Alexis helped me find the right developer and color for my short cut. She was patient and very knowledgeable. She even helped me over the phi e once I got home and told me if I had any more questions to call back. Alexis was GREAT!!! Best customer service ever!!!

Do not ask these people questions, they do not know what they’re talking about. Unless you just want your hair majorly damaged go to a professional!

Love the store but yesterday they had a sign that saidback in an hour. If i would have waited an hour the store would be closing. I looked to the window a female was just looking at me. Stop trying to take a break before you close. Not good for business.

End of day Friday on Memorial Day weekend, nobody wants to work that. Despite that, the ladies at this location were friendly and helpful. Great experience and expertise. Trying out hard wax for the first time. Opted for the more cost effective method. Will return for the wax warmer, strips and applicator if it doesnt work out. Hopefully I get back while the sales are going!

I usually like this store. They have good products. I usually purchase the ION products and also lip liner here. They carry my favorite color. I would have given this store a better rating but the employee at the front was slow and more into her personal cell phone then the customers. Also, she had no idea about the sales. I did not hear her answer one question for the customers.

They didnt have what i needed but they was still nice LOL Good customer service too. A tip to the parents though. If you gone bring your kids with you to the beauty supply store please watch your kids. Its nothing but chemicals and the store is small. They shouldnt even let no kids in the beauty supply especially BAD A_ _ KIDS! I saw some little girl trying to pull the stickers off some of the shelves then she knocked a bunch of stuff off the mother wasnt no where to be found. Finally i was like IS THAT YOUR LITTLE GIRL OVER THERE? She just looked at me 😒Get yo BAD LIL GIRL MAAM! Hope you see this! Lady with the black lipstick on is it Halloween yet?

The employee that helped me pick out supplies for my upcoming practical was absolutely wonderful. She actually let me open the boxes to pick out which mannequin I thought would work best for me. Her customer service was better than what Ive experienced at other Sallys or CosmoProf locations. I HIGHLY recommend this location for your cosmetologist needs.

Nice and clean. Stock was fairly low or none existent on some items. Prices are reasonable on certain items. Nice store.
