Everything about the Target location in Irondequoit is excellent! They have great staff & always friendly & helpful. I cant tell you how many times, Ive been headed out w/ something heavy & they proactively get someone to help me w/o me having to ask. The drive up service is also excellent. The app is great, but the staff are even better. My order is always correct & done in a timely manner.

When it comes to clothing at a decent price and quality, Target is where its at! So much better than Wal-Mart! Although the lines are long and they seem to not have enough people at the registers to check people out, its worth the time if you want quality and a clean store!

Went to the electronics area, this guy.. tall white guy with glasses caught an attitude with me about touching a camera, he needs to learn his customer service skills I will not be going back there. Thanks alot Target! Customers are always right, if you dont know how to talk to people with respect, there is no need to work there.

Everything is laid out nicely and theres a wide variety of items to choose from. I love how convenient the store is when I need something quick.

The most important reason for why I chose a 10 is because everything I orderd was accurate . Also the cashier was very kind and fast.

I was able to find everything I needed was in stock no empty shelves! Friendliness and helpfulness of employees! The store was very clean as well as the restrooms!

This target is alright I usually dont come here but I was interested in the vegan meat replacement that was sold here. I usually would not shop here due to the prices being a little higher than Walmart. I dont see a difference in quality but I cant find frozen vegan meat at Walmart.

Check your receipt! On my way to my car I checked my receipt and found the cashier had charged me for a toy I hadnt purchased. After going back in to customer service, I found the toy I was charged for was something the cashier was playing with at the register when we went to cash out! I honestly dont believe this was an accident, I think he charged me for the toy and was going to keep it since it was then paid for. I will not be shopping here again.

Horrible customer service at Irondequoit location

The gentleman, who waited on me, Michael, is the nicest employee. He is always pleasant, always kind and should be commended for being one of your most valued employees. At 7:15 pm, he still was doing a great job, which has to be hard after working a long day. Thanks so much for keeping him at customer service. Hes the best!

I love Target. You can pick up some groceries while your there and look at some really cute household decorations. I bought a set of queen size sheets while I was there. The design on the sheets was unique. I couldnt resist buying them.

The most important reason for the score i selected is because i think that Target is the place to shop when you pretty much need anything food,clothes,toys,electronics,etc. so if you need a place to shop Target is the place for you!

The variety and greater quality of goods and designs are evident. Also I still want to be able to interact with other shoppers and staff directly and in presence there. I love the practice of having designers goods including new ones as part of the available clothes and other items rather than the same old things usually found in similar stores. Also I think you are better able to touch and try on clothes and other items there rather than using the on line services.

I don’t remember his name, but on Jan 12th 2020 around 1:50 pm, a man helped me at the electronics section with a name starting with an Ra. He gave me so much good info about the target mobile app and helped me save $30 and being so helpful and generous. Such great customer service, I wish I grabbed his name. As of current situations (covid) when you enter the store you must go straight you cant turn right down the cashier entrance part, so if something is right there you are force to go aroundTarget isnt really a place i go to for food items but at the time they happen to have what i needed and it was easy to findi had to ask someone to help me find garbage cans then ask another for a price check because their price check machines dont workbut its not an entirely a bad atmosphere, ended up leaving with a couple more thongs than i went there for

As a transplant from Georgia to New York, Ive found most major chains to be very similar from South to North. This is no exception. If youre looking for a mega store, this is a good stop for most needs. They have a decent amount of geek swag along with nice linens, home goods you didnt know you needed, and food. Decent beer selection as well, which surprised me. Clean store and generally nice check out clerks.

Excellent selection of really nice looking clothing. We found exactly what we were looking for. Good sales on a variety of items. Very pleasant clerk at the checkout. All in all a pleasant shopping experience.

Clean and neat and orderly stores and store associates very helpful

The order was ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes. Upon getting to the service desk I had about a 5 minute wait. My only beef is the cashier had to go an get my order leaving her register while other customers waited.

Just stopped in for Starbucks and decided to hit the clearance racks while I was there. $3 PlayStation tees, and the mid-century end table my husband has had his eye on half price! Nice!

