After a terrible experience at the District Target, I ordered some things for the Walmart Pickup. It’s surprisingly one of the better curbside delivery areas around. It’s covered. The employees aren’t soaked and neither were my bags.I may not love shopping inside here, but I will use their curbside again. Very well done.

One of the cleanest and most well organized Walmart I have been to in a while, but not many full-service cash registers open, so the three check out lines that had actual cashiers, had quite long lines. They also had one of the self-service register sections blocked off, which made the lines longer as well.Lastly, they were low on stock or out of a decent amount of items in the aisles and sections where I needed to shop, as well as the front area where the As seen on TV items are, but the overall look and feel of the store was welcoming and easy to shop in. Id definitely shop at this Walmart location again.

I will not be coming to this Walmart again. I have been frustrated with the changes they’ve made and the lack of cashiers as a whole, but today I was doing delivery of my groceries, accidentally chose pick up, and literally called for a whole 1/2 hour trying to get someone to pick up so I could let them know I couldn’t go in the time frame reserved. If they can’t even answer their phone calls anymore they are definitely not customer service oriented anymore. I had to call a different Walmart to see what would happen if I didn’t pick up the groceries in time

Superb customer service. Check out lines are always shorter here than at other Walmarts I go to.

Was clean in orderly and had everything I needed. Lots of parking makes it nice but poor exiting to the busy street makes it not nice.

They know have a small vet place. Its located on the west side of the building. Entrance is the small glass door. The vet & staff were fantastic. I would recommend them. If its something that cant do there they find a place for you. Great place.

We really had the best experience today . We had to get a Tv and had trouble locating it, Robert in electronics was super helpful, amazingly wonderful. He went above and beyond to help us find the correct product and took care of it. He gets gold stars all around from us.

It is Walmart but if no issues come about then no complaints. Always have what I need when I forget to order on Amazon a day before my activities.

Would be nice if that kept people at the check stands and the self check out for people that wanted to use that. Forcing people to use self checkout seems like an incorrect way for this type of shopping service. Just my thoughts.

My husband and I look really young for our age and we feel like the people checking receipts at the door assume that we are stealing every time we go to Walmart. Today my husband went and got our groceries and had the person check every single item in a cart full of groceries. We have had that happen to both of us almost every time we go to Walmart and see them only check one item for every other person or not check them at all. I can understand if it happened to us one time but it’s basically every single time we do a grocery trip now that we stand at the door for five minutes while they check every item we bought. It’s ridiculous that the people checking receipts are choosing to jump to conclusions based off of how old someone looks.

I come in for a bunch of different things and Im always at ease when I leave, the auto center is awesome and the techs do a great job with my car! I trust them with new tires, rotation, and regular maintenance... They have always been honest and take good care of my car.

This store has been totally remodeled and most everything in different places except for the grocery area. Fabrics and crafts are now in the far back along the wall, and the aisles are super long for domestics, cookware, small appliances, etc. Was a bit confusing finding what I needed then having to walk down long aisles searching.

Its walmart. You either hate it or you love it. Usually typically well arranged clean store.

Place is a bit messy and the new members dont seem to know much but I know the store well enough. Could use a little cleaning but it was an easy in and out!

It’s definitely just another Walmart. If you go in with low expectations for the produce, item quality, and customer service — but cheap prices — then you’ll leave satisfied. But should we all make more of an effort to shop locally so that Walmart and Amazon don’t continue to steamroll our local economies? Yes, yes we should. It’s hard sometimes though - I get it.

I used to really like going to this Walmart, but now you cant find things, the employees seem unhappy, and they have made changes without any thought about their customers (ie. Removing the bench next to the checkout stands for the elderly or people like me with MS). They even changed the exit for late night lock up tonight. It made it more difficult for me because I had parked in the handicap parking near the grocery doors, which are the ones usually left unlocked each night. I do realize that there is remodeling being done, but there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the organization and even the employees are struggling to find things. I think that I will start shopping at Smiths. I dont mind paying a little more for an environment that is more customer-friendly. I dont think that I have ever written a bad review before for anything, but these are things that I think that old Sam would have wanted to know...

Online grocery pickup is always AMAZING! Always polite, quick, & easy! Walmart is the best!!

Probably one of my favorite Walmart’s it’s different than all the others are spaced out everything there’s room to walk. It’s a lot more different than any other Walmart, it’s weird at first but I love it I like it!

