I used their online service, but I couldnt find the exact size that I needed. I called and they were able to set the item aside for me to pick up. It was great customer service.

This is the Big 5 I go to the most. They generally have what I need when I need it and always have some sort of a deal going on. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

Nice store, personnel helpful, I have been to a lot of big five sporting goods throughout California, and this is more on the small side, with more limited merchandise.

This Big 5 is not as stocked as the other Big 5s in the Riverside areas. However, the Customer Service was excellent! I will definitely be shopping here again! Big KUDOS TO THE STAFF THAT WERE WORKING ON 3/12/2021 @ approximately 4pm-5pm...You all ROCK!

If you need something basic this is the place, I found a fishing pole I have been looking for for 3 months. They had one in stock, they also had the cooler I was looking for. Great place nice service, the people here are always willing to help with a smile.

Great store been around for a long time recently been doing better please support big 5 they do great things in our community and give great deals on great stuff.

The staff at Big 5 were proactively helpful and recognized that I needed to put some of my items at the counter even if I didnt know it. Without that insight, I imagine that I would have been juggling way too many heavy things when I went to the register. It is a small to medium sporting goods store with a fair selection and ordinary prices. I found what I was looking for easily.

I used to love Big 5 but now their prices are too high.

Worst experience I ever had at a big five, everyone is on break. Nobody helps you until you start to look through things and thats so you dont mess up the shelves. Never again will I waste my time!

They had a one day special today so I was excited expecting to get good deals but they didnt have the advertised items available. It was such a big disappointment to me. Why do they bother to advertise something they wont have in the store. I felt like it was just a waste of time going there.

Its alright they dont have much in stock everything is out of stock, if your lucky enuff u will find what u want I went to the one where I lived close by in San Bernardino a curl bar and they had it in stock but they didnt have the 25Ibs Plates that I was looking for nor the one in riverside there out of Stock in a lot of things but that seem to be almost in all stores so I wouldnt recommend going to any of this stores order online !

Okay, the prices here cannot be beat. I buy the kids shoes here because they outgrow or destroy them so fast. Keeping them shod here does not break the bank.

First exterior disgustingly dirty. Inside store is madness . I went in for running shoes and they were allowing and helping a man try on several pairs of shoes with no socks on. He was wearing sandals and they didnt even care he was trying shoes on with his dirty, sweaty, gross feet. I immediately walked out.

Some of the shelves and hangers were bare.

Had an exceptional shoe shopping visit at this store. Originally was going to buy only a single pair of work shoes. But was so impressed with the prices and selection I ended up purchasing three pairs instead.The customer service was top tier and the employees were helpful, out going, and informed.This is a fine, well cared for location with much varied sporting goods inventory. Hadnt visited here for a while, but with all of the great items sold here, l will be back soon.

Great customer service! I had to exchange a pair of shoes I bought my wife which were a size to big. Luckily the shoes were still in stock and had the size we needed. Initially they were on sale when I made the purchase but now when exchanging them they were regular price. That was not a problem. I was still able to do the exchange without paying the difference. No hesitations about it! Thank you to all of the employees at Big 5! Now thats when you know big management is doing a great job. FYI this wasnt the first awesome experience I had but only the most recent.

They have everything. Not sure how they can cram so much into such a small store but they do. Have never not found what I needed when I go there. The people are very courteous and they always have plenty of people on duty to help you out. Prices are good. They arent the cheapest, but you dont go here for the cheapest you go here to get exactly what you need.

Everytime I go here its to look for tennis shoes. They dont have a big selection for women like they do men. But also when we are looking for help in the shoe area it takes along time to get it. Last time I was there I waited to see how long it would actually take to get help, even looking for it. Unfortunately it took about 20 mins. We are greeted when we walk in which I do like.