I was charged twice for the same item and was never reimbursed. Then I was charged twice for my entire order after the cashier told me my payment did not go through, because their printer was out of receipt paper then I was asked to wait 25 minutes until the manager went back to check to see if my payment had gone through. I had notified the manager that my bank had sent me a notification to my phone saying that Target had charged my card, themanager insisted on ringing me out again on a different cash register I was asked to swipe my card therefore being charged twice for my entire order and being charged twice for an item that I was never reimbursed for.

Of all the Target stores in the area, this is the worst. They rarely have any of the items listed in the Circle app and the lines are always long. The selection on the shelves is lacking and there is a lot of empty spaces on the shelves. Too bad it is like this, it is the closest one to me. The one in Webster is a bit better but not by much. I used to love shopping at Target but lately I just leave frustrated. I find myself going to Walmart more and more and that is just sad because I used to enjoy Target over Walmart.

My wife and I were looking for a pillow. As soon as we walked in, we met a young gentleman who worked there and asked him if he knew where the pillows were. He was pushing some merchandise on a cart and was in the middle of some work. However, he put aside his own work to not only tell us where the pillow section was but also took us there himself and let us know that if we needed anything, we should not hesitate to ask. That is why we were so impressed and ended up buying a lot more than pillows during this visit. I wish I lived close to this Target because it was an awesome experience.

Nice store good stuff at a fair price. Good luck finding an associate to help with a question. None to be found. The only associates I saw were working registers or at customer service. When asked about an every day item (windshield washer fluid), I was asked if I looked online for it.

Overall great option for when you are on short time schedule, they had everything ready for me within 2 hours no issues and nothing missing, walked in and walked right back out with my groceries

I’m happy in your store ; and your products, from clothing to home goods to outdoor living, are all reliable quality! Your return service (what I bought was too large for space) is so easy and fast. Zip zip! By having the item I ordered for pick up copied to my email, it made the pickup easy and also the return! No more credit card processing, just Zip! A credit!I have started going directly to your store more often as it’s fun just being in the space you’ve created. Designer items a treat too. Coffee area so relaxing. It’s just nice being there with staff helping me find things! If I do shop online, I now look for the Target option first, in the list of providers. You are my new preference for sports clothes and household goods! Good job, someone!

Target is a staple shopping destination. They have good prices and a decent selection. This particular Target seems to have a problem with staffing. No matter which department, stock organization is sorely lacking. Items appear to be jammed every which way. Also, its a rarity that wait times at the register are reasonable.

It was easy! I like that the pick-up location was located at the front of the store near the entrance!

I have been in this store quite a few times. Usually there are somethings not organized. The employees have all been nice. Nothing really sticks out as a feat the store has, pretty neutral store.

My cashier was wonderful... so vert polite and courteous. She made sure I was getting the best price for my items and was that way to all of us who were in line before me and right after me.

It was so windy that instead of bringing my cart to my van. They had me bring my van to the door and they brought my cart out to me and helped me bring my groceries in the van. Very helpful!

Decently clean most of the time. Aisle width is average; sometimes I struggled to pull my cart through the clothing departments, however it wasnt impossible. The food department is extremely overpriced and may lead to their downfall, but their clothing sales are good (not great). Most of the time there are enough associates around to answer any questions.

Their medicine area, if you don’t pay attention, you are guaranteed to purchase medicine way past their expiration date. I just went to purchase allergy meds only to see upon checkout a date of June 2019...not the 1st time this happened either at this location.

The store lay out allows me to find exactly what i need, its clean and organized. Staff are friendly and helpful when i seek them out, i dont mind being left alone otherwise.

The cashier was accommodating and knowledgeable. I used coupons and she was patient to scan them.

This plAce has really turned around. The store was spotless. I found everything I wanted. The clerks were knowledgeable, friendly, spoke English, helpful, and even checkout was quick. If I had trouble locating something, one would look it up on a little computer

I love going to Target, as a former retail manager they are certain things that I look for when I enter into a store, the cleansiness and organization of the store and most of all the customer service, and I have never had a bad experience when I visit Target, even the Target in San Diego that I just visit in November and I visit my sister every year in San Diego. I love Target and the clothing Dept. One thing Target needs to work on is getting their prices down in the grocery Dept.