SOOOO incredibly happy with this super center. They took their mask signs down (due to local mandates being removed) I’ll be shopping here for all my necessities and groceries until Costco does the same. You guys can have all my money regardless of prices if I can shop with no mask. Love being able to choose for myself.

I typically avoid Walmart like the Plague, Id rather drive further and pay more for the same stuff. This time it wasnt a horrible experience, the only employee I had to interact with knew stuff and wasnt a wretched person. Two stars for wally world, huge improvement! Dont worry, Ill still avoid the best I can.

I’m not 100% sure if Walmart has a new policy of checking receipts, but I was stopped today by a Walmart employee who checked my receipt and he also had to verify each item I purchased. Everything matched up and he sent me on my way. I wasn’t too happy about that experience only because I chose to stay back and watch this employee disregard almost 10+ other shoppers without validating their receipts. I thought to myself oh this was probably just random, but then he proceeded to not check a handful more of other shoppers. For me that sounds like an awful like profiling. I just want to give a heads up for anyone else who might shop here in the future.

Very large store. Can get your steps in for the day! Under renovation, so large section not yet open. Went in the evening, but a lot of items out of stock, especially in the grocery section. Is front facing no longer a thing? Lot of items out of reach, too.

I have been going to this store for almost 5 years. They are always, and I mean always, low stocked and out of basic things. Every single time I go there, several things on my grocery list are out of stock. For example, I went there tonight with a small list and they were out of all Ramen noodles, the cat food I buy, the brand of cereal I wanted and the very common soda that I buy. It is very frustrating and has only gotten much worse since the pandemic started a year and a half ago. I think it has gotten to the point where when items do come in stock, other buyers buy all of it because they are experiencing the same issues I am. I have started going to other Walmart and grocery stores and I do not have the same issues so I can only assume it is an issue with management and/or the person doing the inventory and ordering. Get it together, Riverton Walmart! Our whole family is fed up and ready to stop being patrons at your store.

I went looking for a video projector, but the selection wasnt good. I need to check online since the stores dont stock everything at the physical stores. I also caught them mid-renovation on a bunch of shelving, so it should be a lot easier to navigate and find things soon.

What are they doing in there? They have stuff in piles, not sorted, difficult to find things. Stop rearranging stuff!

I dont like shopping here anymore. I dont like having to check and bag my groceries. Basically there is very little service provided at this store.

This Walmart location has super large parking lots in Salt Lake County so great for Campers with RV or commercial truck drivers for shopping and get some rest before get back on the Road.

Good place to shop cause you can buy your groceries, and what ever else you need to buy clothes, toys bikes,ect.

Extremely poorly managed location. I had security follow me and my infant around for no apparent reason. A separate time I tried to get headlight restoration done on my vehicle (which I made an appointment a week in advance for), the guys in the car department shrugged it off and came back telling me they hadnt ordered the parts.

They are currently under construction so things are a bit difficult to find. Im sure itll look great when its done

The guy that delivered the groceries to my car tossed my eye drops into my trunk without removing the theft deterrent box. We had to go back to the store to have it removed. The 3 stars are for his fast friendly service.

Visiting from California. This Walmart is well stocked certain times of the week. Produce is mostly great. Havent seen anyone inforcing face masks during required wear. Some people are, some people arent which is disconcerting. Staff has been helpful. Pretty good selection and store is clean for the most part. An idea that people use handsanitizer BEFORE self checkout so keypads are clean would be nice. Also, if your mask isnt over your mouth AND nose it doesnt count if you are stocking shelves.

Order never came inEven though I kept getting emails and texts saying it was ready

The construction has completely screwed up the inventory. Its all over the place and cut down by a third. Workers never know where anything is.

Walmart was clean and the wait time in checkstand was minimal. The tech department had everything we wanted and the staff was helpful. Picked up an iPhone cover and screens as well as a wall charger - the phone did not come with one :(

Poor in stock merchandising, more employees than customers, and they tend to be in the way but make me feel like Im in their way while theyre stocking n Im shopping, Walmart used to be a great place to shop but no longer, out of stocks are horrendous, customer service is nonexistent, which leads to poor management and training, take 2 steps back, regroup and move forward if ur not to big to accommodate customers such as myself.

This is our go-to store. Has the best selection in the valley but gets pretty busy especially on Saturday.

