Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. From pharmacy to counter service. Always answers questions. Staff wear masks which make me feel that company takes their customers health seriously
I have a chest infection and traveling through from the Fayetteville area. Went to the Urgent Care by the hospital, who prescribed me an inhaler and zpak. They closed at 4, it is now 6 and Ive been sitting outside the CVS for 2 hours waiting for my prescriptions. The pharmacist that is in there (also from out of town as he informed me) was not polite once the 3 times I went back in there to see if it was there (which I know is not CVS fault, if they dont have it, they dont have it) kept telling me to call the urgent care that was CLOSED to find my prescription. Finally my wife went in there and he YELLED at her saying it was my fault that Ill be without my inhaler tonight, and all we had to do to fix it was call ONE PERSON at a business that was closed. If my prescription comes in before I leave town tomorrow, Ill update with the name of the tech if hes there. If CVS cares to look into this, check your cameras, Im a female with pink/red hair. Was at the window between 4 and 545.
Horrible Pharmacy. If find them to be very rude, especially to African American ppl. One worker was very rude and we had words so she told the other not to give me my meds. She told me to have them transfered to another Pharmacy. Three days later with me and the other Pharmacy calling everyday and CVS telling us they are going to send it. Needless to say they never sent it. My Dr had to send another prescription to the new Pharmacy. CVS will NEVER get anymore business from me.
My elderly mother n law went to buy Sun glasses clip on, for her prescription glasses. She couldnt get the clip to stay, so she went to the pharmacy counter to ask for help. The guy behind the counter said he could help her, but there were 2 customers ahead of her. She told him that was fine, and stepped aside. Another guy behind the counter asked the guy who told her to wait, what did she want. He told him she needed help putting the clip on her glasses. Rudely, he replied Well we arent ophthalmologists. So my mother n law left. How rude, uncalled for, and poor customer service!?
The bathroom here is absolutely disgusting! Especially during the time of Covid. We stopped here for a bathroom break for my 98-year old grandmother. The bathroom looked as though it has not been cleaned in years plus the fact that there was no toilet paper. I asked a pharmacy employee for toilet paper and she called for customer service but no one ever showed up. After minutes of waiting, I grabbed a roll off the shelf and even then no one had showed up. After seeing that the bathroom was this nasty, it made me question if the employees even use the restroom here for it to look like that. I usually know CVS for it to have some of the cleanest restrooms but this case was definitely different.
Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Have never answered their phone not even for doctors. Rude pharmacy employees just add to the incompetence.
Unbelievably slow. You better allow days for an order to be filled. If you need to speak to the pharmacy, have an hour to wait on hold
Need to bring Brandy back, I dropped off an prescription at the drive thru around 3:40pm and came inside to pick up and been waiting for it since, the older lady never handed it to the pharmacist to fill. I just had mouth surgery and Im sitting in CVS in pain because the medication wore off. I will never come back until get better staff
Went to get a flu shot Im a disabled veteran they told me my Id with benefits number on the back was not valid said I needed a special card this card has been accepted at fast med and other providers and that free flu shot sign is a lie
Very poor customer service in pharmacy. Smh
I love this store. Everyone there is very helpful. This store is always neat and organized♥
You cannot buy insulin needles without a prescription here. Strange they sell them online and at Walgreens without a prescription. Ran out of them for my dog.
Stopped here to purchase a few items and the store was very quiet, well organized and the cashier was very pleasant. I will visit again when back in the area.
This is the WORST DRUG STORE IN THE WHOLE CITY I NEVER IN MY LIFE HEARD OF A DRUG STORE THAT DOESNT HAVE MEDICINE. I HAVE A SICK SON AND NOW MY PRESCRIPTIONS IS SITTING THERE AND THEY CANT DO NOTHING BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO MEDICINE . THIS CVS MAKES ALL CVS S LOOK HORRIBLE I NEVER SEEN A STORE FULL OF EMPLOYEES AND NOONE KNOWS NOTHING .THEY ARE JUST HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. IF YOU WANT YOUR MEDICINE WITH NO EXCUSES AND NO 3 TO 4 HR WAIT DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO CVS ON 10TH STREET IN ROANOKE RAPIDS. YOU WILL B HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED.
Got a sick women coughing all over the place working at the front cash register at a time like this
To say their Pharmacy is understaffed would an overwhelming understatement!!! Two Techs, 1 pharmacist and no CSRs to man the registers. CVS needs to wake up and add more people to their Pharmacy!
Love shopping at RR CVS!! They have the best staff!!!
