I Bought a deck from RAVENS MOON for my sisters birthday turned out she already had it, the package was unopened and I had a receipt, I just asked to switch it out for a deck of equal value and they wouldn’t let me. Mind you I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them, I’ve been apart of their loyalty program for years. For them to be a spiritual based business they have horrible service and no loyalty towards there customers, their main objective is money not satisfying customers.

This is a well designed and friendly shop. I have found amazing crystals, botanical herbs, oils, and candles that I keep going back to for. I always feel at home when shopping there and find the perfect items. Typically, I go in for a few items and find more things that I remembered I need. I believe they have the best selection of crystals and stones in the area.

Placed an online herbal order. The following day I received a call from a staff member letting me know the particular herb I ordered was out of stock, however, she offered me a similar option. The staff member was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Shipping was received quickly. Well packaged. The herbs are of good quality and well priced. Will shop again.

We are closing on our new house tomorrow and I wanted to pick up some sage bundles to cleanse the space. Dani was lovely to work with picking out my bundles and a housewarming candle and candle holder.I also picked up herbs to make some mulled wine. 🍷My teen and I both left the shop with happy purchases.

I walked in and within with my daughter and in less than a minute was asked to leave because of how I look. I have never been there before and will never go again. Do yourself a favor and go to Hill Rock Shop where they are pleasant. If I could give zero stars I would.

I usually have to have my items shipped though, which has always arrived safely and in a timely manner.

They definitely lost a loyal customer asking for a vaccine passport in order to enter without a mask. It’s such a huge violation of privacy to ask for medical information in front of a store full of customers. People have really lost their minds. Luckily there are other great places close by where to buy my spiritual supplies because this one is a no for me.

An experience that cannot be detailed but can only be felt. I read over several of the lowest reviews before writing about my first visit here and they seem to be more personal then the establishment’s fault. With that being said these ladies are excellent and very helpful. They will make sure you find what you are looking for and if they don’t have it, they will let you know to just check back. These are different times we are living in with things closing down everyday, so I understand if something takes a while to get in stock. It really drives me to explore more into other things and I love that. Danni was a delight and the experience she had with me when I picked my clear quartz cannot be described. I can’t wait to go back and further my collection and my knowledge.

This shop is so amazing!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟-This morning was my second visit, and I was instantly greeted by Dani with a basket to hold each of my items (I was specifically looking for crystals this trip, and it made me realize how much easier it is than to hold all of my items in my hands. Cleanliness and disinfecting is huge right now, so this is a major plus!) I loved how clean and organized this shop is, and easy to find what I’m looking for with labeled tags and descriptions. 👀👍-During checkout, Dani and I held a great conversations about jewelry/stones, and she also helped me sign up for the loyalty program (which is so easy and hassle-free!) I really appreciated how she explained the process, so that I could make the decision by myself (some stores just pressure you so they can get their loyalty sign-ups and no real connection with the customers) 💎-She also brought my attention to their Instagram live sales (which give you a great idea of the shop and different items they have available) and it also helps connect current/potential customers on social media as well!-I really enjoy coming here, and will continue to return to grow my crystal collection and to buy some of their different oils, candles, incense, teas/spices in my future visits! 💙 Thank you Raven Moon Emporium! 💙

Don’t get me wrong, I loved the variety of crystals, etc. but ever since I bought items from this store, POLTERGEIST ACTIVITY has been occurring. Ive been experiencing sleep paralysis, knocking on doors and walls, talking, crying sounds, items missing, we’ve been going crazy. I went to another store because this one was closed at the time, they told me they had a customer come in with a candle from Raven Moon Emporium and ever since they bought the candle the stores’ sales dropped and customers stopped coming. Come to find out, the item was hexed and given on purpose. PLEASE be extremely cautious when buying from this store. I don’t want anyone going through the absolute hell we’re going through at this very moment.

Walked in and needed mask. No problem asked then if they had any they told me to go to the gas station and get some. then they were organizing everything so anytime i tried to look at something it was being moved. i dropped something on accident like normal people do, they told me in a rude way that i would have to pay for it next time. i understood but they way she worded it was rude for someone who dropped it on accident.

What amazing thing is there not to say about this place!! First of all, the selection of products is wide even if the place is kind of small, I always say size doesn’t matter but man this place packs a powerful punch. The workers are all Super helpful and when they aren’t helping someone I see them working on a plethora of things. Not to mention they let me ramble on and listen instead of giving the cold shoulder that some places do, management was super sweet and the energy of this place is just electric, not to mention I love all the new changes and let me tell you this place has the best prices for herbs and spices!! I love this store! The employees are professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and the energy in the store is consistently amazing. I also appreciate the efforts the employees go through to ensure all customers are not only wearing masks, but are wearing them properly!! In addition to being such a pleasant place to shop, it’s woman owned, and they ethically source all of their products. I feel so much more comfortable buying things like crystals and Palo Santo from this store rather than something like Amazon which exploits tribes and cultures. I recommend this store to anyone who wants to shop mindfully and sustainably, and support a business that is owned AND operated (at least at the time of this review) by women!!

