It took me a year to be able to write this review. A year ago I had my Honda serviced on a Saturday at this dealership. I told them I wouldnt be able to pick up my vehicle until Sunday. I asked about the key situation so I could still pick up my vehicle when they werent open. They told me they always leave the keys in the car because this happens all the time (people picking up vehicles after hours). Saturday night someone stole my car from the dealership, used it to transport stolen goods, stole some personal information from my glove compartment, then returned the vehicle with a mess inside. I have been dealing with identity theft issues the last year. The dealership said they had no responsibility in any of this because the keys were left in it and then it becomes the owners responsibility. I would have never had the dealership leave the keys in the car if they wouldnt have told me they do it all the time and its common practice. They were nothing but rude to me, and I have been dealing with the fall out since that weekend. I will never use this dealership again, nor will I ever recommend it to others. I still think it was someone who worked at the dealership who was the one to steal my car and information, knowing that there are always cars with keys in it on the lot. Ironically, the cameras couldnt make out the people who did this to me. The police did become involve and they were absolutely wonderful to work with.

Two months after the sale and I come home to a truck that wont start and the air ride suspension is messed up which is one of the problems it had in the beginning so it was never properly fixed before the sale! First time at Tom Kadlec Honda service center so they could fix a recall on my Honda Fit. Seems to be pretty honest and upfront! They did a multipoint inspection and found just a couple issues, rated their urgency, and they gave me an estimate on what it would cost to fix the most urgent ones. The cost was not that much more than my local mechanic shop would cost, but I think it would be worth it for the small price increase due to the uniqueness of my vehicle - I know Honda knows what needs to be done.I have a second appointment for the suspension next week and will follow up after that!

I went around to a few other dealerships. I dealt with Garrett at Honda, he was very good and knowledgeable he made the transition into buying a new car seamless and easy. My husband and I worked with this dealer for over 3 weeks communicating back and forth about an upcoming vehicle. After waiting weeks, which it was fine, they got it on Friday. We talked to someone and told them we were going to be there today to get it, and person said they were going to hold it, because we have been interested for so long. Well, they sold it the next day they got it at the dealer and didn’t even notified us. Today, before going there, we decided to call to let them know at what time we were going and they told us someone sold it. I find it very unprofessional and really bad customer service for them to have done this. We said no to other vehicles, because of that one and for them to do that was just very unfortunate. Will never buy a car from them…

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle through a dealership. Kevin helped us with a 2017 Acura MDX (great condition and great value). Right from the start he was incredibly responsive and helpful. Before our visit we were able to communicate with him via text and get the ball rolling. We drove quite a distance to visit this dealership due to their good reputation. We were greeted by the sales manager right when we walked in. He answered any questions we had and checked in various times to make sure we were taken care of. Kevin was incredibly friendly and a delight to work with. No one was pushy or rushing us to make a decision. Derek assisted us on the financing end. He was extremely patient and took time to listen to our needs and concerns. We were unsure the route we wanted to take in financing, but he was understanding and willing to help us through the process. Customer Service is unbeatable, you’re not going to find this many other places. She spent a good amount of time going over every new thing that are upgraded in Touring from EX-L.On my way back, I was shocked to find the warning on my dashboard about low tire pressure. This scared me a little and I thought how is it possible that they let me leave the dealer with the car without making sure that the tire pressures are okay? I left a message with Anna and she messaged me next morning with detailed information, instructions and pictures, so I can calibrate the tire pressures myself.I hope to be able to count on her in case I need any more help.
