PPL must be confused by the reviews here. The staff were attentive, the delivery was on time. Matter of fact came early with this being said. EXCELLENT.... The product I needed was EXCELLENT as well. The delivery person explained everything to a T fixed it to the height I needed. EXCELLENT. Rated this company and staff a 5 Well done. And the man who brought it. ;) Footnote here dont GO TO THAT OTHER COMPANY... these ppl are well trained at what they do, I was impressed and would recommend them. GO FOR IT

If I could give this place less than one star I would. My wife was a victim in a devastating car wreck and needed a wheelchair. After taking our information and making us wait several days they called and told us because auto insurance is hard to work with they would not provide one.

This has to be the WORST medical supply company I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional and rude. I highly suggest anyone looking for respiratory equipment reach out to Freedom Respiratory off of Williamson Rd.

I had a incident over the phone with Ann that works there over the phone on Monday concerning supplies in which she was very rude so I hung up the phone..i called again on Friday to check why I HADNT heard anything, and she told another lady to tell me Prior authorizationSo I proceeded to call my insurance Only to be told that she never sent in anything

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The staff is rude and disrespectful. All these positive reviews must be from the staff because nobody in their right mind would rate them anything but the lowest rating possible. They were dragging their feet on getting a prescription filled and when called to cancel the prescription so we could go to a different place to get the prescription filled, the lady was real rude and disrespectful. She should not be working with the public.

Called the day before I came to make sure they had a nebulizer available for my 10 month old Daughter who has developed a bit of bronchitis. I asked every question possible about our insurance, pricing, and the specific Rx that she was given. The phone call was very rude and cut short due to my inquisitive nature I can only assume. The call ended with we can help you so just come to the office! I came to the office today and to my surprise and bewilderment my daughter was turned away because she didnt go to the right hospital and it was an ER RX so no nebulizer for baby girl. Its a shame that this could have easily been avoided by better communication and customer service by this company. FYI.. dont have an ER RX from Lewis Gale because they cant track it and you will be turned away.

I really liked going here. This is my first Cpap machine and I was scared to death. My instructions were very clear. A booklet of instructions came with my machine and who to call if I needed something when I got home. The people were extremely friendly..They have a shop here if I ever need repairs. I can order supplies and they come to my home. What more could anyone ask for.

I was visiting in town for the holiday and unfortunately I left a part of my daughters breathing treatment machine at home. The nurse there was more than helpful and she saved the day for us. We are most grateful. I see all the bad reviews but I will say sometimes things happen and truth be told people more often speak of complaints than when people do the right thing. The lady who helped me this particular day deserved all 5 of these stars.

I am astonished that this place is business. Clearly they are held to no standards of customer service. I have called them many times regarding my prescription for a cpap and have gotten nowhere. When Ive called, none of my problems were resolved and I was ultimately transferred to an answering machine. I have left several messages and Ive been waiting more than a year for a response of any kind. They also have terrible attitudes and are completely lacking etiquette. May I suggest that you at least pretend to care? A little bit of kindness would go a long way. Have some compassion.

Amy was very helpful and nice and the other staff was friendly. Pleasantly surprised by this place! I read some reviews and wasnt sure if I should use medi home care but Im very glad I did! First time CPAP user and directions were given by Amy. Phone calls answered with no wait time. Thanks! **☆☆UPDATE☆☆**Have had the cpap for 5 months now and have been TRYING and TRYING to get in touch since I have not received any more equipment like the masks and hose that were supposed to be automatically sent when they were due to be replaced. No one ever answers the phone and Ive NEVER heard a voicemail or message where I could leave them a message. Should have listened to the reviews!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

I would not recommend using Medi Home Care. I’d been attempting to call the Roanoke office for over a week, no one answers and there’s no way to leave a message. I use oxygen at night for low sats and needed a portable machine to take on vacation. I finally tried another number and spoke with a woman in the Martinsville office. She stated that she would find out if Roanoke had what I needed. She did call me back at about 4:15 pm and said they had two machines and would have someone from the Roanoke office call me. It’s now 10 pm and I’ve not received a call. My only option now is to see a Physician in Florida to get what I need. This is not the way to run a business!! I’ll be switching company’s as soon as I can.

Terrible customer service. All calls are routed through a central office so you can never call and simply reach the Roanoke location. Incompetent, bad service, rundown store front, you will have to call multiple times and visit multiple times just to get the equipment you need. My equipment needs are minimal; I would hate to see how they handle someone with more extensive needs. If you dont want to be frustrated, I would suggest avoiding this place.

I stopped by the location on Franklin Rd to see what the process would be to get cpap supplies. Keep in mind that this is where I purchased my cpap machine. After being yelled at from the back that they would be right with me, someone who seemed annoyed came to speak with me after about 5 minutes. I was told that if I didnt have a current prescription she couldnt help me. I was perfectly willing to pay full price and wasnt given the option to do so. I told her Id buy my supplies online and she seemed relived and pivoted back to her desk in the back. Horrible service horrible employee.

I was a cpap customer. From Jan-Sept 2016, I used my cpap machine. I was continuously told, in a very rude manner by the respiratory therapist (Kendra), that I was not using the machine. The machine impact was so significant that, in a follow up sleep study, I no longer registered as having sleep apnea. I wanted to keep using the machine for maintenance purposes, but was told that was not possible. I called Medicare and learned that they have strick requirements on usage. But, I used it enough to get better. Isnt this the purpose of these machines? The personal interactions at Medi Home Care are among the worst in my life. If I were the manager, I would fire everyone and start over.

Called the office to ask if they carried a particular item. Was curtly told no and immediately hung up on. WOW! I’ll use Amazon!!