Very helpful women who work there. I needed some help finding the perfect crystals for my needs, the girls here are beautiful souls who love to help.

I have only been to this location one time but I was completely disappointed. I do appreciate the herbs and variety. However, when I was looking at a bin of different sized crystals (all the same crystal) I asked if in the bin all the crystals were the same price. As some were tiny and others were very large. The employee said that all the crystals in that bin were the same price. In what dimension does that make sense? One stone was about palm size and the other was about the size of the tip of my pinky finger. How in the world are they the same prices? Furthermore the crystals are not ethically sourced. They have stickers from Made in (country overseas). If the crystals were locally sourced, I might think different of these prices. But their crystals are unethically sourced and have over inflated prices. Finally when I checked out, they asked, if I wanted my crystals smudged by them. I really do appreciate the sentiment, however, I think it is inexcusable to be partaking in a closed practice on non-indigenous people by non-indigenous people. If they had asked to cleanse my crystals with incense smoke it would have been a different story.

Staff is the best! Ive been here plenty of times and everyone is so helpful and happy to help and answer any questions you might have.

( people must consider that the cost to run a brick and mortar is a bit different than running an online operation.)* lovely scent but I advise those with scent sensitive breathing issues be aware and take caution.* last time I was in they were providing small baskets to use in store. With the amount of fragile merchandise this was very helpful while shopping.

She was very informative about oracle cards & classes that RME may be offering!The only thing is I wish there had been a little more of a selection of books and cards. Else wise it was wonderful!

I used to love going here, but recently with the new employees, I just buy my stuff cheaper and better online. When you walk in, you’re bombarded by rap music with explicit words, most of them offensive to minorities. The employees are very quick to make sure you mask is over your nose, yet they are walking around in bralettes and revealing clothing, and have a staring problem. I also heard that some of the employees are on adult websites, not a good look for your company Raven. I’ll buy from a respectable business from now on.

It has taken me several events visiting the store prior to writing this review. I am giving it a two star because I believe the items in this store’s environment deserve the extra star on their behalf.I will do my best to be as transparent, accurate, and present only what I felt and what I experienced. I will also not go into the dealings and the reasoning behind the first couple of experiences that finally led to my last and final experience in the store.I am a holistic herbalist and use herbs for many purposes. I also am a crystal collector and enthusiast and use crystals for many purposes as well. The herbal selection is initially what drew me to the store as it is very hard to find in this area. I understand making a profit. I enjoy supporting my local stores even when it means paying three times the amount than what I can order it for online. I believe in supporting each other.A friend of mine called and requested that I pick her up sage as she is on a busy work schedule. I explained to her that I preferred not to go to this particular store due to my previous experiences. I’m a very forgiving person and I know that sometimes people or places can have an off day. I agreed and happily made my way over to the store also deciding that I would once again purchase a couple of herbs for a new tea blend that I am trying out and give it another shot. I read all the signs on the door to make sure that I was doing everything that they asked with regards to coronavirus etc. wearing a mask yada yada. After entering the store and speaking to the attendant behind the desk about my herbal order I proceeded over to the sage bundles. I quickly FaceTime’d my friend to find out which sage bundle she wanted so that she could see it and pick her own. Prior to writing this review I did check my call history to make sure that I was not on the phone for an insane period of time. I was on the call for exactly 40 seconds and discussed solely which sage bundle and the type and number of bundles. As soon as I hung up the owner came out and advised me that they do not allow speaker phone inside the store. I thanked her for informing me and proceeded to the counter to check out rather than continuing to shop. I do understand wanting to try to keep out as much EMF as possible for energy clearing purposes if that is the reasoning, however I would expect a sign on the door that would state their preferences prior to entering their store. If a doctors office has a “no cell phones” sign I have always honored that in their locations. I did advise the attendant at the checkout counter about my previous experiences and about the current experience. It is a shame because the items in the store are fantastic and the principle behind it is amazing. This just simply is not my “cup of tea“.Peace, good will, blessings and good vibes be to the store.

