Lisa, w/rotech said I was on hospice care n they had to get my machine, like I was dieing, y do I need a ventilator anyway, thrn she tells me tht I dont need to kno y i cant have one tht she wouldnt share tht info w/me. She began to argue n fuss w/me n I hung up...

Very long wait with appointment, but service was great after getting waited on. Just dont have a very good receptionist
