Service King did EXCELLENT work for me. I needed some body work done due to damage done in a parking lot. Somebody hit my car and did not leave their name or number. My car had a large area scraped and scratched, and the bumper was torn away. Service King made my car look better than brand new! I am totally satisfied. And all of their employees are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly -- they made me feel at ease and they kept me informed of the status of the repairs along the way. They went above and beyond for an insurance claim dent fix when they didnt have to. Edwins repair work made it look like it was factory new and they detailed the inside for me too.

I had front end damage from a accident. Service King exceeded all expectations of service. I was treated well within bounds, I was greeted formally and assisted fully by anyone I had a question for. Everyone was knowledgeable and I was extremely comfortable. Friends knew of my accident and asked whered I go for repairs and I told em Service King.

I know most people scoff at chain repair shops. Assuming a corporate mentality is not indicative of fairness. But my truck was beat up badly from an accident and it wasn’t my fault and I didn’t have car rental coverage. I was paying out of pocket for my rental and the wrong grill came in for my truck. It had the same OEM part number, not the shop’s fault, but they felt bad for the delay as they ordered the right part so they covered my rental cost for the additional time. The management at this location is superb, and the crew is skilled. You won’t be disappointed. Great experience.

When i went to pick up my vehicle after having the front bumper replaced it looked better than new. They even washed my car! They exceeded my expectations! My truck was hit in an accident and they were more than accommodating to my concerns! I had a huge concern with blending the paint so that my truck wasnt two-toned and ugly.... My truck looks brand new!!! They went above and beyond, cleaning the inside and outside of my truck for me before I picked it up! I also asked them to fix an additional rust issue not related to the accident and they took care of it for me at reasonable price. I would recommend them to everyone in the world! I could not be happier with the repair of my bumper. They matched the color perfectly and washed the car, which was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend them.

I was told that I would receive an email regarding the repairs and my vehicle but never received one. When I called concerning this a rep said she would transfer me but instead appeared to have hung up the phone.

Great service for those unfortunate enough to need them. Couldve been 5 stars if they provided information to the insurance company in a timely manner... the first and second time I called about it.

So far I have not had a single good dealing with this company and I still dont have my vehicle back. The original estimate they did on the damage was not thorough at all and missed a lot of things. Ive talked to Bill on the phone several times and he seems to be annoyed if I call to check the status on my car, which is now three days past promised and they had to order more parts. If they had done a more thorough estimate I bet my car would have been considered totaled because now we are getting very close to the value of the car. I only went here because its the place my insurance company made the appt for, I didnt feel comfortable when I first went and am now regretting letting them do the repairs.

I needed to replace a control arm and rims and tires among a few other things on my front and back right side of my car. the genius who worked on my car didnt secure the axle nut correctly so when I was putting in new break pads and rotors today the axle nut popped right off without me even touching it! If that had happened while I was driving the tire could have popped right off forcing me into oncoming traffic or a tree! On top of that he didnt tighten the lug nuts all the way which messed up my alignment that I just had done! Now i have to get another alignment! Besides this everything was good. Moral of the story its a good place with a straight up idiot working there! double check everything afterwards if you go here!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!..They are backed by Allstate and if you have an insurance claim you WILL be f_+!ed..they didnt total out a 12yo vehicle and spent 6000 to attempt to fix it.book was 3700!..had no issues with truck before accident, and its been a mess since I got it back..brought it back and they refused to fix it..Now I wouldnt trust them hacks to fix it anyways..cutting my losses..HACKS!
