Love this place, but lil pricey

Service & management is horrible, arrangements look nothing like pictures online, fruit is poorly dipped w/ Little to no effort whatsoever and when confronted about it they think nothings wrong & their excuse is I bet it taste fine Still upset about my order to this day!

Next day delivery was able to be chosen even at 8pm. Arrangement arrived on time and was delivered to the door. Delicious and well presented. Easy to navigate system with discounts on certain things

No seats in the restaurant!!! 🤬🤬🤬. Had to stand while I ate and the employees gave me wierd looks!

Usually I have good experiences here. Today I called a few times at 6pm & didn’t get a answer so I drove to the store to find it closed. Why does the hours on google say open till 7pm if the business is closed

Its ok. Over priced but once in a while, its not bad...

Fast and polite. Convenient location for both store front purchases and delivery. A little pricey but no worse than any other comparable company

Very sad that the Chili store is closed. We did a lot of business there.

Never had an issue when placing the order in this store theyre fast respectful and they answer any question you have about their products the fruits always fresh tasting and looking I know my pregnant girlfriend is going to enjoy her gift this coming Tuesday👍

After leaving the Chili store I went to Henrietta store to place my order. They couldnt do a tax exempt order. Waited 30 minutes for owner to show up and walk the employee through the purchase. Only bring cash and be prepared to wait a long time. Called the people we sent arrangement to and it was never received. Place a call to E. A. To find out what happened. Excuse that most reliable driver delivered it. Finally E. A. Agreed to send something out today. Well be watching. Ill buy gift cards in the future and not from here.

Good choices and love the chocolate covered bananas, strawberries, apples. But pricey

I ordered a get well arrangement same day delivery not to mention it was delivered an hour after i place the order which i was hapoy about but she enjoyed it
