Wonderful energy in this store workers are super nice people. I prefer this store over going to the bigger store at the Mall.

I was the only customer in the store with 4 employees. I appreciated that they greeted me and then gave me space to shop. There were no big sales, so prices were not as exciting as they are during sales. I like the new fall scents.

Came to buy a significant anniversary gift but my coupon was 2 days expired. I had no idea. The Manager worked her magic and I was able to use it. Little things like this remind me why Im a very long term customer. They treat you right.

Went to this store recently and was approached by Tom as soon as I walked in. I was trying to exchange a scent that I had received for my birthday because it was too strong for me. He told me that I couldn’t exchange it unless I have a receipt. He stated the return policy was changed and updated in may of this year. However I called valley view and was told that everything was still the same. So I went to valley view and they took care of me. I have noticed going to tangle wood previously that Tom and some of the workers will stand over you while you shop. Extra pushy and it makes you feel uncomfortable.

The manager Tom is freaking amazing! He is so friendly and does everything he can to make customers happy! Tom is always in a good mood, how do you do it? Always willing to have a conversation and he sincerely cares about his customers! He is the model for what great customer service should be! No I’m not related to nor is he a friend, well from shopping in the store I feel like we’re friends. The store is always immaculate and accommodating! BBW has some of the best scents on the market and this is the place to pick them up at! Corporate if you’re listening....Tom is the gold standard for how all of your employees should be! Tom keep being you...never change...because you are wonderful!!!!!!

Hated to see it not too busy, but it was nice! Room to shop, people working together not fighting to obtain your attention or fighting to ignore you. Helpful when I needed it! The 75% off annual sale going on and it all was there. Pleasant to check out, people very friendly and made it as sweer as fragrances. When I want to go to B&B I always go to Tanglewood. I know I am buying and not casually looking.

The workers are nice but very pushy. They will “check on you” multiple times. I don’t know if they’re not paying attention to all the other people who came five minutes before the other but it’s overwhelming. Not even places with commission have been this pushy with me. I’ll be going to the VV location. In my experience they don’t hover or interact more than necessary. I want to relax and shop not be approached and feel pressured into buying everything in the store.

Most of the workers are soo nice and helpful, except for a select few. Most of them will help you pick out scents and give you recommendations as well as help with coupons.

Had a good experience. But was extremely disappointed they dont have my scent Moon Light Path. I have such hard time finding ones that dont bother my allergies 🤧. Please bring back Moon Light Path...

Very nice store with lots of great merchandise. Body lotion, hand soaps and more but really like the candles.

Great products but the sales associates are too aggressive. Within 4 minutes of being in the store, I was approached by 3 different associates asking if I needed help.

With the Covid 19 precautions, lines to check out were confusing. No one seemed to understand where the line to enter the store and the line to check out started.

Much better than the Valley View location. Very clean. Normally good customer service every visit. Valley View is dirty & mediocre customer service. Tanglewood location is usually less traffic, not as crowded which I like. I definitely recommend.

Love this store. Enjoy everything. My only problem is that they keep changing and adding different fragrances. It takes a while to get use to new scents. Thank heavens they keep Vanilla Bean at Christmas.

Great place to shop.

My wife loves this store, and they have a few (small corner worth) selections for men. It tends to be on the more expensive side, but you catch a good sale most of the time. Overall, the staff here is friendly and the store is always well kept.

This is a small as smaller store, but its my favorite to go to. The associates are so friendly & helpful. The stores not usually very crowded except for semi-annual sales, black Friday, and their big candle sale in December.
