I needed to get some repair done on my car and AJ gave me an estimate that was lower than a few other places that I visited. When I asked about dropping my car off, he kept pushing me back and told me to check in again week after week even though I asked about setting up a time in the future. After 3 weeks, he said he would try to slot me in for the end of the week but said he would call me back in 20 minutes. After 1 hour, I decided to give him a call and he sounded annoyed that I was calling him and said he would be in the office in 10 minutes. After another hour, I tried calling again and I got a this number is unavailable message. He texted me that they were busy and said he could likely fit me in at the end of the week but didnt bother to tell me when to come. Since then, hes ignored me so I found another body shop to do business with.Based on the other reviews, it sounds like they do a fine job once they actually help you but they really need to look into hiring a receptionist. I dont know how they stay organized and busy when its impossible to even set up a time to drop my car off.

I am writing this as I wait for a call back from AJ at Rochester Collision — unfortunately, I’ve ended up needing his services about once a year. Between the icy roads, two teenage drivers, and picky lease inspections, I am thankful to have found him a couple years ago when I just couldn’t afford another dealership sized repair bill.AJ is a helpful, knowledgeable guy and will give you the best price and do good work. He might be a day late, but more importantly to me, he has always been honest and fair in our dealings. This is a smaller shop — AJ answers the phone and AJ is hands on with repairs. I’ve seen a couple other guys working at different times, but he’s the primary guy. So if you can appreciate working with an owner-operator and don’t expect some of the fluff services of a larger shop, you will be happy with the service and not paying fluff prices!

Was just so impressed with my experience at Rochester C. Had to get my car touched up because of my bike rack. After a little talking, no problem and what a job and of course a great price.Thanks all

Not that I want brag about being a repeat collision shop customer, but I am 2 times in one month. All I can day is these guys are professional, honest and fast. They do great work!!!!

This place is the best! I had a scrape on my trunk down to the metal and AJ saved me a lot of money and did a superior job. I would recommend this place to anyone needing quality workmanship.

Quality work. Price was over 33% less than other shops I got quotes from. AJ found parts cheaper than he thought he could so cost came out even lower. Owner is easy to talk to and followed through on timeline and (as I said) on cost.

Dont believe it when owner sets a time to meet. I had at least three appts.and he showed up for one and I think that was because he forgot we had one. I called several times but no answer and not a call back. I assume they do ok work but not real dependable. If there was a minus on the ratings....thats what I would give

AJ and his team were great to work with - I was sent there by the shop across the street due to an unforeseen issue with the used car that I had just bought... I’ve never felt that a mechanic has had my best interest in mind until going here. They were up front and honest and worked hard to get the problem sorted. I wish I could go to them again if needed, but they really try to stick to collision work only. Thank you so much for fixing my car and making it look pretty! 10/10 would recommend to others and trust them to do other work for my cars.

Awesome job by Aj. My Van was totaled and the Insurance company was not giving enough money to buy a new Van. I was frustrated . I googled and found some very good reviews about Rochester Collision. That was my best decision. I would highly recommend him if u have lost all hopes. He will make it brand new. Thank You AJ. And thanks to all of u who wrote reviews about him. It really helps in making a crucial decision.

Great work most of the time. Owner (AJ) and Shop Manager (Gimmy) are the best tandem this side of the Mississippi. They know cars and they know how to make good out of a bad repair. Owner also knows relationships are everything and he supports the community. Highly recommend the shop!!

Recently my Jeep Liberty needed a new rear bumper and left rear door. Immediately upon arriving at Rochester collusion AJ, the owner, grabbed some tools to adjust the rear left door so it would close properly. Important point, he fixed the door closure without charging me. Ultimately, the door & bumper were damaged beyond repair and needed replacement, which he completed the work the same day! Prior to arriving at Rochester Collision I priced compared local collision shops and Rochester Collision cost was VERY reasonable. My car looks great and I’m a very happy costumer! Overall I would give Rochester Collision shop an A+ for trustworthiness, diligence, and work ethic. Thank you!

If you want a company to not respond when they say they will then this company is for you.We should have a quote for you by the end of the day means I should either get a quote by the end of the day or contact me saying why they cant deliver. Three days and nothing from this terrible excuse for a business. Just rude.