Typically I like Target. But this was the first time I was at the Irondequoit location. I was looking for a specific item and couldnt find it. I asked an employee where I could locate it. He was restocking some items. He said, Im not sure, probably in C. But let me ask someone in a sec.Instead, he fumbled with his restocking for 4 more minutes while I waited there awkwardly. When he was done, instead of getting help, he walked me over to section C - which was maybe 20 feet away - and said If we have it then it might be here.I felt like the customer was not prioritized over restocking and that I had wasted what seemed to be an interminable amount of time watching an employee restock when instead I could have just found section C myself if he had just pointed it out to me.Im a stickler for customer service, and this experience demonstrated a failure of the store to not prioritize customers.Ill avoid this location in the future.

Went there looking for a pair of work boots, and the shoe department looked like a disorganized flea market. I asked an associate of they carry boots, and was met with a quick no, nearly mid sentence. Stopped in the hardware department for something small, and what do you know they didnt have what I was looking for once again. Target is supposed to be a upgrade from Walmart, but this place seems more like a overgrown dollar store.

There is only one to two cashiers on, and the lines are ridiculously long. Every time I go to another target they would never give the customer service that is recieved at the irondequoit location. Its embarrassing to shop there.

For the location, they always surprise me with how clean this place is. Hudson Wal-Mart down the road is a place I avoid like the plague. This spot is the tops though. I enjoy it. Only issue, never enough cashiers here.

Multiple locations, friendly inviorment

Living in Irondequoit, it’s been really great to have a Target right down the road. I love shopping at Target and can get a lot of miscellaneous shopping done there. But every time I come to the Irondequoit store, I want to come back less and less. Today the shoe department looked like an actual bomb went off, and no associate around to care enough to put things back. The women’s clothing department is always a mess, with clothes thrown around wherever and a lot of basic sizes just lacking. Best part of today’s trip was the women’s bathroom, with the floor covered in used sanitary napkins, used tampons, and dirty diapers. Most places require associates to sign off every hour on a bathroom check. It’s clear the associates are either not checking bathrooms, or simply don’t care enough to clean up the bathrooms. I was so disgusted and annoyed after that, I didn’t even bother staying to buy anything. I’ll head down 104 to the Webster Target from now on. Get it together Irondequoit Target.

What makes this target a little different is the pizza hut and Starbucks inside.It also has a small selection of local pro teams. Buffalo, Sabers, sysruse.Very nice... one of my favorite places.

This weeks circular advertised Canada Dry Diet Ginger Ale 4 12pks for $11. On Sunday I went to the store and they had one 12pk. I shook my head and left. Today I went to the store and they still only had ONE 12 pk. I asked an associate and he checked that there were none in the back and the vendor wasnt coming today. So I took the one 12pk and left. I skipped doing the rest of my shopping at Target since they are perfectly okay wasting my time.

Although they didnt have the exact item I was looking for the staff member that helped me in electronics was very helpful and nice. I would go back to this particular Target if I was in the area again and needed something bc it was one of the cleanest Targets Ive ever been in.

This store did not live up to the Target standards of customer service to which Im accustomed. The service clerk was rude in tone and attitude and when I asked who the store manager was, she of course had no idea. When I did finally speak with a manager, he was completely dismissive. I wouldnt dare return there to spend another dollar.

Dont expect to go there and ever find anything advertised on sale in stock. Also, a very small womens clothing selection and absolutely never any basic school clothes in my kids sizes no matter what size they are...I buy stuff online now, at least I can find it

Target of last resort. They only have 2 registers open at any given time and the aisles are always messy. Avoid the food court. Have witnessed too many unsanitary food handling incidents by the staff. They even had black mold on the soda dispensers due to not cleaning it for GOD knows how long. Avoid, avoid avoid this location unless absolutely necessary!

Employees couldnt tell me where to look for a shop vac. I dont frequent Target, for most of the time they miss the target on availability of sought items. Good help is hard to find.

The customer service desk employee, Jeanne, was very helpful with a potentially problematic return (bought online and returned to store). She was efficient, courteous, and pleasant.
