I was very emotion and ready to give up and throw in the towel until i was told to give them a try i didnt have any hope or faith at all but i had a feeling that it was a reason why i was sent there. This car lot deserves a 10 for the help that they give your for your car buying experience. I was pleased to be at Crown Auto I drove 40 mins to the lot it was worth it. I got approved and got the car that I wanted and the process was quick and easy everyone rides it’s true they will get you riding the same day. Don and Lisa made sure that i was taken care of and made the process really simple for me. I ended up doing a trade in Don was beyond helpful he was very knowledgeable outgoing and very friendly. The overall experience wasnt bad at all, im giving them 2 stars simply because I purchased the car August 22, 2020 and here it is October 30, 2020 and I still dont have the tags for my car yet they expect a payment on time. I was told the tags would be mailed within 2 weeks when I purchased the car. Nothing! A month later I called to see what was the hold up and whomever answered the phone with an attitude asked me who told me that? And that it would take 45 days and it had not been 45 days yet. Now here it is beyond 45 days and still nothing. Now im calling again and am on hold, and have been for the past 10 mins.

Came in just to look for a car..and left with a car. They worked with us. Process was easy and not difficult. The people there are amazing……..One year later. The dealership it self it’s difficult. The people over them or whatever is. No communication at all even tho we kept our communication up. Tell us things at the last minute and blame us because we were told something’s else. Like I said the dealship it self have wonderful people but ams financial in Charlotte are rude and don’t want to work with you. They just want money!

My daughter had the worst experience ever with this dealership. She purchased her car in Sept 2019 and never received her title, tags and registration until February 2020. She made her payments faithfully ever month until she got fed up and decided to not make payment until the issue was resolved. Once the issue was resolved my daughter was willing to make the payment, however the day they had given to make payment was on a Monday in which she was going to pay. When she gets up to go to work since she have to be there by 6am, her car was cut off. Now how is it that she suppose to pay with no job. This place is a scam and a rip-off and the people of Rock Hill should put in complaints about the dealership, because we are.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place has been a nightmare and I hate that I even took my mom to this lot. Yes they will get you in a car, but oh the problems that come with that car! We have had to take the car to the shop almost every other week for something. The first few times we had to go all the way to North Charlotte and because they dont do loaners, we had to sit there for over 5 hours. She got the car in June and just got her tag last week. They had every excuse for why her tag wasnt in every time we called. I wish we could turn the car back in and just forget them but of course they threaten you with it will be reported to your credit. I even know someone who had her car months before my mom and she still doesn’t have a tag. However, the office staff was nice, they just have awful cars.

What can I say. My son was looking to purchase his first car had been told NO many different time 18 and no credit. Well not Crown. Lisa and her staff where top notch. I have never bought a car that quick. The process was fast and very easy. We will definitely be coming back to by my daughters car.

Yes they put in a car n all. I got my car n still no tag.I always call n ask for my tag she say she go to the DMV every Friday still no tags.Everyone that got a car that day got they tag now but me.Then they tell me they dont have a title for my car .How u sale me a car without a title thats not legal at all.The first month I called over n over they tell me we got to go get your title from Charlotte but they dont have it they keep giving me the run around.Its been three months now so they called me out the blue n say u can bring the car back n pick another out for the same price r keep it still we have to find your title r figure something out.Now thats sad o Im riding with a dealer tag for two months now.

Got a 2005 Honda civic from them 14 months ago, made all my payments on time. The car blew a head gasket. It was going to cost almost 2 grand. I asked them for help but all I got was b/s. They wanted 1200 to 1500 down to put me in another vehicle and would not assist in getting the car fixed. I am a disabled veteran and I have to drive to Columbia to have my heart checked after having triple bypass. So much for your support of the military. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there.all about money not people. Thank MICHELLE for your support.

If you know what I know you not buy anything from them. In about a year every person on this page will be refinance to another company and no your payments will not get lowered. Then you will be charged interest as long as you are still paying on the car. But they already charge you a high interest before you even buy the car so you are paying double for your. It was a learning experience, but before I let somebody else make the same mistake I made. I hope somebody read this if not it will not be good. Oh yeah let me not forget they paid somebody elses car payment with my money because they sold my account and didnt tell me. I had to drive all the way to the Charlotte office and the had a attitude like I did something wrong.

