Only dropped in here because the Lowes across the road is a complete dysfunction mess and nobody knew where anything was. Found a great selection of products. Store was well stocked. Staff were polite. Glad we visited.

We always get friendly and helpful service here. When we have questions or cant find something, employees help us find it and take us to its location. Yard employees are especially helpful.

Best place to get my husbands work pants and plaid shirts. They also have so many other things for your household!!

Good selection of products and usually quality stuff. Sometimes wonder why they have so many check out counters and only use a few even when busy. This has been going on before the workers shortage we have going on now Kinda frustrating sometimes .

I always forget how much they have here. Went in the other days and spent an hour just walking around taking it all in. This is my go to for fishing gear, they always have a great selection at good prices. I was impressed with the car section when I was walking through. Found some things that I was thinking about for awhile, just didnt know where to go. I highly recommend!

We have gone to Fleet Farm for years. I can honestly say I will not be a customer any longer after our visit today. There were SO MANY people in that store not following the mask mandate we left. Do you people not believe in following the rules of wearing masks?? Why are there no employees enforcing this. I am thoroughly disgusted with your non-enforcement and we will no longer give you our money. Good-bye.

I like Fleet Farm and highly value the wide variety of merchandise they sell, but not as much as I used to when they were in their old building. It seems like their regular prices are higher in their new building... maybe due to higher overhead? To the point that quite a few things I used to routinely purchase there (tools, paint, auto supplies, clothing, for example) at their regular price I now buy elsewhere. Their sale prices are still very good and l frequently take advantage of their sales. The new building is much classier but I kind of liked the rustic ambience of the old place, especially since it seemed like most things seemed to be a bargain, much more than now.

The store was nice and clean and staff was very helpful.

We found what we needed quickly. Everything we wanted was in stock. Unfortunately there were only two cashiers. Lines were very long, but they were hiring and I dont hold it against the store or its employees. Keep up the good work.

It is what it is - in a good way. Workers are friendly and youll find many things for a fraction of the cost at other places. I recently got an unfinished table leg and then went to Lowes for something else and the same leg was almost $5 more expensive. The animal section of the store is huge and has almost everything you may need for your pets or farm animals. A lot of options for construction workwear and shoes. I also love going here for the garden center there is always variety and plants are healthy.

While this is an awesome place to get your outdoor supplies, it isnt a great place for customers. Employees can be very rude and tend to wear masks under their noses. Customers are not approached when not wearing a mask. Male employees in the store love to stare at women without caring if theyre uncomfortable. Not a great environment but wonderful products.

We thought the heater had gone out of our vehicle and they were very helpful in helping us to find a temporary placement. Giving us all sorts of ideas of what to do and where to go to fix it. They are always a very resourceful and the go to place.

Mostly fairly great for a man mall. Only gave 4 stars because as it is Easter Sunday, we went online to see if they were open before spending 20 minutes driving into town. And they were CLOSED!! Needless to say, yes were disappointed we wasted our time, energy and gas for nothing. Update your HOLIDAY hours online, PLEASE!! 😡

Fleet farm has alot to offer. I like the large selection of pet toys and treats. They have just about anything at this store and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They also have their own gas station with discounts if you buy anything from the store. The gas is usually cheaper than almost anybody else in Rochester at their gas station.

Needed my fave style & size sweatshirt and dogs treats, they were not available this day. 70 miles away from me. Not real likely to go back.

I could not find heated glove here. Floor staff are not quick to ask if you need help finding anything. But helpful in pointing you in the direction when you catch up to them. Check out was easy. Enuf registers open- this time.

Just went for special kind of cat food and they only had 3 lanes open for cashiers....waited for about 5 min in line for her to look me straight in the eyes (as we were next up for check out) to shut her light off and just walk away....so we had to find another line to stand in....this is the 3rd unpleasant incident thats happened to my husband and I. 2 stars is being generous.

Couldnt find any of those lounge chairs that tri fold. They are made out of plyable plastic. Fold up flat.

Called fleet farm because of tire issues. Said they were super busy but were still able to get me in. Got here, repaired my tires, Mike behind the counter had excellent customer service, joked around and updated me as my vehicle was close to being done. Good place.

First and foremost, the staff is great. The problem is shortage of staff. I had many problems with several online orders and the staff did their very best to fix those for me. But the store is like a ghost town. If you have the time to go into the store youll have a great experience if you know what you need and where to find it.Id steer clear of online orders they seem to be a mess. That was my experience with them anyway and the feedback I got from several staff at the store.

Went to buy some furniture today. I asked a sale associate if they delivered, he asked another associate from his headset. Got told that they do deliver and was told it was free delivery. I had a few more questions and was directed to the customer service counter, when arriving there was a couple being helped. When they were done the associate walked away to help others. Then I was finally addressed, I asked about their shipping. I was then in the middle of 2 associates talking about what I asked as if I wasnt there. I chimed in when they started talking price of shipping and asked how much for shipping, I got told pending on what it was. I addressed the item and for the next 10 minutes I was completely ignored with zero response. I guess my business is not good enough them. I guess Im over $700 richer than I thought I was going to be today. I dont think I care to return to this store location again.

This was my first time using their curbside pickup and it was great! In the past, buying multiple bags of mulch at the store has been a small workout. In a humid, Minnesota summer that = not much fun! So, I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that Fleet Farm would load the many bags of mulch for me. All I had to do was order online, choose store/outside yard pickup, wait for the email that tells you its ready, drive to the gate at the outside yard, give my name (and possibly my ID), drive to the location directed by the employee, briefly wait for the person on the forklift to bring your order and voila! Youre on your way. So easy for me and a fun little field trip for my pups.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I wanted to EXCHANGE two tops because I got the wrong size. I needed a size bigger but they did not have the same print as the shirts I first purchased. The shirts were both the SAME PRICE, SAME BRAND, just different prints (they were scrub tops). I got the tops on sale the day prior, and since they weren’t on sale today she said I would have to pay full price because they weren’t on sale today. Correct me if I’m wrong but it is called an exchange for a reason. I had proof I paid the sale price. I’ve worked in retail and it’s common sense. I argued and tried explaining but there was no getting through. Not impressed at all with this store.
