Fountain drinks all taste off. Staff is friendly. The to-go food is made fast and tastes decent. Will return for late night snacks.

This was the way my food when I got home.

Should have looked at the reviews before I stopped here while traveling. The restrooms were absolutely, disgustingly dirty. Then they did not have the correct change and cashier seemed confused as to what to do other than not give me any change. If there is a Sheetz in the area that is usually where I stop. but wont be stopping at this one in the future.

If you’re about to thirst, and in dire need of a drink... please do me a favor, and keep driving. I work out of town so I always pick the big name gas stations to goto since they have more options. Sadly I shouldn’t have done that here. Got a drink & ordered a milkshake. I stood in line for 15 minutes while 5 employees who walked around talking amongst each other as if it was social hour, laughing cause they could see people frustrated. While standing there(since you can see behind the pickup counter) I witnessed the female making my milkshake struggle in the process, spilling ingredients, starting over, etc.. Moral being, she didn’t know how to make a milkshake. Only to get it just before walking out, and it looked like a glass of milk with shredded ice. I was so dissapointed, never again. No kind of authority in the store whatsoever!

Enjoy this place. Not as bad as the reviews make it out to be. Bathrooms are nice and always clean. Drive through does take a bit, but the food is good. Overall enjoy it.

Multiple wrong food orders. I give up. I didn’t realize it is so difficult for the employees to read the order off a screen, or maybe they just screw things up on purpose.

Customer Service needs improvement. I have been going to the drive-thru for 2 yrs now with no problems to order chips and soda during my lunchbreak. Yesterday between 1p-2p I ordered a Cherry Pepsi w/ mesquite bbq & salt and vinegar chips like I always do. The guy w the glasses comes w a fountain drink. I have told him on several occassions I prefer a bottled soda not fountain. Yesterday-I proceed to tell him I want bottled soda. He then says-next time let me know!! I said sir: it is your job to ask me-the customer if I prefer bottle or fountain drink. The other employees have no problem w asking me before going to get my items about clarity of the items. This young man went bk & forth with me for a few mins when finally his manager stepped in. Unacceptable!!!!

What can I say..this place here in Roanoke Rapids is awesome..A major shout out to Ms Bre..She satisfieds my taste buds every time..My 9 minute wings be on point.Kudos to such a lovely lady..

Ordered a milkshake and it was full of ice. I called and asked about their process for making milkshakes and I was told they dont use ice cream, they use ice and some sort of flavoring. These are not milkshakes, they are a mess! Dont spend your money because the advertisements are false.

Worst sheetz ever. Kitchen was extremely slow. I waited an hour and still never got my food. Let alone the cold cases we nearly empty and the staff was extremely rude to everyone.

This store is not the Sheetz I know. We were traveling through the area on a road trip and saw this Sheetz on the map but when we saw the reviews we actually opted to stop here just to see if any of it was really true. Well... yes, the poor reviews are accurate. No toilet paper in the mens room (except what was on the floor), the store was dirty and trash was overflowing everywhere. Anyone who is a regular at Sheetz knows this is not the norm. Unsure if there is a staffing issue or management issue but Sheetz needs to step in and figure this one out.

Second time this week I’ve gone to this place and they not had change. The first cashier didn’t even say anything, she just short changed me. Tonight the girl did say something but didn’t seem to understand how me paying more for something than I’m supposed to is stealing. Manager rather issue refund than to get the proper change. The customer service was already bottom off the barrel but now they’ve actually started stealing your change, as if the corporation isn’t rich enough...I really miss living in the city where convenience and good customer service were easier to experience. If you can, avoid shopping here.

Second time we have filled up our trucks with Diesel fuel and ended up with water in the fuel. $100 fill up both times and it’s done messed the truck up. Won’t be doing it again.

If youre going to this store go inside because the drive through is extra slow. They will stand right there and look at you but want come to the window.

