THIS IS THE WORST AUTO PART STORE EVER!!!! NED IS COMPLETELY OBLIVIOUS TO COSTUMER SERVICE. REFUSES TO HELP EVEN WHEN PROVEN WRONG. WONT HONOR NAPA BRANDS OR POLICY UNLESS PURCHASED DIRECTLY. SO DONT TRY TO EXCHANGE A PART EVEN IF ITS IN THE BOX AND U JUST WANT A EVEN SWAP OF THE CORRECT PRODUCT. BECAUSE THIS STORE IS ONLY A FRANCHISE SO APPARENTLY THEY DONT NEED TOO HONOR NAPA POLICYS. BUT WILL SELL YOU THE NAPA BRANDS. SO MAIN POINT ANY OTHER STORE WITH IN TRAVEL RANGE HAS TO BE BETTER. ATLEAST IF SOMETHING IS WRONG U WONT BE STUCK PAYING FOR PART YOU DONT NEED..........
Great customer service. My truck broke down close to the store. Jerry took my pulley off and set aside all he was busy doing to help me out. Great home town business with friendly service. Definitely impressed with this store
Super helpful guys. I had a supposedly failing battery so I brought it in in trade for a new battery. The guys at NAPA tested it for me and we found that it was fine and didnt need to replaced, just charged. I walked out without a sale for them but Ill definitely be back when I need something for my vehicle!
Will not uphold their warranty.I purchased two batteries one year ago.They went bad they are warrantied for 3 years would not replace.
