I bought a ponytail from them and told the lady what hair color I needed. When I got home in a different lighting it was not the color that she said it was so I went back the next day and one person said that I could trade it out but when I went to the back and gave it to someone else they said that I could not. Waisted my money.

Please stay away from this places the prices are too high they will rob you without a gun never again.

Good selection, a little pricey. Maybe some of the sanctions are affecting the prices of some products. One of the assistants is rude and argumentative which ruins the shopping fun. No military discount. This review is meant for New Hope Beauty Supply not Cherry Road. Cherry Road is great, definitely worth a visit.

Nicely stocked store, lots of parking, good service, great prices. You can enjoy shopping there, all cultures.

I knew I should have went with my instinct and went to my usual hair store. I was misguided by one of the employees and it caused me to spend more money than expected. When I explained to the manager(?) what happened all she could say was no refunds but they can exchange the hair (dont need it now). Will not shop there anymore. If you want to keep customers and not have a bad name you should care more about a customer who is clearly frustrated and not simply keep saying no refund and try to do something to make it right.

First time shopper. Took my 7 yr old daughter and we had so much fun! The Staff were very friendly, helpful and so sweet to my daughter. They have plenty of stock and were, as far as I could tell, very reasonably priced.

I wont ever shop here again. You lost my business over stupidity.

Do not visit this location!!!!!!! I was sold product incorrectly priced and packaged. The package states the hair is looped, but it is clearly not. The owner pretended to not understand good English. Beware

The chinese woman that works at the counter, did me wrong today! I came in to buy bundles and the price on it was $40.00 but when she checked me out the price on my receipt said $70.00! I asked her why is it that high?? It says $40.00 she said its the TAXES on it. & no refund. This place is dishonest & rude. Please spend your money elsewhere!!!!!!!!

Sometimes they are nice but sometimes they are rude! The jamaican girl or whoever works there talks badly about me whenever I go in there to whoever shes working with. I dont think she knows that I can hear her. I only go here if I am desperate.