This is the worst car company ever! ive had this car for almost 2yrs. and balance is still the same have called several times and can never get a answer as to where my money is going! asked to speak to management or owner and np luck! this been going on for almost 2 yrs and all my receipt say the same balance as my original agreement! they also change you taxes and tags at the dealership and yet and still they dont pay them and leave you stuck with suspended license! went to the tax office and paid the taxes they gave me a paper stating it was the dealership fault cost me 455.00 and still cant get any answer from dealership or main office as to whats going on here! so i will be seeking legal advice and suggest no one buy from here!!!!! oh and by the way every since ive been complaining i have to cash app the payment and havent received a receipt in 3 months! payment due on the 27th i paid it late on the 13th and he still calling saying my account is 31 days past due after ive emailed and communicated my cashapp receipt last week he replied to the email and called again today and said the same exact thing! i dont know whats going on but we all will find out!

This has been the biggest nightmare ever buying a car. Ill never go here again! Bought the car on the 5th of july and I still dont have my tags! I get texts and emails daily saying they dont have my insurance when myself and the insurance company have both sent it more than 5 times. And the insurance company ccd me each time they emailed it! They told me 2 patients twice a month even in months with 5 weeks now I get a phone call saying thats incorrect! Will be going to the better business bureau!

Very poor service ! Payment system is messed up . Dont do automatic draft when need to ! I am very disappointed !!! The service suck I dont refer nobody to them my grandfather got behind one payment been paying faithfully and they call like he having been paying when he have . He a disable veterans I would think they will handle him different when he wanted to do automatic draft from start this company suck think twice before going !!!! I just cnt believe one payment!!!!! Really when he havent had a issue before a faithful man!!!! I would see if he missed 3 payments but one come on now beyond pissed ! When we request automatic draft we was denied ! Dont go go somewhere else !!!

Worst car ever, lucky I cant give it no stars .Bought a car from there, in 2 weeks fuel pump went bad3 months transmission had to be rebuiltNow 7 months of having this car it needs a new engine. Save your money and go somewhere else. I wish I did . I find it strange that the moment their warranty ran out this car is completely gone. And the repairs cost more than the car. Dont worry about calling them, they will continuously remind that you bought it as-is. And its not their problem. The corporate office is no better, you will be on hold all day, and get nothing resolved .

I have never been treated better by anyone that I can remember; although I have a terrible memory. The time I spent here on the lot was so much fun. I am going to total my car, so I can come back and get another one from Barry & Tracy. (Tip) get good insurance, so when you total your car, they will refinance you a new one; and the fun begins all over again. Usually I have to be intoxicated to laugh and carry on like this, but not with Barry & Tracy keeping this circus going. I also wanted to thank Bernard for his continued prayers, and splahing me with holy water.......it helps!

I wouldn’t recommend it to nobody I’ve had my car for 3 months and they’ve been “fixing” it since I’ve got the car. The Rock Hill office is the nicest office. The service was cool at first but I WISH I would’ve went somewhere else. I hear BAD things about crown everyday now. The people at corporate rude AND THEY REALLY DONT FIX YOUR CAR. NEVER GO TO CROWN AUTO SERVICE DEPARTMENT it’s a waste of time!!!!!!! The company just want your money they don’t care about you tbh. Make sure everything good with the car before you buy. Don’t think this is a place for reasonable prices cause it’s not their gonna make a BIG BIG profit off you. Only reason they have good reviews is bc of the Rock Hill office. Its all fraud. I bought a car had a great experience in buying the car. But no leader then a week was experencing so many horrible things my radio went out. Is didnt think much of it. Was happy to be going to work. But then I went to them and got the run around about getting it fixed for 2 weeks. Had to then transport way to Charlotte to people I was told knew I was coming and they didnt even know. So I was rescheduled. But me still going back to work and daycare for my child the piece under my hood that connects the hood came loose and I lost control had of the car. Every since then its been the run around about it being my fault. Or some other problem or nobody knows this or that I had three different mechanics look into this and say there is no way I even offered the card and number to the mechanics so they could talk ultimately I had to get a mechanic to call. I COULD OF DIED WHAT IF MY CHILD HAD GOTTEN HURT. I wouldnt have any problem fixing it but hell not if I received my vehicle this way. I dont fully have the knowledge to know to check everything on a car when I bought this car but I feel taken advantage of. When I really dont want problems an apology acceptance of the issue help anything will be better then IDK. IDK or you cant help me.!

