Hair looks amazing! Staff were great. The lady was friendly and cut mine and my nieces hair very well! Also was well trained and knew what she was talking about when I was asking questions about hair care, etc.

My hair was not washed during the appointment. The stylist cut my hair dry leaving it uneven.

Went here because of the affordable price. Evidently that means you leave with a wet head and the stylist doesn’t bother asking many questions about your cut. I left with bangs that are still too long because she never gave me an opportunity to make any changes/ bother asking how things look. I felt rushed out of there when no other customers were in the facility. I will not return. I’ve never been to a salon that doesn’t bother fully drying a persons hair.

I went in to get my hair done at 6:03pm. I was told they do not take hair colors past 6pm. There were no customers on the salon. Hair dresser was not very kind in conversation. It was only 3 minutes after 6 and they wouldn’t take my business. The highlights I wanted would of taken an hour and a half tops.

Had a great experience today. Laura cut my hair just like I wanted it, and boy was she fast. I like that she asked lots of questions, and tried not to get it too short. I will definitely be going back to her.

The worst haircut ever! Went In yesterday for an inverted Bob cut...even had a picture to show her. What I got was a hack job. I didnt even have her fix it because I was so afraid of how short she would make it just to be able to fix it. I left, went to a high class salon for them to fix it.The next day I went back to Fantastic Sams for a refund, with pictures to show how awful the cut was, just to have them tell me they could not refund me because the manager was out of town. I will never be back...and NEVER have Megan cut your hair!!!!!!

I had no idea that this salon offered so many color options for dye. Including fashion/funky colors like blue, green, hot pink etc. I also love that they give you a quote before starting work so youre not surprised at the end.

I love Fantastic Sams. They have the nicest stylists, every other salon Ive gone to Ive unfortunately had crabby stylists and I never have to worry about that here!

Got a mens long haircut here today, I was nervous because Im not from Rochester and this was the second time Ive had my long hair cut. Melissa did a fantastic job and knew exactly what to do. The place is understaffed, but if youre not in a hurry its the cut that counts. Affordable price too.

Wonderful and very talented stylist! Rianna is the one to ask for, she listens to what I want but also comes up with great ideas for new hair colors/cuts when Im looking for something diffrent! She explains the process in terms that I can understand and makes me feel comfortable at all times. She is very talented and experienced in waxing as well. If you have any questions regarding products that they sell she is very knowledgeable and honest about what products work for different hair types and tries to get you the best deal!

Tried giving them the benefit of doubt twice over a year span. First time the gal never even wet my hair down and considering I have a natural curl/straight combo it ended up being all uneven. Second time same thing. The gal also did my eyebrows giving me NO expression. Seriously my eyebrows were straight across. Never again will I go here.

I used to come here regularly but leaving them only because they wont do appointments ahead and wont answer the phone. Ive called 7 times throughout the day and no one answers and there is no message for customers and their mailbox isnt set up for leaving messages. Yes, I know they arent open on Mondays. Calls were made Wednesday.

Worst customer service ever. Walked in to get a haircut. The place closes at 8. I was in there at 6:45. I tell her all I need is a haircut. She tells me back that she cannot fit me in because she is booked for the night. I then asked do you need an appointment? She says no. Then I say well dont you close at 8? She responds yes we do, but I was left alone for the night so after I finish this person up Im locking the door and closing up.She was literally blowing the loose hair off of a person and was basically finished with them and she wouldnt try to cut my hair at all. there was no one else in the facility or waiting to get a haircut. So she basically denied me service and wanted to go home so she was going to lock the door.

It is almost impossible to get a simple haircut in this store without waiting for at least one hour. Once I arrived 30 minutes before the store closing time and they said they will not accept new customers for the night. If they do not want to cut hair they should close their store and all go home.

I stopped in to get a quarter inch off my hair at the Red Wing, MN shop to clean up the back and ended up coming out scalped. There are big chunks cut out on the sides which look like an attempt to layer but instead looks like a child took after with a scissors. Also one side has more hair than the other. Also never even shaved the back so I have long hairs below the hair line. I am furious- if I would have been able to see hoe bad I would never have paid for the cut. Now I have to go someplace else to have fixed because it is ridiculous. Had it done last night and have had 3 people ask me what the heck happened. Seriously how do these people get their license. WORST place.

Completely understaffed. Made an appointment earlier in the day. Got there was told it would be 5 minutes. 25 minutes later I was told another 10. Cancel my appointment then. Of course after they took a walk in eye wax. A guys haircut takes hlaf the time. Theres a reason they have a terrible rating. Do yourself a favor and go to MensSalon. They will treat you right there.

I got my hair cut here and it turned out extremely uneven. I then called and they offered to fix it. I went in and got it “fixed” and yet it’s still noticeably uneven. I do not recommend.

I just got the worst hair cut of my life. I look like a third grader. I asked for a “trim” and the girl took my hair from past my nipple to my collar bone. She also just cut one straight line and got rid of all my layers.

I was there recently and the floors were really dirty like they had not been mopped lately or the waiting room chairs hadnt been moved and cleaned under for quite some time.

I take my son here Everytime now! They do a Fantastic Job!

The worst haircut I have ever had. I have been going to discount salons for my whole life but have never had a haircut this bad before.

I went on saturday and they told me at 2pm they couldnt do like 5 highlights because they would close in hours. I dont know why that would take 3 hours but they said to come back tomorrow at 11 right away, so I did. Then they wouldnt do it because they were closing earlier than the posted sunday hours. Again leaving them with THREE HOURS. Terrible service.