I normally love Sheetz. We were traveling and went several miles out our our way to stop at this store. The store was dirty. No toilet paper or paper towels in bathroom other than the ones thrown on the floor. Drinks had been spilled on floor and not mopped up by the soda fountain. Food service was slow and they did not seem to be understaffed at the time, so not sure what the problem was.

This is the worse Sheetz I have ever visited. Bathroom was dirty, it took 30 minutes to get 2 cups of coffee and it they werent even made properly. There needs to be a major overhaul in that place.

I usually love Sheetz, I spent years in field sales and always stopped at them because they always have clean bathrooms. This one was a mess. The manager came in and said they’d been in there 4 times in the last 4 hrs. Was gonna cut them a break on it. Then I ordered a smoothie and an iced coffee. When we paid the cashier seemed surprised to see the ticket. Then as I walked over to wait for it- someone else just said their computer wasn’t showing the order so they couldn’t do it and had to refund me. It had been less than a minute since I paid! They didn’t even try to figure out the order without the computer which they easily could have done. They also just gave me an even amount of cash with no receipt for the refund. Not even sure they gave me the right amount. Went to get one of the f’real smoothies instead- machine was broken. The trash at every single pump was overflowing. Even the trash cans walking into the store were overflowing

Me fiancee and I were traveling from PA to SC and figured we would stop in quick and get some food and gas since we have Sheetz back home in PA. Ordered the food perfectly fine. About 20 minutes after ordering they tell us they dont have some of the stuff we want and never offered a refund since this cost money. Finally after around 30 minutes we received our order, go to sit down in our car only to find out we were missing items from our order also. Needless to say a quick pit stop turned into about a 45 minute endevour and set us back on our trip also. Will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

Stop to top off air in tires. Have modern air pump that lets you digitally set air pressure and beep when tires are at pressure. And it is free. At the time of this post vacuum broken and that will require quarters when fixed.

Place was clean, conveniently located off of 95. Gas prices were reasonable compared to where Im from. Food was ok. Took quite a while for the cooks to get a simple order of boneless wings ready.

We love Sheetz. This one is filthy! Going to report to Corporate!....Update....received a letter from Sheetz Corporate apologizing for my experience. Best information was that my concerns had been relayed to store and district management. ..Next day, inside floors were less sticky and message. Hopefully they address the messy drink dispensing and bathrooms next. Now that temps are warmer, the parking lot and outside seating areas will be next.

By far the dirtiest, slowest and rudest Sheetz Ive ever been to (which is many) and whats even worse is we drove out of our way coming home from the beach to find a Sheetz.Every trash can by the gas pumps and the entrance were over filled. No paper towels or toilet paper in the bathrooms. Took 20 minutes to get 2 hotdogs which they had mislabeled and finally figured out that the number they were calling out didnt belong to anyone. The manager and workers took their sweet time while everyone waited and watched them fumble around in the back having no clue of what they were doing.

Very clean inside and out. The bathrooms were well maintained. The staff are very friendly. This is the best Sheetz Ive been to in this state, so far.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I came in the other night to order a sub and it was not very busy at all. The workers didnt know what they were doing, they werent doing anything. We ended up waiting for 35 minutes until we canceled the order because it was taking too long. They should be fired.

Clean inside. Looks as if it was just remodeled. But it gets a 3 star due to it not having flex fuel(E85) available.

We had a HORRIBLE experience on 3/26/18. I went in to grab some hotdogs from the MTO. I paid for the order at 10:27pm. There were several people waiting. But by 10:47pm, i was still waiting, every other customer was gone and new people were coming and going. I finally asked someone behind the counter if my order was coming out at all. She rudely said it was coming up. I seriously waited over 20 min for 4 hotdogs. If I hadnt paid, Id have walked out. There was no sense in it.

Long wait, not enough products stocked, would think a sheetz off of a major interstate would run smoothly

This is the nastiest store I have ever been in the cashiers are rude as well. I am glad I no longer live in this town and I will not be stopping here again.