This car dealership sold me a car that had issues with it. I bought It on a Saturday they told me to bring it back Monday and they would fix it. I waited 6 hours for my car just to be told i had to come back the next day. I went back 3 days in a row they said it would be fixed the next day all 3 times. (I live in north Carolina and I traveled to South carolina) they then said they had to order a part that would take 3 days to come in somehow that turned into a week. Several times they were suppose to return my call and never did I had to chase them down like kids. Finally they dropped it off to me while I was at work today, all of the problems still werent fixed and it came back with the lights on the dash that werent there when I dropped it off. The car doesnt even drive as smooth as it did before I dropped it off. Someone was smoking in my car and accidently left their lighter in my car. The office manager went as far as lying to the owner about things that have taken place. The owner said he doesnt time to talk to me. I am highly disappointed in this dealership the employees are unprofessional. I hate that I even gave them a chance and am currently deciding what needs to take place about the car ultimately. May I say they put me in a loner car that was filthy had Marijuana buds and a bottle of alcohol in it. The loner has a recall on It that hasnt even been fixed with no sunvisor on the drivers side. The engine light came on it on my 2nd day having it, the tire had a slow leak in it and it even started smoking when I cranking up the next morning.

Today I became a owner of a set of keys it was fast calm and stress free even with poor credit I still pulled off with a super smile.

My experience here was Awesome....Brian and John were excellent very professional and they really took care of all our needs...Please if you are in the area and looking for NICE ride stop by and check these guys out!!!!

We had tried a few other car dealerships and were told due to your short length of time on the job, youre going to get a NO where every you go...I work contract, make well above average income, at Crown, they looked at me as a person, the fact that Ive been doing the same job for 22 years (on contract) not the amount of time I was at this particular company on contract.Before we even set foot on the car lot, I had sent in all my documentation (Drivers Licence, Proof of income, residence etc.), Brian and John (I think thats the right name) checked my information, interviewed me for the loan and had an approval amount before even getting there.Although we chose a car we absolutely loved from the internet pictures, it happened to be about $4,000.00 more than our approval, but they worked with us, our down was only $500.00 more than for something in our approval amount, we received a much lower interest rate than expected.They deal with people from all walks of life, from those making minimum wage to those making over $150k a year...no matter what your situation, youre not brought in with a false sense of what youre approved for then sent to what I call the Dog Pound of ratty cars, you know up front before even going what youre approved for and are given a choice of late model, quality vehicles (in our case we were determined to get the one we fell for).Brian had the car we were interested in waiting for us when we showed up, handed us the keys for a test drive and when we returned, it was a matter of getting the car on our insurance, signing the paperwork, paying the downpayment and we were on our way!!!You will be treated with the respect and integrity you deserve, nothing hidden like 99% of the car dealers out there.Everybody was friendly, they make you feel like family, theyre professional and dont pull anything over your eyes... If youre looking for a car, bottom of the barrel horrible credit or top of the chart excellant credit, youre going to get awesome treatment...I recommend this dealer (with multiple lots to pull from) 150%...

I walked into Crown Auto of Rock Hill, discouraged because my vehicle was Running Hot, I wasnt on my job very long, was completely unsure about financing options and I didnt know what to do. She said You have to live, dont be a prisoner to a payment I purchased a Fabulous vehicle, low miles and I didnt need a Co-Signer!! COME TO CROWN.

My family has been having many financial issues lately and my mother in law missed ONE payment and shes paid $460 every month and has not missed ONE payment for the past THREE years!! Well this past month has been pretty rough and she missed her FIRST payment. Youd think the company would call concerned, but instead she was told they were ready to repossess the vehicle!! She had it for ONE year and the transmission blew out and she had to pay $3000 to get that fixed and now its tracked onto her payments. The crap is ridiculous and I will NEVER use their services again. She tried to call and set up a plan to fix her issue and the woman she talked to on the phone talked to her like she was this no good irresponsible pos! She was very unprofessional and rude and Ill tell you what, ID NEVER HIRE SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL HUMAN BEING IN MY LIFE! Its just plain stupid they have a woman with an attitude problem working in customer service!! I just wanted everyone to know before they waste their time with this business.
