I like the kitchen keg. It is a cute little secret of downtown Rochester. They have good garbage plates, as well as good ice cream. The location is a little frightening for the faint of heart, but its worth it.

Lemme preface this by saying this isnt a 5 star NYC restaurant. Just understand what youre getting here. Its fast, its priced well, its centrally located anddddd they deliver. The most important thing is this place is clean and healthy, not always a given in the breakfast world. If you call to place an order, ask for Cliff, hes the best. If Cliff isnt there I really dont order, but if hes there cooking youre in good hands.

Had a great time at the Kitchen Keg!!! My son took me there for my Birthday, it was my 1st time. The food was great, the service and hospitality of the staff was ☆☆☆☆☆s, they made me feel like family!

Did a uber delivery for them and also went back to order couldnt resist the good smell from the food. Very tasty the manager very polite and respectful person. Would go back and order again.

I was not impressed at all. I will note that this Abbotts is right next to the transit center, however the staff were very rude. I was meeting a client to simply pick up papers. When I declined a menu the staff told me that if knees not ordering I had to leave immediately. I informed him that o was just picking up papers and that we would be leaving - that we were not staying. The staff stood behind us the entire time my client and I were packing up until we left. I was dressed professionally with a badge, and still was talked to very disrespectfully even after informing him of our short visit. I will not be going back.

Ordered our food at 8:00am, It is now 9:53 and food is still not delivered when we are 30 feet away. Called the owner to see when the food was coming, and he says its been delivered then follows it up with ______you and hangs up. Great business.

Called ahead from work to pick up some ice cream for the office. Got everything right and ice cream was delicious (no small task as I ordered 30 something ice creams)

My food was very late. I called 3 times and the phone just rang. When they finally arrived the driver had his son with him. My food was cold, and look like it had been sitting for awhile.I didnt feel safe eating it. I just wanted a refund, but I cant even get a hold of them. Disappointed and hungry.

Easy place to get diner food close to transit center. Price is right, and good selection.

If your looking for ice cream dont bother they only have chocolate and vanilla. Your better off going to another Abbotts. So disappointed.

Great diner food, with Abbotts inside for yummy desserts! Try the St. Paul Plate if you are HUNGRY. Alcohol served later in the day

I hate to give a bad review because the people were very nice but they could barely make any of the items we ordered. They were completely unorganized. The guy had to ask someone else where the milk was. I woulda checked the fridge but I guess not. The milkshake I got was all syrup and way too sweet but it was also way too thin and watery. So overall not good. The location was kinda cool I guess

Ok food good price but server not wearing proper hand gloves and walked with food in hand not on Styrofoam plate. Great Ice cream though.
