A nice old hardware store. While Lowes and Home Depot are great for somethings, I prefer to shop here. Those big box stores do not need my money. This local store is great and they have a huge beekeeping section. You have to travel an hour and a half to find a bigger beekeeping supply, on the shelf and ready to go.

I went there for a job interview and they where really nice when I told them about my past record. There where friendly and very professional. They seem like a good company to work for and I hope I came become part of that company.

Was in there to find a 1/2 inch to 3/8 compression to supply line connector. Couldnt find any, but they may have been out. Nobody came and checked for us or offered help finding but I did find 2 shut-off supplys that worked. Usually have all your plumbing needs it can order for you if they do not have in the store. Ive been going to Ace Hardware/ Northwest Hardware for 20+ years now. Lil pricier than lowes or home depot but usually have any of your specialty plumbing parts compared to the other. 🛠️🔧🗝️🔑🔐🚽🔦💪🤙💯

The guys downstairs in hardware and powertools are always nice, friendly and they try to be helpful. The problem is me. Im always in there with something weird like what can I use drill out the center of a piece of bamboo to make it hollow. Or what can I use on my parrots cage so she cant keep taking the screws out?They do try though!!I took them down a star because the upstairs people dont know their products or sales and would rather talk to each other than the customer who was standing in the pest control section for 20 minutes

Customer Service is the Best, No spending hours looking for Help. They ask you as soon as you walk in the door. They have EVERYTHING & its not Overwhelming like Lowes or Home Depot.. I find all kinds of things, gadgets ect that I cant find anywhere else.. I think its a Gr8 Place for Ladies & Gents to Shop.. All of my Girlfriends have made it there Go To once I got them through the Door. You have to GO to believe it & make sure you allow yourself some extra time bcuz once you get there you too will want to check out every isle. Hmm they even sell the supplies needed to start your own Bee Hive 🐝🐝

Easy rental process for Ditch Witch trencher. Conscientious employee helped get it hooked up to my truck, and made sure all was working as it should. The teeth on the chain were worn quite a bit, and therefore was quite slow to dig my trench, but I got it done anyway. If it had dug quickly, I would have given them 5 stars. Was not the employees fault for that.

Northwest has been my go to place for years. I have always been able to find the odd nut or bolt there. Today it was a toilet flapper. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful.
