Clothing store, I get my work jeans 501 cool people

I am totally disappointed at this store. My mail boxes were vandalize at my community(not JCPenny’s fault) unfortunately my new credit card was in that mail and I was victim of fraud, but what bothers me the most is that cashiers don’t ask for ID when you purchase. Really ?? NOT Cool😡👎🏻

Only place I buy my underwear. Stafford, the store brand, is the only underwear that fits me right. Everyone elses underwear name brand or not gathers in the wrong place or is too baggy in others. Worse is when they do both in different places or the waist fits but the binding around the thigh cuts (too tight).

Lines here are sometimes long and its typically due to only one register being open. Other than that, customer service is here great. Store is clean. There is also a salon on the second level.

My experience is always great! I have been shopping at JCPenney for many years. They carry a wide variety of merchandise, so I love shopping there and I am never disappointed!

It is so dirty in side this store. The customer service is poor poor service.

Too many plus sizes 😪 not any size 4s or small in pants. So disappointing!

Went to the hair salon here and I was very surprised at how professional the stylist is there she told me what would happen with my daughters hair and gave me advice about color and dying hair at her age. I really was appreciative of her expertise and she was right in the end my daughter got what she wanted and also advice on how to treat her hair after and what products to use.

The Pennys in riverside is a larger store and has great inventory.. Id recomend for sure. I was looking for young mens cloths and found everything I needed. The emloyees were very nice and helpful. Thank you!!!!

It was extremely hot inside the store I couldnt shop felt i couldnt breathe with mask and the heat. Once I walked out I felt so much better. Other than that it was clean and organized.

My best place to shop. My father gets ALL his clothes here. Has been for over 60 years. I remember going shopping with my parents when the store was on Main street in downtown Riverside,Ca.

Store is getting more and more sparce making selection difficult. If you ask they send online anyway. Sad, also not sure if this is the direction the store is headed or due to Covid.

The cashier was slow she had a big line and had no sense of urgency or helpfulness? She was sitting on a stool and had about a 15 people in line and started counting Change instead of Helping the customers

Clean store, friendly staff but they need to put more attention to the restrooms they were dirty and there was no hands sanitizer. I like that theres an elevator for disabled people to access restrooms because theyre on second floor .

Be careful with their sale signs, because once we were at checkout, all of a sudden the out the door price was the regular price (sale $6.99, reg. $12.99). It took the cashier checking the sign herself before they honored the sale price. I get what theyre doing here, because I almost paid without checking (thanks to my wife). Otherwise, we like coming here

The cashier insisted I sign up for a JCPenny Card, I respectfully decilned several times 3 to be exact. 4th time I jusr had to be outright rude to her paid and left.

I have to be honest JCPenneys Im definitely not looking for clothes. Their selection of clothes up for older women 50 and older. Now I do like their work out outfits. And some of their shoes and boots. I usually go there for appliances or a filter for the refrigerator. Or luggage other than that I cant really say anything because its not really a place that I shop at that often. But I will say it it is very hard to get someone to help you there. And the reason why you cant find anyone.

Weekday shopping is the best! Less than five minute wait time, short lines. Quick and efficient service. So-so discounts on kids clothes and shoes. Upstairs womens bathroom could be kept up and cleaned more often. Other than that, JCPenny is still a convenient place to shop.

Great staff. They go out of their way to help u with whatever problem that should arise. Great deals on Nike tennis shoes. The only place I go to get then, really.

They had great labor day sale on glasses too in optometry section in the back! 50% off I got two pairs (prescription sunglasses and clear cute red glasses!) .. :-D

Excellent Jewelery section

I went looking for a Timex watch band and the website says they carry them however when I got to the store they had nothing. They referred me do a watch store across the way in the mall with a ticket for 15% off of my purchase the watch store wanted 40 bucks for a watch band.
