This is the most highly professional and efficient auto repair business I have ever patronized -- and yet they are down-to-earth, friendly, and personable.They tell the customer what to expect, and they give an accurate idea about time frame. They have an excellent working relationship with Enterprise Rentals on SR-419, across from Tanglewood, so the process of obtaining a rental car while repairs are being performed is seamless. When my car needs repair work (whether its my fault or the other guys), this is where I want the work done.

This job was for an insurance claim, they were friendly, courteously, and professional. My vehicle was ready right when they said it was, and most importantly it looks great. They even cleaned the interior which was a nice bonus. Thank you guys!

Cave Spring Autobody had our car for over a month after the accident. They called us 2x a week giving us updates and let us know what progress they made. They was nice. Kept update to on the vehicle status. twice a week. After the vehicle finished with the repairs they wash and vacuum the vehicle. State Farm insurance recommended them thru there policy. Every thing went very smooth. Great job. Real good communication.

I had to get some repairs on my car from where a truck hit my car an fled. They did a very good job. It looked like a brand new car after they finished it. They kept in touch with me all the way until the job was completed. So I recommend them for anything!

My car was sideswiped and needed a new fender, bumper and headlights among other things. Cave Spring Auto Body did a great job of replacing everything with oem parts. The panel gaps are as good or better than original and the paint was blended across the hood and door very well. Even with metal flake, it’s very hard to tell which parts were repainted. There were a couple of small “dirt nibs” in the clear coat but they happily took care of those in just a few minutes. Overall I’m pleased with the work and the customer service.

I have used Cave Spring Auto Body twice, once for a rear end hit and most recently to repair my front driver quarter from a deer hit. I have the highest regard for them as a company, from their initial appraisal encounter and its consequent research, through the timing of their repair, right up to my distinct pleasure to repossess my beautifully repaired car - on time. My older car (06) is now better looking and driving than I hoped would be the case. And the company is honest. Regarding a panel they acquired for the rear end hit, it turned out to be faulty. Immediately they contacted me to explain, to change the delivery date, and to make a financial change through my insurance provider. Excellent, attentive work! They do not take short cuts. They get the job done for the customer.

Receptionist was very nice and courteous as was the gentleman who took the car in the back to buff a headlight that was not part of the original accident at time of pick up. All damage was fixed and car looked as if nothing happened. Very pleased and would use them again.

Fast and easy. Beautiful repair of a “fender banger” on a 2005 Toyota Scion. Plan was for maybe a week of work; parts hard to find. Dropped off the car on Mon and had it back on Thu aft. Texts kept me informed. Mr Mason worked with my insurance company. They accepted his estimate, and a 5% supplemental.Hope I never have another accident, but if I do, I will ask that CAVE SPRING AUTO BODY do the repair work.

Great crew to work with were very nice and prompt when I had questions about my vehicle. Although insurance ended up totaling my car and they never ended up doing any body repair for me, the guys at cave spring were cool enough to let me start my baby one last time before she goes to salvage yard. They also did work on both of my grandparents SUVS and they came out looking good as new. Overall a very stand-up business that is always happy to help you!

I can’t say enough good things about y’all !! I had new headlights I wanted installed and no way I could do it myself. Not only did you get me in fast, it was done the same day. This is the only place I will be using in the future and as well as my parents!Y’all are awesome!

These people are quick to get the job done and they do an amazing job. My car looked brand new and the paint matched perfectly!

They are very nice people to talk to, everyone of them and they deal with the insurance and rental car people on your behalf. As a body shop though I found them to be incompetent and I realize that is a strong word to use but it is quite accurate.Mine was a new vehicle with slight damage to front end. A broken headlight was left in the floorboard of the car, there were paint mismatches, they did not know how to assemble the grill (I had to research it and explain it to the owner, manager, project manager and tech). They guarantee the work for life but after 6 visits I realized that I would be spending my life there trying to get everything put back together correctly. In the end I walked away with misaligned headlights, paint overspray on the windshield, mismatch paint and a bumper that doesnt line up with the rest of the vehicle. It was worth it to me to pay out of pocket for the dealer to fix what Cave Spring couldnt.
