Always great buys!! Back to school season is my favorite time to shop at 5 below but anytime is great! Friendly atmosphere a d friendly service!!!

Cashier was polite and didnt seem bothered by my son saying hi over and over he had a smile on his face with us the whole time

I enjoy going to this store. Theres a nice variety of items. Candy, games, clothing, cosmetics, sports items, books, electronics, seasonal items, just about something for everyone.I especially like the art supplies. Are they professional quality? No, but they are very decent quality for beginners and practice work. Excellent price on the set of sketch pencils that come in a case. A few other items that Ive bought and happy with the quality for the cost: alcohol ink markers, water based brush pens, paints, pads, canvases, calligraphy sets. Anyone can indulge their urge to create with with the selection here.

Lots of great original items.My family loves this location 👍🏾No matter how busy or how long the lines are, the customers are always greeted at the door. That a huge plus for me.Keep up the great customer service and we will see you all soon.😁

Nice stuff at great prices. Store is very crowded with products, hard to maneuver somewhat and line always has 6-10 people.

Got a lot of my Christmas shopping done. The aisles are a bit small for their carts, to turn around or round a corner I kept hitting the shelves. The cashier was very friendly and I was greeted as soon as I entered the store.

It was great I found everything that I wanted the holiday mask were a little pricey and I didnt get them but other than that everything was good Im going back to get some ear muffs and gloves for my great grandchildren

Always a very decent selection of products. Fantastic for small gifts, stocking stuffers, party favors. Its a favorite choice for the kids when they want to get gifts for one another for holidays and such - they really enjoy shopping here. Ive actually been surprised by some of the things Ive found considering the pricing (I own one of the Guitar Hero games because of this store). Due to the amount of product and amount of visitors, they could do with a larger building space. It does get a bit cramped, which is, of course, not ideal with the COVID-19 regulations in place as I write this. The cashier was very friendly despite the endless flow of guests. Considering the insanely long pre-Christmas checkout line, we moved through very quickly.

I have to say they have some really nice things here for the price I go for 1 or 2 things come out with 20 ❤

A good place for inexpensive items. They have a good selection of cell phone & tablet charging items - cables and AC adapters at very reasonable prices. Just look closely at what cables you buy - some are great and some are of cheap construction that will wear out / break pretty easy - that wont hold up for too long. If you pay attention, this can be a good place to get these items reasonably

Went for the first time in several years. Had several open and empty phone cases and cable packages. Also seems to have alot more things above $5 than originally. But, still is a good spot if you need something cheap.

The store is great!! Found lots of cool things. The cashier was a LAZY JERK!! He waa bagging my stuff in very small bags. I asked him if he has any bigger bags. He said No! I said, really Thats all you have? He got kind of mad at me. Guess what? Of course they had bigger bags!! You would have thought he has to go to the back of the store to get them how he was acting. NOPE!!-- THEY WERE RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM NEXT TO THE SMALL BAGS!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!

I had lost my charger when I was out of state and needed to buy a new one. They had a USB type C that was 6ft for $5 . Unfortunately I had to buy the brick for another $5. $10 total isnt bad. The quality of the cord is braided and seems durable.The girl at the check out was nice and I had no issues at all.

Great items, lousy customer service, check out has only 1 cashier, employees say nothing about people with out masks . Almost nothing is below $5, but still cool stuff for kids and college dorms

Alwats have great service and nice selection of toys, games and crafts for kids/teenagers. The prices are all $5 and below.....Great place for gifts/party supplies, tech, fashion, beauty, games and seasonal items.

This place is by far an adult, & kids play ground Dont over do it.it can be tempting

They do have more stuff now but now prices are pretty much between 5 and 10 for same low quality stuff. Plus unless you use apple phones they dont have much selection of cases or chargers.

I Generally like Five Below but extremely upset that they close at 7pm. I dont remember them ever closing that early and did not find out until I was already at the store. I dont know any other retail stores that close that early. Very disappointing.

My children received gift cards in 2018. They went in today to spend the gift cards worth $10 each and only received credit of $4. How does a store deduct $6 for holding onto the card for just a little over a year! My kids were so disappointed! Will not go there again!

The go to place for low cost cell phone accessories. Also, I bought a $5 bow tie TV antenna, that brought in as many channels as a $30 model.

Quick trip for my son to buy ear buds for school. Great selection and the checkout was quick.

My daughter loves the store. Its okay to shop there with your kids. Some stuff should not be 5.00 there because you can hit the dollar store.

If you want to spend 45 minutes to check out this is your store. Like to the back, only 2 registers open and associates just walking around by the registers.

Chargers for everything!!

They gained a second star for having friendly staff. The products I purchased were literally trash. No one expects a high quality item, thats going to last and last for 1-5 dollars. I understood that going in. However I do expect a product that you are selling to at the very least work. I had to return 3 times before I found ear buds that would work. Thats ridiculous, and thats not counting the two sets i handed to a worker that were visually broken on the shelf. am sure there must be something in there worth while, but I can say if you are looking for ear buds go elsewhere.
