Let me start by saying they are very covid compliant. Always cleaning having customers and employees like with mask on. Only permitting 11 people in the store at once to try and help with social distancing. Theres always something for everybody and a portion of proceeds to go to charity so thats always a good feeling. A nice part too is that their inventory goes through constant change so you always find something new.

I came here with my 10 year old daughter to purchase her very first anime shirts. We couldnt find anything in XS unfortunately, so we asked the sales associate Mari for help. Mari went completely out of her way to find us shirts online on the BoxLunch website based on my daughters likes. I came back the following week to pick up my purchases and Mari remembered helping me out from the past week, she told me they had new stock and I purchased another shirt for my daughters birthday this weekend. I absolutely love the service here at this BoxLunch location they know what theyre selling and how to sell it. Thanks again Mari.

I usually love this store and always have a great experience every time I go in since it’s my go-to but these past 2 times have been upsetting! Mari doesn’t even let you speak without cutting you off and answers sarcastically to any question you have. She is super rude, unprofessional, and has a stank attitude for no reason. Is this the type of reputation you want for a Boxlunch? If you feel the need to talk to someone with a tone for no reason then customer service isn’t for you Mari.

Store is very over priced, you can buy the same things at hot topic for wayyyy cheaper. The employees are nice but to pay you have to go outside the store and stand for a long te cuz they take forever to scan your stuff and make u pay. There was only 2 people ahead of me with 2 things each and it took over 30 minutes just to buy 1 thing, while the other employees are in the store just standing there why couldnt they check me out in the store? What a waste of time

I love the variety of product they carry, but the fact that I have to wait in line just to browse the store, not knowing if I want to buy anything is irritating. The only reason I went was because when I approached the the staff, I was informed that you can actually make a reservation. They were kind enough to make me a reservation for about 40 minutes later so I could go do other shopping while I waited. I was happy with that.

This place has lots of cool stuff from alot of your favorite TV shows and movies.

The store has something for everyone its a fantastic place to buy geeky attire from Dragonball Z, Game of Thrones, Sailor Moon, Pokemon and the list goes on. The place is small so you wont lose anybody but can get crowded quick. It does have dressing rooms for those who are buying clothes and dont know if they will fit.

BoxLunch is akin to Hot Topic, minus the punk rock and edgy aesthetic. Opting for the cuter/Disney side if the coin. Theres lots of popular anime merch from series like Dragon Ball, My Hero Academia. Lots of Harry Potter stuff. A rotating collection of Disney items depending on the season or current movie out in theaters. Prices can be a bit high, but most of the wares are unique enough that it justifies the cost.

Called ahead trying to get an exclusive item, I live far away and its sold out online, so I wanted to make sure they had it before I take the hour drive. The employee informed me that they had three left. I drove there to find that it was not the item. All they had to do was read the box. So I wasted all my time going down there and back empty handed. The employees did appear to want to help, but couldnt find anything. And suggest I keep an eye on the website. Mistakes happen, but literally reading the box would have saved me all my time.

Store always has neat things. Customer service was friendly and we found a lot of cool things. Store is a little pricy, kind of hard to leave under $50. Otherwise I think everyone can find something they like.

I could spend hours in the store if the employees werent breathing down your neck. You always have the pressure of someone watching you even when youre just looking at the pop figures. Its kind of overwhelming but overall a great store. And if you get any boxlunch cash it makes it that much easier to spend $100

Place is great, clean friendly staff and most of all it has some dope stuff to buy. From anime, graphic novels, old 90s shows you have to seem in a while. Has a great assortment of video game merchandise as well. Honestly I hate it cause I always end up spending money.

Great place. Lots of funko pops. Also seems like every time I go they have some kind of deal. Perfect for all your neck beard shopping needs.

Great service with very nice employees

Got a lot a lot of help finding a gift. It was for my doctor, on my last oncology appointment. The store clerks looked all over for a hero-based gift for me. Thre manager found a greys anatomy cup its a beautiful day to save lives - perfect ! Thanks so much!

It has a lot of fun things, its just generally nice, Id say go there if you are around the mall, its worth going in there.

Its a little pricey but if your a big nerd or die hard of the 90s Id recommend this spot. Staffs nice and helpful as well

I would put a 0 star but thats illegal apparently, my reason being is I walked in today and trying to get a trade for my pig for an item of theirs, of course any normal breathing human being would be able to tell that this was with out a concievable doubt a joke yet they killed us anyways!!! Poor serivce bad bad bad bad bad bad bad I change my mind negative 1 star.

Theres some extremely cool merch in here, but everything is over priced. Youre better off going in here to look around, to then make your purchases on Amazon. Sad but true

Staff does not interact with shoppers. Staff in other stores seem more willing to help you find what you are looking for.

LOTS of Harry Potter, Pokémon, game of thrones, etc. It’s pretty much hot topic without any band merch. It’s SUPER expensive though, which I guess is understandable. It has its own line of pretty much everything. I think it was worth the price.

Been in there 4 times now they do have really cool stuff a bit over priced but cant complain there. What I can complain on is that everytime I walk in there the workers make me feel uncomfortable theyre always following you from place to place and peeking through your shopping bags from other stores. This not only happened once or twice but all 4 times.

They dont always feature my favorite fandoms but they still have cool stuff and they do routinely feature new fandoms.The missing star is just because I will at times be dissapointed that they dont have any of my fandoms in stock.The staff has only ever been helpful and friendly. ♡

WORST STORE EVER! I ordered something online. Called past the 14 day time frame allotted for delivery. Got told its there. Drove down and spent 45 minutes for some girl to not even look for it. Then spoke with the manager Robert who did the same thing. Not only did they waste my gas, but they also wasted my time. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Order something online went to pickup, already picked up something there before. Showed my id and email, homegirl said my first and second last name even tho i put my id on the table. Comes back and says let me see your id again. Ohh they put your other last name like noooo they didnt put it, its my first last name dumbass. Like homegirl if i wanted to ill put whatever name i want. Then she quizzes me on what i ordered like it wasnt even a convo it was a damn quiz. I told her one and she was like andddddd?!? And in my head im like wtf! And i say it and shes like ok perfect Im like yeah for sure i aint coming back. I go to the back cause what i got is in the back homegirl stares even more. New customer but just lost one.
