Customer service was terrible!I have purchased merchandise from them several times.They treat you like you dont deserve professional courtesy because of ethnicity of the neighborhood.

Awesome selection of wigs from a variety of different prices, styles, and cuts. I’ve been in here twice and always had such an awesome experience, staff are so kind and willing to help. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get into wigs/extensions and don’t know where to start

I really like this beauty supply store. BSW is the only company that still carries the brand of braiding hair that I like to get which is one of the main reasons I keep going back. I always get good customer service whenever I go as well. Theyre pretty good with returns too. They have tons of brands to choose from. Per my most recent visit it looked like they were reorganizing the store. I would recommend them to anyone.

I really like these guys a lot. They are typically price match or give me a decent discount relative to similar products that I find online.

This location is nice and well kept. I like the fact I was able to buy a tub of Shea Butter for only $29 I should have it for almost a year. They also had comparable prices on their hair products.

Good selection but terrible staff. Customers were in the line paying for items and I asked one of the workers to get eye lashes for my fiance and she refused because it was 1 minute past closing time.
