I decided to pull the plug and go with my cousin. She had purchased a package deal for multiple sessions, so of course I thought I had to as well, right? (It actually is a really good price, and only offered to first time customers, so I went all out. 🤦‍♀️) My very first appointment I had Siri and she is so lovely! Unfortunately, she has spread her wings and branched off on her own.My second appointment I had Ivy and she was so fun and easy to talk to. Im super self conscious about my body, but it was so comfortable having normal conversation with her, I didnt even think about it. Ivy is very thorough and I had commented on it, saying I really appreciated it, she said, Well, Im pretty picky about my own waxing, so I like to be picky with my customers waxing, too. If its not good enough for me, its not good enough for them.For my third appointment, I would have loved to get in with Ivy again, but she wasnt available on the day that I decided to schedule (very last minute, entirely my fault for not planning ahead,🥴) but Im sure whoever I get for my upcoming session will be equally as great!

I was very disappointed when I was told I can still come in after a car accident happened before my appointment. I was informed to still come in, they just started a Late policy that I was completely unaware of. I got to my appt at 1:08pm walk in at exact 1:09 was told they were not able to see me, after the young lady told me to still come and informed her of a car accident and I live 45 minutes from home to here. She was not understand at all and nor did she try to work with me. I was very upset and had just gotten a new package with them a few weeks before and they charge my card without calling me for the package. I will not be returning and I try to get my money back. Call the office and emailed them was in form to email corporate and no reposed at all. They are not accommodating at allMy waxer was their when all this happen Emily or Emma is her name she is good at her job but she did nothing to help in the situation due to the fact my wax are fast like 10 min so I feel very betrayed that I tip her and we talk like friends all she did was look and walk away. I was not like a yelling upset customer, I was really neutral and didn’t understand she would just stand and walk away. They are not really personable it like a sweat shop getting customers in and out.

Went for brazilian was was fast. As long as you pretend your pants arnt off its supper friendly comfortable atmosphere. Worth the price and first time is half price. You get a free little care kit the first time getting waxed as well.

I love the wax they use and they do a great job and make sure that they have removed all the hair!

Ivy is fantastic! Conversation flows easily, she is great at tweezing, minimal pain, great results.

A great experience every time I go.

Disappointed with my first appointment. Ive had Brazilians done for quite a long time at a different salon and have been quite pleased. I decided to try EWC out as it was closer to my home. The waxer completely missed a spot and left hair in other places also. I wasnt able to check while there as the waxer stayed in the room while I dressed and undressed and it would have been very weird to be poking around my genitals to inspect with her standing right there. It also felt like they were very rushed. I didnt feel relaxed during the entire appointment. Hopefully tomorrow when I go back they will correct their mistakes. 🙁
