Had a good shopping day found all things I was looking for

Was out of everything, the hair display was atrocis. I couldnt see how the color would look according to actual hair dye. Was not helpful at all. Both employees were outside smoking when I pulled up. Didnt know why they were out of stuff and didnt when they would get it in. Crazy!

Friendly, attentive staff. Well stocked

They were so rude.I entered the store and 2 associates were talking smack about God knows who, went to check out and the lady asked for my number and thats it. Said nothing else to me, slapped my receipt on the counter and walked away.

When I came into the store the employees were just chatting with people at the counter. I eventually got some help and the employees just disappeared to the back room. They came back about 10 minutes later and apologized for disappearing.

Wish there were more people of color employed here to ask questions about products for natural African American hair.

I really like Sallys But, Everytime I start using something I really like they quit selling it. I have to pay more somewhere else never fails.

Rude associate who wants to follow you like your a thief then when you check out seems like for the 2nd time ive been in that store, they cant enter my rewards number or honor my coupon. Went to another store and that associate had no problem with anything. I feel like there should be customer service, retention and system training here. Stop assuming especially when my child is with me.

Has everything I need & nice, helpful staff. Went for hair color & conditioner, & found a great lip stain & liner as well. Great staff assistance! 👍
