On August 7, 2018 I went to yankee candles at 8:45 p.m. rushing to purchase my niece these candles SHE requested for her birthday. From the time I walked in the door. I apologize for coming in late. Hailey insist it wasnt a problem. She was patient, knowable, and caring. She was more concern about ME getting the right fragrant rather than rushing me OUT. I was very relax and please with her serve. Not only did I get my niece 2 candles I got 1 for myself. Thank you Hailey store#395
