Just ordered some exterior doors from Morse after shopping at the big box stores, hands down this place is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Rufus is the easiest person I have ever worked with to bring from inquiry to purchase, helping with every detail. Free delivery was totally an unexpected benefit also.

Ordered doors that all came to large. When contacted sales person, they sent sales representative and stated that it was my fault. I ordered exact size. All doors came oversized and had to be cut down at my expence. They did not offer to replace or compensation.

Man behind the desk was not helpful. It seemed like we were intruding and it was awkward. We explained what we were looking for and the man brushed us off like we were dumb kids. He did not offer to show us around, or talk about any of their products. We left right away after our interaction

All in all I am satisfied, I feel they do their best for the type and size business they are. I wasnt thrilled with my sales rep. He promised to call me back several times through the sales process but forgot the majority of the time (over worked, under staffed, not motivated?) which delayed the whole order by about a week. Even though it was a 5-6k order. Not a big deal, but if this happened with every customer it would be a real pain. The doors all came as ordered, on time and the delivery guy was a gem. He even helped me bring them in. All in all I would use them again, just know what you need and call them, dont wait.

Ordered an interior door. They will have it in a week with hinge and handle holes drilled. Nice people.

I learned a lot on the tour with my youth build programs I took with my class to help me further my education I appreciate them
