Eleanor is always so helpful and nice. She is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and eager to answer any questions you have. I have been in a few times with questions and concerns and she is ready for anything I ask. Thanks Eleanor, YOU ROCK!

Wife did the exam, Doctor was great and very knowledgeable. The office staff were nice, but totally disorganized. Cant keep docs in order cant find a previous prescription. I saw 4 customers just walk out. So sad and you can tell the girl is trying

This optical office is great. I was in a bind where I forgot my contacts while on a trip. This office helped me get contacts quickly so I could continue my trip uninterrupted. The service was great. Thank you.

The doctor there is great & knowledgeable but the shop and glasses are awful. It took 3 weeks to have my Rx sunglasses shipped to me and sh said they would be at my door in 2 days. Also, the lenses in my regular eye glasses were cracked in about a week in a half after purchasing them. I didn’t drop them they just cracked right in the top center of both lenses. I only washed them with lukewarm water and a mild liquid soap. So now I have to look through the cracks to see. I am taking my Rx to lens crafters and never will buy glasses at this place again. Substandard all the way around!!! 😠🙄

Five stars for the doctor here who is very nice and knows his job very well. Minus five stars for the optical services. Ordered a pair of glasses and explained to the lady on front desk that I will be leaving the country at a specific date. She reassured me 3 times that every thing should be fine and on time. However this was not true as I was later told that shop employees had no control on the time of the order. Express orders can come sooner but not guaranteed. Further, without my knowledge and ever discussing with me, they enrolled me in some sort of protection plan raising my bill by 20 dollars. Their frames are cheap, mediocre and lack any aesthetics. You can buy similar made in china frames online for 20 bucks that they sell for 50 after giving you so-called 50% discount. Worst their customer service deserves -10 who thought I was a bit hasty in my expectations

Bought glasses for this office. Wasnt able to see out of the new pair. Went back in and they told me 2 weeks before I get my new pair. Its now 2 weeks and they have no clue about what im talking about. Very disappointed.
