I have never been to Carpenters Auto on Chili Avenue until today and now it wont be my last time going. When I called my employer (2nd job- healthcare field) they told me that they couldnt provide me with masks and it was up to the clients (who are mostly elderly or disabled). Im not sure how they expect the clients to be held responsible for providing me protective gear such as masks and gloves when Im there to assist them. Even when the health care field fails me its the local small business owners doing all they can to help, support and assist. They made masks for me, didnt charge a dime and told me to come pick them up. There are soooo many amazing and great people in this community and I will be back to get work done on my car from them when needed to show them the same love, respect and support they have shown me. Thank you for all that you are doing. You are making a difference to others and not even aware of it. God bless every single one of you for such love for humanity.

Carpenters is a great auto shop. My grandparents and I used to live right down the street. My grandpa would bring his truck and car to Carpenters whenever he needed the oil changed or needed an inspection done. I bring my car to Carpenters whenever I need an inspection, and they let me know what definitely needs to be fixed ASAP and what might need fixing soon, its easy for me to plan ahead and budget knowing that something might need to be fixed in the near future. The owner and employees at Carpenters are trustworthy people that do the job the right way.

My family and I have been taking our cars to Bill and the team here for years. They are honest and fair with great prices. If your looking for a great local repair shop this is the place to go.

Had a trailer inspection scheduled at another place for the day before a scheduled trip. When I arrived, that place said they were out of stickers and couldnt do the inspection. This put my plans at risk as the new trailers temporary travel authorization was expiring in 2 days. Thankfully, Carpenters worked me in at the end of their day!

First time there-will absolutely be returning when work is needed. Very courteous, timely, and reasonable ! A hard to find combination in the auto repair business.

Ive been going here for a few years. They usually get you in and out the same day by 4pm and have been good about getting an inspection out by noon, but are a little rough on the personality.
