Well April your services were terrible!! I was a sick covid patient. Thank God l made it home.this place sent o2 home with me from local hospital tanks were empty well one other was In red from hospital No one cared Call way to many time to get a portable back and tanks hospital and apria Never asked how or if I was ok jyst the 3,000 portable need to be returned LEAVE US ALONE!!We don’t know your drivers you should idiots

First time ever dealing with this company. Worst experience ever. Told by doctor driver would be at hospital between 4 pm & 6 pm at the latest. It is now 7:15 pm & no delivery yet. Will see if he shows up. Cant leave hospital till delivery arrives. Not a good first impression. Wish we could show negative figures as a rating. Dont know why hospital deals with these substandard providers.

They’ve lied to me every step of the way, and tried blaming my doctor for their mistake. I do not trust them. Also after they sold me on going with them, they become super rude.

Worst patient care ever.I was getting my oxygen through a different company when my oxygen requirements increased and this company didnt provide tanks which i was using a portable concentrator that didnt provide enough. I am also using a non invasive ventilator, the Trilogy. That i got through Med Inc.with whom i was totally satisfied with their patient care,highly recommend.I applied for a co pay waiver with Apria and was told only if i got my Trilogy from them. So i did and now i regret it Ive seen my respiratory therapist maybe twice and only after many calls to the office. I will be pursuing a different provider and will tell anyone that asks or will listen that Apria is a joke!

Do not use this company under any circumstance. It was a nightmare to return equipment. I have been harassed by this company by phone daily and they refuse to send me a final bill in the mail. When you call their customer service, you are hung up on repeatedly. When you reach out to customer service via email, you get no reply.

Worst customer service ever when I was trying to get my CPAP machine. I had to speak with someone who barely spoke English and I could hardly understand them. Then they tried to charge me way too much. I had to go to the local office to finally get my order correct and for the correct price. Now I need supplies and I get the same people who still dont speak fluent English and are so confusing that I dont want to deal with them anymore. Im going to look at other options. Very frustrating. I cant believe they actually stay in business with this type of customer service.

They are so poor its hard to explain. Been waiting months for supplies. They tell me they have been shipped and i dont receive. Call them back and for the 3rd time will say they need info from doctor. Doctor says they have sent info. Trying to change suppliers, noone could be worse. Terible at returning calls. Completly useless.

This company im sure has to have been sued before??? Not only did they approve my ins but said 24 hours to receive oxygen...1 week later i call again to be told my order was cancelled due to..to far to travel to me...never notified me...only said get another provider

NEVER AGAINThis has got to be the worst health equipment provider out there. I didnt have the option to choose the one I use. But the billing department is horrible. They send me a 20 page contract to sign and return with the fee they charge after insurance and want me to include my credit card information and an approval to bill it for any additional charges that accrue during the duration of our agreement. When I didnt return the contract, they started calling me, Three times a day, even after I submit the amount that my insurance company advised me to send. The bill amount changed five times in two weeks and even my insurance company said they were submitting the bill to them incorrectly. Apria would tell me the monthly charge and then when they would call a week later, the charge went up because they would add additional equipment rental to my bill. This company has to be under a microscope by now by insurance companies and Healthcare facilities for improper billing. When my dealings with them are done on this venture, not only will I never deal with them again, but I will definitely let everyone else know how shady and dishonest they do business.

Should be investigated for billing practices. Most employees I worked with in suppling equipment did a good job including local staff, but Apria billing is the worst billing department ever. I suspect someday an attorney general will go after them. Statements make no sense and insurance claims look suspicious. No one can explain or understand what you are asking when speaking with billing department. Would never deal with this company again due to their billing department.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, EVERY time I need to contact them. Simply incompetent and infuriating. They say theyll call before they come, but they just show up. They say your order will be processed in 24 hours but takes 4 + days before you receive vital equipment. They said my oxygen equipment would be processed in 3-5 days. It took a full month of phone calls before I received it and then it wasnt what I was promised when I first inquired and chose this company. If I had known then what it would be like I would have chose another company.

Most frustrating company ever. If I had known that I would be dealing with a call center in a different country and no knowledge of the product, I would never have selected them for my supplies. Ordering the machine and getting the correct supplies is a headache every time. And when you call, be ready to be transferred multiple times and have to verify and spell your information for each person.

This company charged my credit card over $1000 without my approval. Ive had to cancel my card. Once again dealing with foreign customer service that cant speak English very well. This is a nightmare.

I have had a great experience with the Roanoke branch. Been dealing with them over 8 years. Everyone there has been helpful and courteous. Never had a billing issue. I do receive calls from a foreign location alot about ordering supplies, even after asking them to stop ...I just dont answer those calls. Getting ready to get my 2nd CPAP from them...keep up the good work!
