After searching for my daughter car for her birthday for a whole month I was able to find a nice bmw at this shop. The staff was very professional and made my experience very less stressful than burns dealership. And plus I got a crazy deal I highly recommend this shop

They are unprofessional underhanded and incompetent people. They dont want to work with you or sell you a vehicle at a good deal. Most people want to have a vehicle checked out before purchasing it and in order to pay for a vehicle you have to work. They dont seem to understand any of these concepts. My husband is a truck driver and went out of his way to give them a sale. They refused to meet him earlier than their hours of operation in order to get the car checked out, and when he stopped by to get the car looked at that same day, they told him to find a car somewhere else. Dont waste your time and money on these slack salesmen they are not worth it. Bonus we had the money in the bank and was seriously going to buy this vehicle, but they lost some great customers for sure. They just dont know how may family members we have and the business they could have earned.

Gave this place two shots since the prices were good. First time, I went and found out they list their cars online even if they’re not clean and ready. Dirty, interior panels pulled off, trash from workers driving them. Second, and final, I went to see a car and when I got there they spent 20+ minutes trying to find the key….. they never found the key.

I am glad I didnt go to this company for a car. After the experience one of my kids has gone through with these ppl....no way!! As I see in one of these reviews how Sam gave a customer full value of their money back towards another one of their vehicle, well it is a shocker after it was told to us that he doesnt have a policy like that. Top gear must have their favorites. Two days after we purchased a car from top gear well we had to take it back. Ok it got fixed. Then there was another issue. An oil leak but we managed to get that fixed ourselves. A week later another issue so it was taken back again but sat in their lot some days before it was handled. Sam was rude and unprofessional about the ordeal but finally it did get fixed after a week and a half. Also to let folks know dont leave anything valuable in your car while being fixed at this company if you decide to purchase there and make sure the car you purchase are in very decent shape and has been detailed inside and out. We will never come again!!!

I brought a used 2010 Buick Enclave which only last me for one week before my engine went out on me.. I called them and when they finally got in touch with me. I had already put the car in the shop. They wanted me to have the car towed all the way from Calhoun County to Rock Hill. I lost over 7,000 in that car. I will never go back there. I thought I walked away with a deal but I was wrong. I walk in with money and walked out with nothing. I have a vehicle that doesn’t work and no money to buy another one. Thank you guys for ripping me off! You don’t expect a use car to run for ever but you shouldn’t have to worry about leaving off the lot or within a couple of weeks it’s gone. This is not fair to the customers! Especially a person on a fix income!

If you’re thinking about going on a Sunday, DON’T! They’re advertised as open 12-3. I set an appointment up online to test drive a car at 12:30. I was driving 2 hours to get there, so the day before I called to confirm everything and make sure someone would be there. When I arrived they were closed and the car had chips on the paint and tearing that was not listed on the ad.

I bought a 2010 Terrain at a fair price. They helped get me financing. Sam, and Eric have been great. My check engine light came on so I took it to a mechanic for a cracked exhaust manifold they wanted 1700.00. I thought oh great I am screwed. Top Gears Motor fixed it. Light came on again, and they replaced the O2 sensors. They have been awesome working to make me a satisfied customer.

Experience was great at first but then had a minor issue that we have been trying to get fixed for 6 months. No responses, called weekly to get fixed, getting run around and looking for legal counsel to get fixed now. Would take them 20 minutes to repair but they refuse to respond. He gave us top dollar for our trade in and worked with us on a small remaining balance!!! No-one will do that for you!!! Let’s get into the positives before the negatives.Positives: on first glance this place is good and the employees are very welcoming. They allow you to test drive all the vehicles.Negatives: The salesman there are like lawyers and lawyers are like liars. They don’t tell you the problems with the car unless you bring it up and when they do address the problem it’s just what they want you to hear. That it’s a simple problem that you can fix or they can. They also give you the run around when you go to buy the car and give you a great deal knowing that you can’t resist and that in reality they are selling you a car that in the near future will cost fortunes repairing or just useless. I wish I could give zero stars. I traveled from Atlanta which is 3 hours away to buy a particular vehicle. Get there I notice the vehicle is not showing mileage info. Well you can’t sell a vehicle like this. Can’t even get tags or emissions with out mileage showing. He said he will fix Monday. So ok I’m ready to purchase now. He then comes back and says he will have to up charge 3k more if he fixes the issue. Which in reality the part is $500 from the dealer. Long story short they are money hungry crooks. Don’t waist your time. You will be sorry in the future.

Bought a 2011 BMW 750i Active Hybrid from them and I drove it home and it has a bad motor in it. So, I called them, no response, then I showed up the next day and Eric said they would fix my car or replace it. Then I had to have it towed to the shop, because it was broke down in my driveway. So, Eric gave me the run around and told me to call Sam, haha, he told me to call Eric, so here we are almost 2 weeks later no answers, a 11,048.00 dollars broke down car in my drive way that I only drove home from there location to my house. Bad business and bad cars!!! They have not even attempted to even reimburse me for the diagnostic test that cost me 181.00 dollars. When Eric said they would make it right. I have the texts, but nothing but false promises, not true honest business men!Do not do business with them!

