Horrible customer service! Some lady just called me to ask about a change I made in my insurance and when I told her I needed to reschedule my appointment she simply said “okay, that’s fine” and hanged up on me. She never asked why? when? Simply, hanged up.. I didnt get a call back either. They are rude and have no professional courtesy to their customers.
