I had some vandalism to my vehicle and Berglund Body Works was so quick to fit me in, work quickly with my insurance company and the car rental service, and see that my vehicle was repaired perfectly. It honestly looked brand new when it was returned to me. They even washed the exterior! I highly recommend Berglund Body Works. They are professional, efficient, and highly skilled.

Very good work done here. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Staff interfaces with insurance/adjusters, so you dont have to sweat the details. Like with all Berglund locations, you will have a painless and professional experience.I just recently used these guys again and my experience was perhaps even better. I added a photo of the inside of the shop, you can just see how clean, organized and professional this space is...and that speaks volumes to me, as most body shops are scary-messy.

Called about possible repairs to my wifes Jeep.Cant say Im impressed with their customer service.Could be they have so much to do they can afford to phone shuffle me between different departments only to then put me off almost a week before they can even LOOK at it.In my mind this isnt what customer service looks like.Ill pass.

Great people to work with even though I wasnt happy with the outcome. I have a piece bowing out on my new 2020 Ram grill, I didnt notice it till now but it must have been from what I bought it. Well see if Ram warranty will take care of it. The customer service was outstanding.

Very very poor customer service. Had to go through this body shop due to insurance reasons. Between the claims adjuster and the people at the shop not returning my calls its become a bit ridiculous. From the paperwork being put into the wrong pile so the estimate was never sent for over a week. To not returning my phone calls ever, and finally today was my tentative start date. Last time I heard from the man, John, was almost a moth ago. Ive called trying to talk to him 7 different times and still hadnt heard back. I didnt even know if I was supposed to be bringing my car in or at what time. I called early in the morning, receptionist took my name and number and said as soon as he got off the phone she would have him call me. 4 hours later and still nothing so I call back. Finally got him on the phone and was given a run around of excuses and he even tried to blame it on me saying I hadnt signed some paperwork (which I did a month ago) and was told that the parts hadnt even been ordered yet. My car was hit a month and a half ago and Im still sitting here with damage and the parts havent even been ordered! If you are looking for anything to be done a timely manner and to have good communication with the shop with updates about progress or anything at all, this is not the shop for you. If I didnt have to be using this business I wouldnt be.

Will never use again. Keep getting run around my truck been in shop since May 4 sat there for 10 days, even left a message for adjuster to call me, which didnt happen until ask for his boss and threatened to have it towed to somewhere. Then had me sign to order parts on 5/14. Told would jump on it when parts came in. Should have started on the 21st but then came memorial day weekend and dont think they started then. May have ready June 9-10 or later. Just been rack and stack.

I took a car there to be fixed. They have had the car for 2 months now and I just now get any information that the car will not start. It was not in the original paper work even though they state the told someone it is not written on any piece of paper work anywhere that it wouldnt start. Even admittingly telling me they told me but did not write it any where to get fixed. Only just now after over 2 months they email and say that it wouldnt start. Completely avoid this place like the plague if you want quality work done to your car.

This place is the worst I have ever seen. As a body shop and as a business. Dont know how they stay in business. 16 WEEKS since my accident and still no conclusion. Customer service is non-existent./ Unless you count the times I was told what appears to be lies. they dont even deserve 1 star. But without it, they wont post.

Wonderful customer service! Scratched my front bumper and went to Berglund Body Works for a quote. The quote to re-paint my bumper was a little more than I wanted to spend but I followed up with a question about just popping the bumper back in place where it had come unhinged. Came back the next morning, they quickly took a look, reaffixed the bumper and even tried to buff out some of the scratch - for no cost! It truly made my day. Would recommend them to anyone!

1/2 star, extremely poor service, long delays. They have taken more than 3 months to fix my car. In the end they forgot to fix few stuff.My insurance didnt reimburse for my rental car, they said bodyshop were sloppy in their work. It should have been completed in 2-3 weeks.Dont recommend this bodyshop to anyone.

They had my car for nearly two months..I was told it was safe for my family to take a long road trip, I drove it10 miles when the wheel, started grinding metal on metal..too late to take it right back because they closed as soon as I left..warning make sure no one is due to go on vacation there..cause I had to wait on two people to get back to even get my car to begin with...

Miscommunication, keeping the customer out of the loop is Extremely poor service, in my opinion. I have had to hunt people down to ask questions, and received no voluntary communication from them. I have asked about a loaner vehicle, a week ago, and received no answers and having to call back to remind them that I am without a vehicle, as for they’ve exceeded the amount on a loaner my insurance will pay, due to the fact that I was given a 10-day estimated time of completion, and it’s almost been a month. I haven’t even received my vehicle, or a single call back from the shop, but I can already tell that they have earned this 1-star.

If you want your vehicle fixed in a reasonable amount of time please choose a different shop. My car had minor damage and was driveable (drove for months before getting it fixed) and I was told repairs would take two days. Well they tore off the bumper and found supposedly more damage...and so the whole process began. They have had my car for a month now and they are waiting on parts still. Ive asked for my vehicle back and they cant even do that bc of how they disassembled it. Its beyond ridiculous and Im so tired of them dragging their feet and giving me the runaround. To add to this, the staff is fairly rude and do not give updates unless you ask. I would recommend Cave Spring Autobody, bc I took it there once and the work was completed in two days and was of very high quality. It was a breeze compared to this nightmare.
