and at least would make a good apology to my roommate. She didnt give me my receipt and I had to ask for it and she rudely sighed loudly at me.I walked out to cool off. So I walked back in to apology for causing any slow down because of my unique question and the women really ticked me off because she adamantly refused to listen to me and then asked me to leave. It was so humiliating. I tried calling the customer service number but never got a reply back. Their website even says under construction. They are as bad as Burger King. They just dont care about their customers.It was rather petty and insignificant and probably wont affect me from going to Circle K in the future after all they do have cheap soda.

I go in this store all the time; tonight there was a credit only sign up confusing customers. So I asked no cash, the clerk may have heard this question all night, but didnt have to have a attitude to tell me credit only. I used my card and asked for my receipt she smirked and said, our printer doesnt work. Really how you gonna be rude and cant give someone a receipt. No customer service whatsoever! And how a store cant cash, Im confused...

Terrible gas station. Only a small handful of the gas pumps actually work. The other majority either always are out of order or the card machine does not work. You shouldn’t have to drive around inspecting which pumps you can actually use here.

The employee stopped waiting on people to look at his phone and then type a text. You have to be kidding.