Less than one star if I could. Manager Jared from the sporting goods department was very rude and impatient. I asked if they had a rifle in stock and he went to look in the computer system, it took him a long time. After coming back from checking he said yes and I asked how much it costs. He rolled his eyes and stared at me like he did not want to go check. After Jared (uncomfortably) staring at me and not saying anything I said Ill just take the ammo now and go somewhere else for the gun. I am very surprised he is a manager, I expected better customer service. He is very rude and impatient, not willing to help at all. I understand if he is going through a hard situation in life but he does not need to treat me like Im an inconvenience and make me feel uncomfortable while trying to purchase a gun and ammo.

The idea that you as a company to raise awareness of poor dental health is appreciated by the underprivileged, Im sure. I would also like to thank your continued support for the anti-mask movement. Ive never found it so easy to disassociate in public before.

Put in an order for non store pickup, there were 6 of the item available in stock when I ordered. 30 minutes later I got an email that my order was cancelled because they were “out of stock” doubtful they ran out in such a short amount of time. Tried calling on the phone to verify, since it’s a bit of a drive for me but I would drive if I knew the item was in stock but the phone just rings and rings and no one answers. Sounds like someone just didn’t want to do their job. Poor customer service, will be avoiding this Walmart in the future.

The Riverton WalMart needs a little TLC. The checkout stand could be a little cleaner. But the cashiers are friendly. I do like the America First Credit Union inside.... (Hey its WalMart) so yeah

I received an oil change not even a month and a half ago of full synthetic oil and havent even driven 1500 miles. My oil light came on a few days ago, so i figured i could just get the oil topped off like every other place that changes oil. I have never had to top of my oil before and the oil change i got from the dealership before this lasted 5 months. Walmart wanted me to pay for the oil, even though they have a 90 day or 3000 mile guarantee on all services that was clearly listed on the sign behind the counter. They checked to make sure oil wasnt leaking but then just said it must be my car lol. So if you want to spend $50 and going in every month to get an oil change I recommend Wal-Mart.

Customer Service is the Absolute Worst! I just spent well over 20 minutes calling, getting hung up on, calling again, only to be hung up on again. After 4 minutes and 30 seconds of waiting for someone to answer the phone it automatically hangs up. I have a question and I cant get it answered because no one there knows how to answer a phone. Worts part is that I know for a fact that the call was sent to the clothing department phone where there is never an employee stationed to answer the phone. How do I know this, simple, Ive called while inside the store for help before and the phone just rang over and over and over until it hung up and I called again and it hung up on its own just as some random employee from a different section of the store showed up to answer it.

This is a good example of how walmarts should be. I have only had one moderately negative experience after going there 10+ times. Over all, they accomplished being good for a walmart

They were out of ice. But they had most of what I needed.

Just a heads up to anyone considering shopping here. Walmart has security people dressed up in normal clothing watching for theft and following you through the store. This wouldnt be too strange in and of itself, but the creep they have working at this location followed my baby and I through the store for 30 minutes, pulled out his phone after looking ar her, and seemed intent on terrifying me. I had no bag or anything I could have stuffed things in to steal. Asked for help from the employees and they told me he was with security. They also said hed done it to another mother a few days before. I contacted Walmart. Jared,the manager, called me back a few days later and could not care less. Said I may have done something to warrant being followed. I hadnt. Completely unacceptable and pervasive. Please think twice before shopping here alone with your children.

Went to pickup a TV I already bought for Black Friday deals online and it took over 45 minutes for them to bring out a TV I could walk in and get but they wouldn’t let me for whatever reason. Called the store line multiple times and nobody answered. When I finally was able to figure out what was going on I kept getting passed from person to person.

This walmart is still remodeling and they have limited stock selection

I ordered a photo, one photo 5 days ago and I got multiple notifications saying it was ready. I went in twice and they tell me its not. I call the store multiple times and either no one answers or someone hangs up the phone. I have been patient and kind, now Im annoyed. I want clear communication on the item I already paid to receive 5 days ago.

It had been 3 weeks now that items have been out of stock. I come to Walmart for my one stop shop but sadly the last 6 times I have visited I have had to leave and go to a different store instead. The toy isles have not been restocked since before Christmas. It is frustrating to think you can go get what you need to park,get out search the store only to have to leave and go to a different store. Many of my neighbors have experienced this as well and have started going up the street to Harmons or Smith instead. Targets shelves have been stocked so if you are reading this save yourself some time and just drive up the street for what you need. :(

We got everything we wanted and at great prices, except the grapes cost an arm and a leg.