I have been here a few times and at first, I really liked this store. Good variety, I like the spell/ritual kits and their herbs, and I even appreciate the little altar they have behind the counter.My first issue here is their pricing. Other stores I go to have crystals priced not only by what they are, but by size as well. The same stone will cost you the price marked whether its the size of your palm or the size of a dime. At least make the smaller ones cheaper if its the same stone, not everyone is going to need huge ones.Another issue I have is the sourcing of their crystals. Many of them have a Made in (country overseas) on them, which nine times out of ten means they are not coming from an ETHICAL source. I get some crystals are really powerful and high in demand, but locally and ethically sourced crystals would be much better than the ones they have here. Theyre gorgeous, dont get me wrong, but I would rather drive the 2-3 hours to Asheville and get them myself directly from a mine, or a place where I know exactly where the stone is coming from.This store also actively partakes in smudging. When buying crystals, you are asked if you would like them smudged. Smudging is a closed Indigenous practice that should only be left to those tied to that culture. I am not Indigenous, and I dont believe that the employee helping me was either. That is not something I feel comfortable doing. It would be different if the owner of the store is/was, and invited us to join her in that ceremony. But I get the vibe that that isnt how this place operates. If youre going to ask to cleanse someones crystals, thats cool. Just use something like incense smoke and something that is not part of a closed Indigenous practice

Raven Moon Emporium has been one of my favorite Happy go to places for my spiritual tools/needs for about 5 years now. I am always referring people to visit and have their own experience. Raven is so knowledgeable and willing to share it to help you make the best choices for your needs, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Her crystals and gems selection is freaking amazing.

I was completely disappointed that I was ran out of the store for not having a mask, I have a medical condition that makes wearing it extremely difficult. I was the only customer in the store with my daughter and the girl refused us to shop. I completely get the mask and respect people for their decisions on wearing them or not. to be asked to leave even being the only one in the store. You have forever lost a customer! And tell I hope you tell your associate that telling customers they can be fired for allowing me in without one, well she needs to know this is NOT a law so she can not be fired for that either.

I love this place! Its rather small and its kind of hidden, but I recommend it highly. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and the incense are always being burned when you go in! Their variety with crystals, herbs jewelry, and casting/ritual supplies is top notch! I recommend their tarot cards and the incense. Dont be afraid to ask for help though, the staff is very friendly and comfortable with the materials. They welcome beginners and are open to suggestions. Just go on in and have a look!

There is just something about the Sage they carry. It just really works for me. I have yet to find anywhere else in the Charlotte area that has such a large offering of crystals. Its an incredible variety. The shop is always clean, beautifully merchandised and well stocked. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I have been a satisfied customer since they first opened. I always recommend every chance I get. And no, they did not pay me to write this.

Raven was not willing to rectify the situation in any way. Kept the $100. When I told her I would write this review she was rude. I do not recommend this place at all. Disappointed and out 100 bucks. The staff are wonderful and generally helpful, but the owner is rude. Completely so full of herself and only talks about the right way to do things. Everything in the store is marked up at least 3 times what youd find anywhere else. A piece of moonstone for 4 dollars? Are you kidding me?You can find anything this shop sells from places like Starwest, Mountain Rose, and Azure Green for much cheaper and with no hassle, plus theyre all the same products. Literally all the same products. Im pretty certain those are Raven Moon Emporiums suppliers.The owner will talk badly about you in the back of the store if you ask questions. Its better to read a few books than to ask her anything. Never going back here again!

I went to this store for the first time and they had two singing bowls I barely tapped them and was told I was being disruptive to reading on the back although there is a store full of people chattering. I personally find it very disappointing but nonetheless I will not be back into a spiritual store that is so ridged. My advice is to properly plan for events going forward and if you dont want certain things done dont put out the merchandise. Perhaps put them behind the glass with the rest of your stones behind the do not touch sign.Never will l purchase something I cannot connect with or embrace.

My fiancée took me to this store as she said it was one of her favorite places to get spiritual items. Lady Raven is a very kind and helpful woman who answered all the questions I had. I ended up signing up for a class on animal totems and I enjoyed every second of it. It was very educational and I learned a lot about spirit animals and how to find mine (which I have found and confirmed since then!).She also introduced me to the concept of familiars. About a week after the class, I discovered that one of my guinea pigs happened to be my familiar. I took him to the store with me recently and he helped me pick out quite a few objects for my altar, all of which have elemental properties. I am now learning about the elements and what powers they have with the assistance of Rocky. One of the employees (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name!) even gave me several informative cards to help me better understand what I’m doing!I also love the loyalty system (every $100, you get $10 off)! I currently have 11 stars ($10 off) and I will be coming back very soon to use it!TL,DR: The staff and owner are wonderful, the classes are worth every penny, and they have a wide variety of items to buy!!! I wish I could give more stars.

This place was very nice, huge selection of bulk herbs. Very delighted when I was handed a three-ring binder of all of the herbal selections. Everything was fresh and many were wild-crafted. The selection of books and incense, other little needed trinkets.

I’m mostly putting 5 stars because the employee there, her name is Aubree (I remember because I wrote it on the back of the business card), was phenomenal! I must have asked her a million questions she was very patient with me & explained everything. She even suggested other products to me that best fit what I was looking for. I will be returning from North Carolina thanks Aubree!

Yesterday was my first time ever going in somewhere like this so i had no idea what to expect. I was plesantly suprised at the staff and how super friendly and inviting the place was. The lady spent an hour with me answering every question I had and correcting anything i had been misinformed about. I sincerely recommend this place!