Purchased 2 cars from here and both had issues within days. One even had issues and problems before leaving the lot. They talk big talk and promise to fix this and that and it’s all bs and run around. Been a couple of weeks now and haven’t heard from them about the part they were going to order or when they will fix it. Tried to stick us with the repair bill for it after taking it to their “other location” to be fixed, then told they will order the part and repair it. Now no one returns calls or texts. Shocker!! They are shady at best and all their vehicles have issues they try to mask long enough to sell! Even their paperwork process is shady! Been almost a month since I purchased the first car from them and have yet to hear back about the paperwork so I can register it. Stay away from this place and the problems you are going to face from here!

The most worst experience in my life and the average working man or womens nightmare. I bought a 750i from Sam and Eric with extend coverage. Car had a factory recall on motor in which I had bmw to inspect vehicle. Tried to use my extended warranty for the repairs and had no coverage. Called sam they gave me the run around mind u car is in shop with 4500 worth of repairs. I had to get rude and threatened to call cops to get my money back. Sam cut a check but once he seen I posted a negative review threghten to cancel check if I didnt take it down. Please be careful when buying a car from these guys

Avoid purchasing a vehicle from this dealership if you dont want mess. They do not stand behind there word when you purchase a vehicle. I would advise you not to shop with this company they sale you vehicle that have problems and you have to come out your pocket repairing the vehicle the same time you purchase the vehicle and they dont stand behind there word when you getting something fixed. I will preface that I do not usually leave reviews nor did I look for anything from a company that I knew would not do anything. I am simply leaving this as a review of the car I purchased from this lot at the end of May. I paid $7,500 cash for a Lincoln MKX. Paid the tag and registration fees at the DMV and tax office $400+ and by the end of August (90 days)what I thought was going to be an $1,800 fix ( which was going to be expensive enough) I found out I had an $8k piece of metal that was going to take a new engine to fix. I trusted I was purchasing a good, used car. The price was a little over KBB estimate, but not much, so I was ok when Sam wouldnt budge on price, but never did I expect I would be completely without a car after 90days having to shell out more money to get another one. If you decide to purchase from here I highly suggest having your mechanic take a look prior as I knew I should have done.

After disputing the charges with my bank and threatening to take him to court he traded for a GMC Acadia which broke down in 3 months. Trash Trash Trash. Do not buy from here go to a dealer with a warranty

Here is a update to Top Gear Motors. The car I brought had major problems, as many of the cars on their lot have. I was told that the problems on the car would be fixed. After 20 visits to the lot and dodging of phone calls and told to remove negative review or my car would not be repaired. I have over 20 documented dates and events that lead up to just having one thing repaired on the car. I started recording my conversations after that first visit as it appeared something was very wrong. I even got cussed out by Sam and was told to get off the lot in which he later called and apologized. I have since received text messages from Sam who told me to fix the other negative review and it was followed up with a text that stated Ive have other ways to fix this, just tried to let you do it first, Before....) then a message that read ( just your tires and windshield gonna cost more than the repair they did make). Wow, Now how professional is that. I would suggest you use your gut feeling and stay clear of this lot, The only reason they repaired what they did was because they got tired of seeing me. You might want to do a search on them as I am not the only person they have done this to.I like that old saying you reap, what you sow... Do your homework.

Do not buy from here. I waited on the murano I wanted to get painted for two weeks. Specifically asked if I needed to replace anything like seals, wheel bearings, etc. I was told no, that all it needed was painting. I drive the car on the main highway to work for two weeks and literally thought it was falling apart one day when I drove in the driveway. It is just a right axel, (ball joint and boot), both control arms, oil pan gasket, and rack/pinion! I have learned my lesson. You buy a used car as is, but when you have to shell out 1,000 at one time after getting your car on the road within two weeks of the purchase, it hurts!!!😡🤯 I will keep it local and take a mechanic to pick it up next time.

Long story short, it needs either an engine rebuild or a new engine. After much back and forth with multiple people at this place, and being hung up on by Sam when trying to discuss the issue, and subsequent call avoidance, when I finally got hold of someone the solutions offered by the dealership were to trade for another truck on their lot, which were even older and in worse condition than the one purchased, or for them to cut me a $500 check. $500 dollars on a minimum of an $8,000 repair job to a vehicle that was purchased for $7000, when the problems were identified on the weekend after purchase is NOT a valid solution. So, if you want to buy a clunker that will likely need major repairs within weeks, if not within days of purchase, then this is your place. For anyone wanting a quality vehicle that is dependable, I would very highly suggest going ANYWHERE BUT HERE! If I could leave zero or negative stars, I absolutely would. This place is trash, the vehicles are junk, and the people running the operation do not work with their customers.

One person told me they were filling up the tires, another person told me the car I wanted to test drive was at another location??? They showed up with a convertible that was soaking wet inside and told me they didnt think there was an issue with the top? It was very shady....they were probably trying to dry it out as I was waiting.

Cars were not cleaned and salesmen not attentive
