Easily some of the best chocolates in 585. You can absolutely taste the attention to detail in their chocolates. I bought a variety of truffles and every single one of them were delicious in there own way.

Bad customer service, was told to wait outside and while we were waiting around we decided to look in to see what we might BUY, closed the curtains on us and lost $100-200 worth from customers. oh well

They have the best chocolate in the city. The selection provides many different shapes. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The only negative (not really) is that I buy more than I need. Love it!!!

This is my favorite chocolate place. I live in NYC and when I visit family in Rochester I must stop here every time to stock up. Godiva, Gertrude Hawk, and other companies arent as good. Encore is amazing. Their peppermint patties and dark chocolate specialties are to be enjoyed. I wish they could be closer.
