If this Speedway is the one off tenth street in Roanoke Rapids, its awful. The bathroom was nasty. The poor kids working registers are never allowed to make or give change. One of them owed 98 cents to my friend and would not just give him a dollar and did not even explain to him while he stood there waiting for change. She just pointed to a hand written sign. And they are on a lot of the freeze drinks, fountain drinks and iced coffee machines a lot too. Stuff breaks down like all the time it seems.There is a new face in there every time you turn around. People including good workers have turned in their notices or have had to simply quit because of ineffective management. A manager even quit because of even more ineffective upper management. Heck the day that manager quit, that locatiin was CLOSED. Its just crazy. Everyone in every place is entitled to a crummy day here or there. Unfortunately if crummy were an Olympic standard, this particular Speedway would take the Platinum medal.

Actually has good eats too, I like the ham sub.

They were out of regular gas.
