This used to be my favorite local Dollar Tree. Not anymore! The manager there used to be Alan and he was very nice and helpful. I called in to ask a question a couple of months ago and asked for Alan. I was told he is no longer there. I asked a couple more questions, all without getting any help or answers. I even asked what days their trucks come in and when they unload only to be told “we’re not allowed to give out that information”! What?! I’ve asked several dollar stores that question and I’ve always been told the days when trucks come and when they usually unload.Ive been into this Dollar Tree twice recently to check on some items only to find many bare shelves and it’s been very unorganized.Don’t think I’ll be going back there anymore.

By far the BEST Dollar Tree. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stroll around the store while listening to the two staff engage with other customers, not just a standard can I help you. leave it at that. The store is set up in a great manner, shelves were stocked nicely, nothing seemed picked over. I found my new go to location! I would go just for the friendliness of the employees!

I found what I was looking for and the people theyre are generally nice i had a gentleman take really good care of my dishes i bought thank you

This store is clean & organized & I can easily find what Im looking for. They have a great card & kitchen utensil selection as well as holiday decor, plastic storage tubs & almost anything else you might need. They require masks, have 6 foot social distancing lines & clean between customers.

Very under stocked shelves were there. Dollar Tree is one of the worst in Salt Lake City utah.

This one is fabulous. Still has some much deserved / desired left over mothers day items.

There are good deals to be had at Dollar Tree if youre smart about it. Dont buy products from brands you recognize; my experience has been that theyll actually be cheaper at some place like Walmart per unit price. And its generally a good idea to avoid their packaged food items; a fair amount of what I have tried there has had something of a metallic taste to it.

This location is super clean and has a very nice group of people working there. I just happened to stop by since I was near there and was impressed. I will drive past 2 other stores to come back to this one. Good job!

This store does have a lot of inventory. I got what I needed with my son until my sister came so they could pick out something with her. I checked out and even made small talk with the cashier who otherwise would be non engaging. Glad to have a no receipt option to not waste resources. I went out front and waited for my kids to be done. The store owner then comes out and has the audacity to confront me and say “did you buy that stuff” “can I see your receipt”. I did nothing wrong suspicious and paid for my stuff. How dare you. Karmas a ..... that’s ok just hold the door for you bringing carts and tell you have a good day. That is harassment that is not justified in any respects. The wrong that no good human being should stand for.

Clean, orderly, well stocked and the cashier was very pleasant.

I went to this dollar store today to find one item and unfortunately the one item that I was after they were out of. But I was able to find many other things that I was in need of and they were only a dollar each. Its just your typical Dollar Store its pretty clean there is occasionally a few piles of boxes around where they are stocking the shelves but its not nearly as bad as the Dollar Tree near Herriman. The service staff always seems to be pretty friendly.

Hands down the best dollar store around. They have a wide selection of items and its usually clean and well stocked.

A vending machine took money from my kid. Thats not that weird, except the people inside refused to assist me (there were three people around me, I assume one of them was the manager). They didnt even have a number for me to call, and there is no contact info on the machine. If management reviews these, I would be interested in talking to someone about this issue.

This location is fine but horrible customer service. I am waiting for over 10 minutes to have someone assisting with balloons. The only worker was on cashier and would not proper assist (she said she would be right with me but here I am waiting). In meanwhile there is someone in a meeting an I can hear everything (me and the entire store). Funny while meeting is saying that employees should make sure to assist customers they are actually doing opposite. Really horrible management !

The manager here is the biggest b*tch you will ever meet she is so rude to all customers that come in and treats everyone as if their service doesn’t matter. I have witnessed it for the last time today. She lashes out at me when I called ahead to see if they had a specific item in the store. Because I didn’t want to make the 15 minute drive for nothing. She hung up on me he first time and when I asked who I was speaking to she said “I am the manager and there is nothing you can do about it”. From someone who spends $50-$100 per week at Dollar Tree from running a craft business and loving multiple items form here I will not return again. I would rather pay the extra money and buy from Hobby Lobby than ever buy from here again.

They have more than you would think here. Everything is only a dollar. They even have a big sized seasonal items section.

This location is very clean and employees are pleasant. The other location on 13400th in Riverton not as great. Manager at that location seems angry. Thanks

The cashier that is usually there in the afternoon is rude. She rudely and loudly told me to empty the hand basket because her feet hurt. I didnt know they train cashiers now to scan with their feet.

One of cleanest dollar tree stores I have seen. Friendly staff.

My service dog was almost attacked at this store. When I spoke with the manager about maybe putting a no pets allowed sign on their door to prevent this from happening again, she rudely dismissed me saying it was against company policy. My dog was almost attacked because a couple didnt know it was not allowed to bring their pet.

Its a typical dollar store. It had exactly what I expect: candy, soda, and some wrapping paper for me.
